Graves pool is my pool place to go. Did a great job on a filter repair last fall and I go periodically to have my water tested. They always give me the low down on how to get my pool water in crystal clear and sanitized. Their service is the best. Nice people to deal with also.

We went in to have pool water tested because of an algae problem and Customer Service at Graves was excellent! Printed out results of test and explained to us in great detail findings and fixes .

Needed chemicals for a pool..called them they had it price was perfect..it was close to closing time and they waited for me to get there. Super friendly people

I called and ask Graves for some Chlorine and they asked me if they built my pool. I told them that the pool came with the house. They told me that they only sold Chlorine to people that they had built pools for.Smart thinking there Graves.

Very nice people, they always provide free water testing and a print out of the chemicals needed for your pool. They also dont pressure you into buying their brand of chemicals, so thats always nice. But honestly their prices are very close to Walmart and Lowes but a little better quality.

Attempted twice to have them come service a pool heater and install pool cover. No show no call first time. I let it go. Called again and set up an appointment. Called the week of to confirm. Assured both times they were coming. They never showed and never called. Guess I’ll use this to cancel the no show appointment from two weeks ago. Cannot speak to the quality of work because they never showed up.

I surprised my wife with a hot tub for her birthday. Graves had a great selection and did the installation. We love relaxing after a hard days work in our new spa.

We are in the market for a hot tub. Found Graves online and stopped in today. We was greated by Chase and what a knowledgeable gentleman he was. We asked, he told. Then informed us on styles, sizes, prices, options...several tubs in the showroom which made things easy. Oh, if your looking for a pool, this aint it. Might be in the name but pools are out. Up to a 12 week order timeframe for a tub so plan ahead. Chase also recommended along with a 220v input to have the system on a 60 amp service vs. a 50 amp. With the 60 amp, the heater can run with the jets on. Convenient for the colder months. (Helpful tips there.)

I love my hot tub from Graves Pools. They always have great tips on keeping clean. Love to relax after a hard day - awesome.

Went in to get my pool water tested. Asked about getting a solar cover. Didnt seem to have any interest in selling me one. My wife and I recently put on either chiller on our pool. We called another company because they didnt seem to have an interest. Their loss.
