Called about a repair needed for our garage door and they had Tony out the next day within the time frame they said. He called to let us know he was on the way which was much appreciated. Got the door repaired quickly and even lubricated the working parts and gave us some general info on maintaining the door in the future. Price was very reasonable and we will def be calling them again for any future issues with the door that may develop or if we ever need to replace it. We had actually used The Overhead Door Company when we lived in NC and were happy that they had local service here in Myrtle Beach. Very satisfied and happy customers.

Did what the other local chain could not do that said they could- replace a belt that had broken. Quick and friendly service at a reasonable price. I appreciate that they did what they said they could do instead of trying to sell me an new unit or upsell on things that I didnt necessarily need.

Shawn came out to install an operator for us today. What a pro. Called to tell us he was on the way. Showed up when he said he would and got down to business. Ran into a couple issues, but he worked through them got it solved and done in a timely manner. Great job Overhead Door!

I have used Overhead Door for several jobs at my rental properties. The office staff are always so friendly and helpful, and the service techs are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Overhead Door for all of your garage door needs.

I learned a big lesson. I went with another company originally they had all 5 star reviews. I called they never asked me a model but I explained what was wrong. I basically had a salesman come out. I got a quote for new opener & new doors ( my opener was only 4 yrs old) no quote for broken part. I declined new opener or doors & since the guy didn’t give me quote for new part & made it seem like it was beyond repair I got charged $65 for nothing! I waited a week still never got a quote for repair so I called Overhead. Wow is all I can say. Robert was amazing he went above & beyond to fix my garage door opener. They had already asked the model & new what parts to have. They also fixed it for under $150. I waited until after my door was fixed & left a negative review for other company. Within 5 mins i got a call from owner. Needless to say I got my $65 back to take my review down (now I know why they have all 5 stars). Another plus about Overhead is I was told if they couldn’t fix it there was no fee! I can’t say enough good things about Overhead in Myrtle Beach & their employee Robert. He also told me my motor & circuit board were in great condition. It’s absurd the other company said it was a waste to fix!

I bought a garage door belt and was charged $129.00, when I checked their website the same belt was priced at $63.50. I questioned the clerk, got no response.
