Had hardly any flavors of BR I’ve cream. Don’t waste your time,

It was horrible we are currently in a pandemic and there was a sick worker and she kept saying she needed to leave and they wouldn’t let her clock out early. When in there a woman ordered a cake and they made it wrong and didn’t even do anything about it.an employee was getting questioned by the police I will not be going back!

Drove 12 miles to get there. They had 6 flavors. Really!!??

No flavors “all out of everything “ like okay then why own an ice cream place and not sale half you’re menu

This place would get five stars for flavor and variety, as well as service, but the rating is lower because it is located inside of a sketchy arcade/fun center. The seating was plentiful, but outdated and not necessarily the cleanest. They are also bundled with a Dunkin Donuts, so your sweet tooth can easily be satisfied here. Once again, great service and food - just not aesthetically pleasing.

Good ice cream. Place needs about $1200 in repairs to stop the mold from growing inside the ice cream freezers. Third freezer from the right needs to be fixed

This store gets extremely busy but they do a great job getting everyone through as fast add possible. Always great

Place was clean. Bathroom stall door lock was broken. Ordered 3 different flavors of ice cream for my family. The Very Strawberry flavor was good. The watermelon flavor and the Dacquari ice flavor had a perfume like taste.

Took us 30 minutes to get 3 milkshakes and none of the employees even apologized or cared.

They were out of chocolate!? No malt, and no cherries....... plus most of the ice cream tubs looked like they had been sitting open too long. This used to be a decent little stop for our ice cream fix but looks like it has gone way down hill. I wont be returning any time soon theres to many other Baskin Robbins in the area to waste your money ast this one.

I wasn’t able to give zero stars but the service was terrible and the milkshakes that I ordered were milk without the shake.

Our family stopped here for ice cream while on vacation. We also wanted to play a few arcade games. The woman at the counter was very rude she seemed irritated that we were ordering. When my husband changed his mind from one scoop to two scoops she had a lot of attitude while switching from a small cup to a bigger cup. I would also like to add that the size of the scoops were so small. We have eaten at other Baskin-Robbins where they are more generous.My son ordered decaf coffee, but she gave him caffeinated coffee. Her overall attitude just really stunk. My husband and I both needed to use the restroom while we were there and the restrooms were so disgusting that we decided not to use them. There was a toilet in both the men’s and the ladies room that was stopped up and disgusting. In addition, many of the arcade games we’re out of order. Those that were working often ate our token without letting us play the game. It was very disappointing. Our overall visit there was terrible and we will not be back. Thumbs down!!!!

We waited in line for 10 minutes and when it was our turn they took my order and then 3 employees started working on the family behind us so when my ice cream was done my husband had to wait to order his. The whole family of 6 had their ice cream before he got his. When an employee asked who was next he said I am and they still didnt help him. Plus they were out of all the ice cream we wanted.

7-14-17I ordered a simple French vanilla capiccino. It took so long to make that I had to ask if they had forgotten my order. The woman looked at me and says, Im making it now.After 3 minutes of sipping on suds, she yells from across the room to me and says, you TOOK the wrong drink. I walk closer because I didnt understand and she says to me again (rude), you took the wrong drink.I said No, you HANDED me the wrong drink. Your fingers touched mine when you gave it to me. She rolled her eyes and walked away to make me the correct drink. I felt her attitude didnt constitute me spending my money there and demanded a refund. The assistant manager returns my money and I tell her that a good attitude would go a long way around here. Her response,I didnt think she was rude to you at all.Dunkin Donuts really needs to invest in proper customer service training of their staff and especially their management at this location. They are the rudest people I have encounter on this week long vacation!

Service was lousy. We went in at 9:30 and they close at 10:00. Clearly the server had a long day and was not happy to serve us. Could be a great location. There is a game room and Dunkin Donuts and shopping at the same location. My wifes favorite ice cream was freezer burned.

Baskin Robbins is awkwardly located in a Wings along with a Dunkin Donuts. However, the it was a delicious stop near our resort. We went back for a few hours when it was raining to do some shopping, get some ice cream and coffee, and play games.

Large selection of flavors and toppings kids are happy!

The new made with Twix bars ice cream was fantastic.

Didnt care for location. But the milkshakes are great!

The service in the evening of 6/28 was HORRIBLE! Never again will I return. The employees attitude for each step of my purchase was awful, from putting just one scoop in the cup, to letting me know where I go to pay. An employee like that will cause a store to close.

I work around here and theyre lazy and unclean sorry if yall read this. They love not cleaning the bathrooms.

Horrible service, left us waiting at the drive thru for well over 15 mins with barely an acknowledgement. Location was clearly open.

The service here was AWFUL! As soon as we started to order the server (Jameia S.) rolled her eyes because we wanted to order ice cream and she didnt want to scoop it. When our food was done, she threw the bag on the counter I asked what kind of croissant it was (to make sure it was our food) and she told me to check myself. Save your money and time and go somewhere else!!!

Would give it a 5 but the bathroom conditions were horrible. No soap. No paper towels. Stank of urine.

Ice cream wasnt fresh, taste like it had been sitting with frost bite. Please for the price update the cream.
