The ice cream was decent just a little too milky. Your able to add what you want to the rolled ice cream which is a plus and they give a decent amount.

Excellent ice cream!! Roll style made to order. A little pricey at nearly $9 for cash and over $9 for a bank card as they charge a fee. This is why I gave 4 stars and not $5. Highly recommend, but bring cash.

My family and I went to get ice cream in the afternoon on Saturday. The guys that were serving were so rude. Well I thought it was probably just those Gus and decided to take my kids there again the next day. That next day we found a group of women. I don’t know if this is how they have planned to run that place, but not, they were so rude as well. There was a couple of women coming in with there kids, the women working in the store did not even direct them. A friend I was with started directing people to were the line was. The women was not nice to the customers. Yelling and screaming at them. My kids loved their ice cream but I will never take them there because of the horrible customer service. A smile doesn’t cost a thing, but goes a long way to show you care about your customers and the service being offered. I would suggest if the people working in this place both men and women don’t like their job, they should quit and find something better to do. They are all a bunch of miserable people and try to bring their misery to their customers.

My daughter and I went for a walk on the ocean boulevard in Myrtle Beach and we heard the music first as we walk by there and she mentioned the dragon ball as her attention was drawn to the advertisement on the building and 2 kids walking out with a bowl of Dragon Balls. I told her lets walk down the strip and back to the hotel and we will come back to Mr Rolls after cleaning up and it gets night out.We walk back down the Ocean Boulevard and went back to Mr Rolls we ordered one with chocolate, 🍓 and oreo cookie while daughter had to have Dragon ball to have the experience.The after taste from eating the dragon balls was different the experience was worth the trip back.

The lady that served me was so rude to me. She was on her phone, tried charging me a different price for the ice cream, and didnt give change until I went back to ask and then she scoffed at me 🙄for asking for my change? The ice cream was good and everyone else was nice but that one lady shouldnt be treating customers like that.

Obviously the ice cream is the best! Watching them make it is fun too. Our most recent experience wasnt that great. The one guy took him time and did a great job. The other guy just didnt care to be there so he didnt even freeze the ice cream before putting it into the bowl. I was also upset because they didnt have a topping I wanted. They were also out of my backup! Just wish the service was better.

I came to get ice rolls today, but the employees were inside talking and doing whatever. The door was locked so i thought you guys were closed. there was no hours on the door so i had to google there hours only to find out they are supposed to be open. The employees were watching people trying to come in nd jus mean mugging.

The ice cream was good..but service not so much. We were the only ones in the place and they barely said hello. Two workers..one on his phone and the other acted as if he was aggravated we came to get ice cream . Pricey $10 for rolled ice cream.

Simply amazing! Always wanted to try rolled ice cream and this place made it worth while! It was fun to watch the employees work their magic on making our order.

The man that served us was exceptional. It was early in the night, no one was inside, he greeted us at the door. He explained the process and price, then proceeded to serve us while others walked in. A couple people were very rude, even though he was clearly busy, but he maintained tip-top professionalism. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

I did not get his name but he was there all day Saturday and Sunday 10/20 and 10/21 so whoever you are I thank you for your kindness and also letting me and my cousin record your talent even though my phone died in middle of it but any who you were awesome and the ice cream was delicious 😋....y’all can keep that dragons breath lol 😂

All I have to say is, WOW! If youre in Myrtle Beach Mr Rolls is a must see. I have never seen anything so cool as rolled ice cream or Dragon Breath. Not to mention, they tasted even better than they looked. I will definitely be back with my friends!

It was good but I’m new to all this so the young girl that made mine and rung me up I had to ask how you choose flavors and things like that and she was just very rude.... like people like that makes you not want to go back.. I know people have their days cause I work with the public but you have to put on a nice face and suck it up till you leave or go on break..

I am giving 4/5 stars because the setup of the store is poor. You have to walk past a line of people, to reach the other side of the store to purchase the rolls. There was no explanation of what the rolls were vs. the dragon balls. It took 20 minutes to get our icecream made, there needs to be another person rolling the ice cream.

The dragon breath didn’t work. The ice cream was just ok. The only flavors they had was strawberry, banana, cookie dough and cookie. The rolls were so thick.

So me and my family come to Myrtle beach every year from Philadelphia and we have a rolled icecream place called sweet Charlie’s and it’s awesome but I have to say mr rolls here in myrtle beach has got them beat!!!! Especially with the talented young man that made are beautiful cup of rolled icecream!! Didn’t catch his name but he was a white guy with black hat on!! Awesome presentation and taste amazing!!
