I love stopping in for their steaks, always tender and delicious and at a great price. The store is always clean and employees very friendly. I was informed today that they will be closing their doors April 15, how sad. Other than Walmart its going to be very difficult to find the bargains on meat Ive found here ( theirs arent as good). Good luck to all the employees that will be displaced by the closing, I will truly miss your store.

This store gets bonus points for being open 24 hours. It is a somewhat small grocery store located in a strip plaza. The store is clean, and fairly well stocked, but the selection leaves something to be desired. The prices are fair but not the best. The store is brightly lit, and the staff was courteous and helpful when the self checkout gave us some difficulty. The bakery department did not have much, but we purchased some apple fritters that looked pretty good. Bottom line, Id go again but I prefer larger stores like Super Wal-Mart for the prices and selection.

I was at this store last Friday to purchase beer and wine and couldnt help but feel like I was being gouged! I shop at this location all the time and never experienced this type of pricing tactic. It made me think how other items in your stores are being priced.There were a lot of beers on sale, but these numbers were certainly skewed and it did not fool me.The Stella Artois 12-pack was at a good sale price of $13.99 (save $8) so I put one in my cart. However, $8 off would make the original price $21.99 and I thought, really??? Ive never seen a 12-pack of Stella for that much! Typically, I would pay anywhere from $14-$18, but never $22 full-price. $22 seemed crazy high to me. I immediately check prices on my phone at other stores in the area and most were $13.99-$17.99, but certainly nowhere close to $21.99. I then looked at other prices of beers on sale. $18.99 for Becks! Way high. $15.99 for a 12-pack of Yuengling Lager! Are you kidding me? I can find a 12-pack of Yuengling at any gas station or convenience store for under $13. I typically pay $10.99. Other beers also had inflated pricing as well and I couldnt understand why this was?Then, I noticed a small skid of Stella Artois on display that had a totally different price affixed. Sign said: $15.99 for a 12-pack (save $2.50 with card) without card $18.49. So, what Price is Right?I went to register to ask the clerk why prices were so inflated and all over the place? He couldnt really answer, so I asked to speak to a Manager to question the pricing.Upon speaking to the Manager, the only thing he could tell me is that he just puts the prices on the items. I clearly addressed my concern, but did not receive a satisfactory answer from him so, I proceeded to put all of the beer and wine back on the shelf, walked out the door, and went to Food Lion instead.Not happy with this deceptive practice and will continue to shop elsewhere until this changes.

Went in today, no idea whats going on. The shelves were half stocked and had 15% off signs on the throughout the store. Guess i needed to stick with the food lion down the street.

Clean store and helpful staff but the self checkout was so aggravating. The regular check out lines were busy so I used the self checkout. Things wouldnt scan properly even when scanned repeatedly. Staff had to assist with the process several times because of preexisting issues with the system. It turned out to be a more stressful situation than just dealing with lines of people and took longer. Otherwise it was good experience.

So sad to see this store closing!!! This place is better than Walmart and Food Lion!! I sure wish something could be done to keep this store open!! 😭😭😭

Wine prices very good bit beer not so much. Meats are fresh and cut well when they have them. Deli good, and using their app with the rewards makes shopping a great deal!

Bi-Lo is a very good grocery store that will meet all your grocery needs ...I havent been to this one in awhile ..the one by me closed but they were very friendly and had numerous choices when it came to food...the store was very clean and the cashier got me thru fast ...prices reasonable

Extremely rude managers at this store. Went in to buy paper towels for a business. They didn’t have any so I grabbed four packs of napkins. Got to the register and was told there might be a limit. The lady at the register was very nice and asked the manager about the limit. The manager was extremely rude. It’s not what she said it was her attitude towards me. I will not come back to this store until there is new management that knows how to talk to customers. This isn’t the first bad encounter I’ve had with management at this store.

Still serves the best fried chicken around, totally worth my thirty five minute drive there!

