We had a tabletop with glass that had cracked in 3 places. After leaving a message with another company and not receiving a return call, we called Accents and spoke with Heather. She made sure we could pick up the replacement glass the next day, before we left town. Heather was wonderful to work with and the new glass top is much nicer than what was previously there and the price was very reasonable.Thank you so much for your help with this! I would certainly recommend this company.

Broke a window in my garage this afternoon at 2:45 pm. Called Accents Mirror & Glass and spoke with a very nice Heather. By 3:30 pm I drove to their location and had my glass in hand to my specifications. Great, quick and professional job! Big thanks

6/21/16 = After seven years of professional service from them, we chose Accent Mirror & Glass to do our custom glass doors on our fiberglass to tile shower remodel. Mary and Sam are still there, and have established, quality sources for the glass and hardware to be used. But now they have great professional help from Heather who kept us informed all along the way, as to when things arrived at their business. When there was a slight delay from the glass shipper, she rescheduled our installation quickly and to our convenience. Today, Toray and Brian did a great careful job of installation, and professionally cleaned up after themselves. Accents prices are competitive, so I suggest you include them in your price comparisons. If you want a quality job done, with good communication along the way, I can tell you that my wife and I are very satisfied.2009 = My wife and I recently had a custom glass top made for our small round end table. Mary, one of the owners who I had met previously, took the measurement for our protective glass top. Somehow, by the time her instructions got to the person actually doing the job, the glass was cut to a little over the size we needed. So, Mary wanted to make sure that the measurements were exactly right this time (sometimes, exactly round table tops are not exactly round all the way around), so she asked us to bring back in our very small round end table. She came out to meet us in the parking lot (great courtesy!) to have the person doing the job (I assume), get the exact measurements all the way around. She said that since it was a Friday afternoon, that the brand new piece of glass being cut (evidently the first piece of glass could not be cut down properly, so she disposed of it for us) would not be ready until Monday. We only paid about $47 including tax for the custom glass top, but Mary gave us $5 in cash back to pay for our trouble of bringing the table back and our time/gasoline!Very few retailers of any kind care about their customers time these days! So, while I hardly ever give a 5 star rating to anyone, Im giving Accent Mirror & Glass one. Previously, Mary had advised me to save my money when I was inquiring about taking out my fiberglass shower, and putting in a custom tiled shower through Accent Mirror. She said it was too much trouble and sustained mess to deal with. Plus shed have to charge me an arm and a leg for it. So, she had already proved to me that she was more concerned with my benefit than her own. This is indeed a rare retailer, and deserves to be frequented!

If I could rate this company a 0 I would. Had them go into my vacation rental during a 2 week empty period. My cleaners went in to make sure no mess was left (standard after any repairs) and they sent me pics of the new handles that were installed and said the locks wouldnt work. I called and spoke with Mary whom had a service man stop on his way through. She called me and said Your lucky that we fixed that, it wasnt our fault, your niece (whom was there for the repair) smashed the door SERIOUSLY. I am a business owner AND am in CUSTOMER SERVICE and would NEVER ACCUSE or treat someone the way this lady did. I hope the door works for the next month until I can get down there and have it repaired properly.
