Glasstec installed windows and sliding doors in the building years ago. The doors and windows are strong. However, if you need maintenance, Glasstec will not be able to help. I have water leaks, air leaks and a broken lock. Anytime you call for maintenance, the response is call back in 4-6 months. Everyone who lives in our building gets the same response. If you decide to use Glasstec for windows also find a maintenance company who is able to perform timely repairs.

Terrible place, with terrible customer service, and if i could give them zero stars i would. Dont waste your time here.

To say I didn’t even do business with them because the lady who answered was so rude. To wonder why they only have a 2.3 rating because it’s impossible to do business when you can’t even get past the person on the phone. I wouldn’t recommend taking you business here .

I would give no stars if that was an option. We have called multiple times and been unable to get anybody to do an estimate. The last call several weeks ago told us to call two weeks in advance for an estimate which I just did. The female answering the phone was rude and said I can put you on a waiting list but I cant promise they will be able to come. When I asked when I would know if they would be able to come or not, she said (quite nastily) The day before! I cant guarantee they will even come, but it is doubtful. I hope they have LOTS of business lined up. I would never, ever recommend dealing with them unless you are one of the established customers keeping them busy!

Glasstec was the only company that I could get to commit to replace a window for a client. Every company I contacted had a long wait list, but no one would even put us on the list. Glasstec put us on their waitlist and had the window replaced a month earlier than we were told. Great service!

WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM...I called them & they told me it was a waiting list for several months. I told them to place me on waiting list & I waited for approximately a month & two men came to measure and LYNNE called to ask what color borders I wanted because they did not have what I requested. I personally went to store to choose a different color border. Since June it is now August I have not heard from the company thinking they were busy because one of their men that came to measure said they are busy. Finally called to inquire, I called GLASSTEC Lynne answered and said she thought I no longer wanted their business. I told her I never received a phone call and why did she call me regarding the color borders & not call me about installation. Lynne said she emailed me & it probably went in my spam...I looked & no email message from Glasstec. Lynne tells me her workers wont be available until April. Poor customer service relations & wIll waste your time. They are more concern with installing for hotels companies than for individuals.
