Outstanding gold plated customer service. Not only do they care about the products but their customers as well.Had to repair a charm that was damaged 100% covered by warranty and was done expertly and happily. Their Re a lot of Panorama but if you ca n find a way go to Coastal Grand Mall, a trip you will never regret.

Went there today to add a few charms on my bracelet got the worst sales woman ever of me what does show me anything requested to see the catalog and kept on telling me those were not available she wouldn’t let me touch anything see anything I won I waited 20 minutes here to see some charms they were under a glass there because I worked a couple girls are looking at stuff she wouldn’t take him and show him to me she had no interest of selling me anything so you know what I just left she lost the commission I’ll get it next time when somebody else is there her service was terrible

Looking for Christmas and Birthday gifts. Was able to buy gifts for three of the ladies in my life. Sydney was the sales consultant and she was great! Not pushy but very knowledgeable and thoughtful. Was going to pay cash but she offered me a chance to save 45% just by signing up for their cc so I did and walked out a winner.

I frequent this location often and always receive excellent customer service. The ladies are wonderful and very knowledgeable about their products. The reason why I didnt give them five stars is because they never tell you about upcoming sales and I recently bought some items that went on sale the next day. They have taken steps to address this issue.

I went into Pandora looking for a Dallas Cowboy Charm. Crystal Moore was helping me and she went above and beyond. Crystal located the charm and having it sent to my town for pick up. I am in management and Pandora is lucky to have her. I have been in other states trying to get this charm and no one went out of there way for me. Crystal now has a customer for life, I will drive 3 hours to come back and get all my charms from her. A Happy customer J.Tarrant

I have been a customer at Pandora as soon as they opened in Coastal Grand Mall. Pandora itself is an amazing jewelry line. Absolutely stunning! AND the genesis of the concept of interchangeable pieces in the world of jewelry today is just genius. I have been a loyal customer to the store from day one and will continue to be. But beyond that and even more so important is the service! I have been in the industry service in Myrtle Beach for 17 years so needless to say that is very important on my priority list. Every single Stylists is exceptional! As soon as I walk in Im greeted by name, friendly faces and smiles. I feel so welcomed that I stop by just to say hi to all the ladies when Im at Coastal Grand even if Im not shopping at their store that day. That is what outstanding customer service will do. As a new grandmother I barely have time to shop these days. There have been on more than one occasion that I come to the mall just to shop at Pandora. But who can resist a good coffee and sometimes a quick dinner at the food court??? We are so lucky to have a Pandora in our area. This is one of very few stores that get me to Coastal Grand, not to mention all the wonderful ladies at Pandora especially my Stylist Lera! She is awesome!!!!

I’m sure this post will never be approved but here goes anyway. This store offers the worst customer service in the world. Purchased several charms on line at the official Pandora site. Realized the girls already had the charms purchased. Paperwork said they could be exchanged at any store location. When we took them in to do this we were treated like we had committed a crime. They were very uncooperative but finally did allow the exchange. My daughter in law needed her bracelet cleaned which they did but not before they accused her of exposing it to “some kind of harsh chemicals.” I purchase at least 6-8 charms per year but I will not be patronizing this location!

I heated about Pandora a lot but was not familiar with the brand and the concept before. It was my first pandora experience while I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach SC. I was immediately greeted by a very lovely, friendly and welcoming Anastasia. She made me feel as if I was a valued customer in spite of the fact that I just wanted to take a quick look at their merchandise. She introduced me to the whole concept of their jewelry ( which I thought I would never like) I really booted chatting with Anastasia. I was impressed with her genuine interest in my preferences and how creative, honest and professional she was. She helped me to pick some very special charms for my new bracelet. I could not have been more pleased with my experience with this store and the team. I will definitely visit this location again whenever the opportunity presents itself

I love going to Pandora. I always find exactly what Im looking for there. Their employees were really helpful. Aura helped my cousin find the perfect engagement ring for his girlfriend. I love it there ! :)

Came to pandora right before Christmas Eve and I was there to find a last minute a Christmas gift for my mother. I wanted to find her a meaningful pieced jewelry for the first time in forever. Stylist Chelsea Spivey helped me pick out the perfect charm bracelet for my mom who believe it or not wasn’t all for Pandora before this. Chelsea was very patient with me being so Indecisive on which bracelet charms and necklace. Love you! I gave her the bracelet on Christmas and she cried because of all of the meaning behind it. Everything was just perfect!

Chelsea is the greatest ever, everytime I go there she exactly how to treat me,,she gets 10 stars from me...

Talk about no customer service. They dont even greet you or tell you that theyre going to see you soon or anything. Rude, absolutely rude. Writing this as I am waiting patiently to get another ring....

My fiance purchased a bangle for me in March from another pandora store and one of balls at the end came off without me realizing it. We stopped in this location to see how much it would cost to purchase a new ball and it nearly cost as much as the entire bracelet. Jana spoke with her manager Lera to see what could be done. Long story short, I have a new bracelet and was provided with the best customer service from this location and Ive been to many others. Lera, you and staff are phenomenal and you definitely set the tone with your amazing attitude and exceptional customer service..... you are definitely an asset to your company and this location.

I found this store and I loved it, I was received by a girl named Aura, she helped me choose a beautiful bracelet with immense patience and kindness, she spoke to me in spanish and i loved it because I am not very good at speaking english and I felt at home. Snobby staff. I have an original Pandora bracelet and the girl acted as if it was a knockoff because not all of my beads were Pandora brand. Spent a hundred dollars on two beads and she didnt even offer to clean my bracelet.

Love the products and have been a customer for awhile now and have always had great service. I recently recieved a bracelet as a gift and had some troubles with it so I went to exchange it for the same product or maybe even upgrade to a different product. While I was in the store I was assited by a sales representative named Anastisia. She was quite friendly in the begging but then she started to rush me and putting pressure. I kindly asked her to show me the earing collection they have that they keep in boxes in the store because i wanted to physically see them. And she rudely replied “ well we have 4 boxes, im not going to show you all 4”. She also made couple of unprofessional comments.I felt extremely uncomfortable so i decided to leave the store without exchanging or buying anything else. I am very dissapointed and have never had an experiece like that before ...

I went there to look at rings for my brothers wedding. The counter girl proceeded to pull the rings out and stare at me so uncomfortably I couldnt concentrate on what to buy. I understand that customers need to be watched, but this was ridiculous. I felt rushed and very uncomfortable.

Customer Service not impressed. They don’t tell you there’s a sale the next day. I bought couple of my charms a day before sale and she never mentioned to come tomorrow for sale. From now on I’ll shop online.

I bought a ring on 12/22/18 for a Christmas present and I haven’t even had it 2 weeks yet and 2 stones already fell out!! Haven’t dropped the ring or bumped it on anything, paid $180 for it. Plus the staff is really snobby and pushy. I want a refund ASAP!
