Ive been going here almost a year for supplements. The owner, Ana is very knowledgeable about what to take for chronic pain and various ailments. She is easy to contact and provides excellent customer service.

Excellent nutritional advice! They lead me on a quest to better eating and researching alternative medicine. Large parking area, handicap accessible. Knowledgeable staff willing to help in any way. I credit these incredible people with helping me find natural solutions to the damaging effects of pharmaceutical medicine. I got off the Merry go round that lead to nowhere. Empowering without being pushy or obnoxious. They planted the seed that help me do my due diligence and seek natural diet changes that were affecting and contributing to the downward cycle I was on. I still use medicine but cut back and diet changes helped me do this and feel so much better!

My favorite vitamin and supplement store! Ana the owner, who I have had the pleasure of knowing personally for over 10 years is extremely knowledgeable about proper nutrition and she stands behind the products she carries in her store. Her prices are in line with other nutrition stores in town...I have shopped them all! She recently suggested a supplement regimen to me for my hair, skin, nails & heart health of which caused my eyelashes to thicken and grow longer. I was thrilled because I had been using latisse which caused redness, burning and itching to my eyes and my lids were discolored. I highly recommend Ask Nutrition.

Very nice place located beside ollies in the forest square shopping center in Carolina forest. I came in to see the selection and was shocked at how many different health items they carry. Even brands that you cant find anywhere but online solgar.
