After no shows and poor customer service from other garage door companies for quotes, I contacted Precision. I do not regret my decision. While their quote is a tad higher than others, I could not have asked for better customer service and reliability. It took a few months for the garage door to be shipped from the manufacturer, but Precision kept me updated to let me know they did not forget about me. After they received the door in their warehouse, they got it installed within days. The door is beautiful and the quality is superb. I purchased the garage door opener and can barely hear the door going up/down, and love using the phone app rather than carrying a remote. Everyone I had contact with (sales person, office staff, installer) were super friendly and very professional. I very highly recommend Precision!!!

The technician (Matthew) actually called to say he could come early. He arrived and assessed the situation. He gave me all the options for the repair. We ordered a full rebuild and replacement. He worked diligently and the job was completed in under four hours. He came back the next day to remove and replace the weather stripping and insulator at the bottom of the door. Precision Garage Door installed a new belt drive smart wifi opener in our garage this afternoon. The installer did a great job. He called when in route, arrived right on time, made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving and left no mess or garbage behind. He was also friendly and professional throughout.He diagnosed the problem with the existing opener quickly and quoted prices for both a repair and a replacement, being equally willing to proceed either way. Since the existing opener was a 4-year old contractor grade chain driven opener, we opted to upgrade. What a difference! The garage door now opens and closes smoothly, does not hesitate, no rattling chain, doesn’t slam closed and the opener itself is whisper quiet. The installation included a new rail, new traveler, new sensors, new remotes, a new interior control pad with many more features than what my existing offered and even an exterior keypad. We definitely believe we got value for our investment and will be using Precision Garage Door for any related need that we may have in the future.

Not many companies take responsibility for previous mistakes. This is a good company.
