There was a cool employee there that helped us out he was wearing a captain America backpack. After shopping in the mall and hearing some kids hacking and sneezing all over the place we decided we needed some vitamins especially since we were taking a flight the next day great place good prices would come back!

I show up at 8pm and I see that the doors are locked and the employee yells from the back saying we are closed. Even though the sign says they are open til 9pm. He said hes the only one there and im leaving. What the hell kind of customer service is this? Heavy set guy with glasses on needs to be fired!!

I came in looking for CBD not knowing what was in there. The man behind the cashier asked why I use it and I told him to supplement my antidepressant. He then proceeds to spout unsupported religious views of his that passing about it would help and that depression could just be the devil. Needless to say I left the store ASAP.

Went to GNC to get my husband his Protein powder serous max. Not only was JOE polite on phone but he also priced match for me went out of his way to help me carry 2 of the bags to my car (bags 12lb each). So I needed to write this review because he is an awesome employee and person to deal with in mall, so if u shop at GNC at Coastal Grand Mall make sure JOE WORLEY Helps you !

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ive never felt more disrespected in my life. Her name was Jenny. I walked in and told her that I would like something for energy and she looked me up and down, snarled her nose, and said would you be interested in something for weight loss too?. I will never shop at this GNC again and I will be contacting corporate.

Pushy salesperson. I guess thats what they are told to be but as a consumer people have many options and nobody wants pressured or cornered when shopping.

Vitamins and supplements for anything you could imagine. Very knowledgeable staff.