Bilo is the only place I go to get my groceries its always the freshest produce and meats around! Today a very strange guy was following me around the store and Ben the store manager noticed so he kept a close eye on the fella. He also walked me out to my car to make sure I got out safely. The employees always go above and beyond to make sure its a great atmosphere for the customers. I really appreciate all of bilo employees for always making me feel welcome. Best crew you could have!

I have just recently found Bi-Lo! Glad I did! They are only about 5 miles from the beach but worth the trip. They have great sales every week with prices cheaper than at the beach. It’s clean, well kept and they have a great rewards program.

Went looking for a protein-rich hot dinner. The hot dinner area was somewhat empty--not too many choices. I purchased some wings because I was in a hurry, and they were okay, but Id have liked to see more hot meal choices at the deli.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Really, it isnt humanly possible to be any nicer than the good folks in this store. It seems like they really enjoy working there. I always have a positive experience when I shop here. It is a bit dated, but extremely clean. One star missing only because I wish they had a larger selection and more store brand items.

The only grocery store open 24 hours. Very helpful in a pinch. They have a good selection of brands. They are always polite and you have the choice for self checkout when you are in a hurry.

Companies that use national and worldwide tragedy such as covied 19 in order to create a policy where you refuse to re faan for badd merchandice should be investigated and shut down immediately. If you wanna buy badd food go home and cook for your spouse and brain the bed food back and be told you cannot get in exchange for a refund for badd food go to this store

Have heard rave reviews of this place. We were disappointed. Food was so-so. Place definitely needed cleaning. Our table was chipped in many places. We had 3/4,of a hamburger we wanted to take with us. Asked the waitress for a to go box. She brought us a round plastic container, similar to what youd put coleslaw in. No way would the burger have fit. She apologized, saying All we have are the regular to go boxes. We asked if we could have one of those (which we initially had asked for). She then brought it to us.We remember going there YEARS ago and the food was outstanding.

I love Bi-Lo they have such a great healthy selection and friendly staff. Its easy to find what you need and the staff helps so much. They have great deals all the time its hard to leave with just what you came for lol

Today, June 17th..I walked into my FAVORITE Bilo Pharmacy in Socasstee in Myrtle Beach SC. Sign at the entrance to the Pharmacy stated that they were closing PERMANENTLY on June 25th.2020. SHOCKED to NO END☹️ It was ALWAYS a pleasure to go there instead of the so called Chain Pharmacies I was ALWAYS treated with kindness.. Dignity and respect..I CANNOT say that about the other Pharmacies. You will be missed Bilo Pharmacy!!😣😣

Recently stopped in and it will be my last time. The location was convenient for me to stop at from time to time. I understand it might be hard to keep a bathroom clean all the time but it shouldnt make me think of a rest room around the side of a gas station along I-95. I understand it may be hard to keep workers trained up-to-date but when I am standing at a self-checkout register for about five minutes to scan and pay for five items I get discouraged - - it shouldnt have taken a supervisor three different trips over to the register to do something that the attendant trying to help me couldnt do. So lesson one: go to the rest room before you come and dont use the self-checkout. Overall though the store was a bit dirty and shelves were messy. I would rather go to Neighborhood Market or Lion where I will get better prices, better machines, and a better experience.

I noticed theyve raised price of fried chicken by $3.00. Wonder how many other prices have gone up. On a positive note, the chicken was great!

This is an excellent grocery store. Fresh produce, clean in all areas, staff are very helpful and theres a self-serve check out.

Red meat prices were ok chicken was way too high I could have gotten chicken thighs for one dollar a pound less at Wal-Mart or food-lyon but you get what you can during this crisis. It is horrible that I have to choose between retailers to feed my family

Basic all around grocery store. Just as you would expect. You can find all the basics and more. If you want unusual or some specialty items, you may need to go somewhere else. This location is usually well stocked and clean. Service is usually good also.
