Pretty sad that Toys R Us is shuttering their doors. Weve enjoyed visiting here.

The potentially last visit to an iconic toy store.

This is the best toysRUs I have been too! Well stocked but wish they had more Blaze and the Monster Trucks gear. They staff are always very helpful and friendly. They have some really cool events!!! The staff has been awesome with my 3yr old! He loves going there!!! Can not wait for the next Lego event!!

Store location closing. Some items 10, 30, 40 percent off. My visit for the day only added an additional 10%. Still with their high prices its like a sale at other locations. Bought Roblox for birthday and Christmas gifts. Little girl food kitchen accessory set. Sleep over matching blanket and pillow with Anna and Elsa was still expensive to me. Products are not flying off the shelves at this point. Baby bid $9.99 sale, uh, no. All sales final- so beware. Free and handicap parking and accessibility.

It is so sad that this place is shutting down. I came in here just to see what it looked like nowadays, and it felt just like when I was a kid. Although in retrospect that lack of malleability is probably part of the reason why its shutting down. But the people who worked here were great, they had interactive displays and were so engaging with the children. They really understand what fun is, and how life is more than video games and tablets. When they close Im going to feel just that much older. I dont want to grow up, Im a Toys R Us kid...

I am a huge fan of collectible toys, and I do love Toys R Us for the niche selection of toys they offer (for their toy collector customers). Although, I love toys r us my recent interaction with my local branch was not a great one. I am not the one to complain, however, I figured I would drop a review because I am just concerned with my experience. I was buying the Narwhal Funko Pop! from elf. I bought it for someone for Christmas. I was very excited to see that the product was available at my local Toys R Us, so I decided to make a store pickup (Plus I enjoy giving a browse at the local store for other collectible toys). I arrived at Toys R Us to pickup my package and was upset at the quality my item was in when I received it. The box of the Pop figure was in a condition that I found unacceptable. It looked as if it was just thrown into the Pickup box. Both the flaps of the box were open, and the top flap was damaged. It almost looked as if someone was trying to steal the contents of the box and decided to place the box back onto the shelf. Not only that, I had to wait awhile for the manager to come and give me my package. I am unaware of the manager on duty, he might of been having a bad day. I do not know, I just know that he seemed uninterested to give me my item. (Just to note: The staff that were working the customer service counter were very cheerful, and welcoming) I love this branch of Toys R Us, and wish for nothing to change about it, however, I am just concerned with the quality of my item when I received it. I will continue to shop at toys r us, I just think my situation should be looked into.

One of the best toy stores, cant believe its going out of business, everything 75% off make sure you go and get the savings. They are closing soon so hurry fast and grab the sale. So sad to see it go.

I go a lot to this location. Never really busy. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable employees. The building itself as well as the bathrooms need work though.

Whats to say? it is a huge toy store as most people no. Its seems like I always run into a grumpy employee most times that I have gone. I am really not sure why because I am always nice and friendly to everyone. I will continue to go back of course because I have two granddaughters. Overall most of the employees are very nice

You can find a lot of toys and baby items there. Good quality items. But a lot of the things they advertise in their flyers seem to never be available. Thats happened to me several times.

Better off sticking to walmart, amazon, or traget. Looked online for an item, was shown as available in the store, for a certain price. Got there, bought it, got home and was wondering why the price was so different. Called to ask and got rude attitude from the associate. Was told by the manager theyd price match if shown, thats fine, except theyre price matching their own locations price. I didnt know I had to tell them their own stores prices. Was met with online and in store are different. So its 30$ cheaper to order for in store pick up? May as well save the gas and get it through amazon prime! Never again.

Great selection of toys... probably the best in our area. However, the location is awful. I dont think it has been remodeled since it was built. Feels dangerous because the parking lot is so dark. I prefer Target!

All employees was very helpful ask what toys I needed and could they assist me in any way. I very much enjoy it Ill shopping experience here and well be back.

Lots of toys, and they are getting deliveries in, so the toys are being replenished. Most stuff is 30 to 40% off, Legos are 20% off. The bathrooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

A very upbeat place. New management is making some very positive improvements to an old warhorse if a store.

Wonderful shopping experience sales staff was very helpful I am disabled they help me with all my shopping and even helped me carry my packages to the car

Prices are a bit much, but overall, Excellent Place To Go For Any Occasions!!!! They have something for everyone!!!!! They gave my son, a free balloon and crown for his Birthday!

Dev and his manger on duty made my day on Jan 19th, the day before my sons birthday. These 2 allowed me to put something on layaway even though the layaways were cancelled at that time of year.Heros come in all forms, shapes, and sizes, but these 2 guys were toy store employees that have the best superhero power.... a caring and loving heart.Thanks guys, you made my day and my sons birthday special.

Its definitely not the biggest Toys R Us Ive been to so its lacking in quantity and selection of products but its fine besides that.

I now live in Myrtle Beach, but my sister lives in Las Vegas, Nevada...Her daughters 1st birthday is Saturday, March 23, 2013. I cannot make the party and HAVE to buy my niece gifts. However, Today is Thursday, its late at night so I dont know how Im gonna get these gifts to Vegas in 1 and 1/2 days. My sister will never forgive me if I dont have something special for my only niece. Peter went above and beyond today and helped me shop. I picked out some battery-operated Barbie quad, some Leapfrog Learning thing, and an African American Cabbage Patch Doll. He arranged sometype of transfer thing where I can pay for my items here in Myrtle Beach, but my sister can pick up in Saturday. He went online, made sure they had everything I needed, and saved my life. He even made sure I got a protection plan on the motorcycle/quad thing. Im just amazed he could help me figure it out. I wish there were more people like him in sales...ESPECIALLY

You spend 500.00 dollars on fire truck and purchase extra warranty and then you have to pay for a new battery and wait for them to repay you. Also they donthe even sale the battery in the store and you have to wait for it to be shipped to you before they will reimburse you. My grandson hasnt even had this for a year. Guess I will be shopping elsewhere for my grandson and granddaughter this August and September. You should tell coustomer that you dont carry battery for what you sell and the warranty is not covered by the store in was purchased at.

Drove 45 mins to the 10th ave myrtle beach location. Arrived at 9:45. Only needed helmets for my kids and their new longboard. Doors were locked. I knocked on the glass window. The man behind the counter pretended not to see me but turn his back my way and alerted the the lady employee of us. So I called the store, at that timeThe women quickly walked away from the phone, leaving the man to answer the phone. Once he answered the phone she came back. I explained to him our situation, he was very nice and understanding, she was rude and arguementive with him. She came out side and shut the door behind her pointed to the sign that said 10 oclock and told me it said 9. When I showed her it said 10 she said my schedule says 930. He let us in and was very helpful even joking with my kids. She was a rude and snarky know it all. So yeah she closed the store a full hour early

Went for a lego event my son had fun looking around and got a free lego Frankenstein

Even though they are going out if business, prices are only 10% off and shelves are clearing. Its worth it if you go for something big like I did.
