Love the gift shop downstairs and that they allow you to reserve a table for lunch prior to the restaurant opens at 11. The food was pretty good ( almost like a buffet style where you get to choose two or three main dishes and 4 sides and they “refill” it for you when you are done). FYI the green was VERY salty.Had a wonderful time there over all, Keith was our server and he’s one of the original hired when the restaurant opened so he had a pretty good knowledge of the restaurant. Congrats on your 4 years with the restaurant Keith!

Im from NYC, the diverse food capital of the world and I was really looking forward to trying some Southern goodness from Ms. Paula Deens Restaurant but an epic fail. Maybe its the time of year that I attended....Im guessing they save their best chefs for peak season. I tried the location in Myrtle Beach in November...To begin, the hostess wasnt too happy when we requested seating closer to the view. It seemed like a task to make that slight adjustment for us. When she finally seated us and she realized that her attitude was so poor, she ended up saying, Have a nice day, to redeem herself.Our waiter was very polite! No complaints there.We ordered the southern fried chicken (very dry & burnt taste), beef pot roast (very bitter taste), chicken and dumpling (not sure, didnt try it), white rice(ok I guess), tomato & cucumber salad (very acidic...too much VINEGAR)-how do you mess up salad?!?, cole slaw (mom said it was okay). The food did not hit the spot. It was aweful! I hate leaving negative reviews but I have to honest about my experience.The ambience was impeccable as to why I give two stars. I hope your experience is better than mine!

Fried chicken and meatloaf were delicious. And mashed red potatoes, Mac and cheese & candied sweet potatoes were great side dishes. We were so full, we had to take our Peach and BlackBerry cobbler desserts home.

Food was very good and lots of it! The ooey gooey cake was fantastic!! We went to the one in Myrtle Beach and if you werent on the wait list by 6:00 pm, you probably wouldnt get in.

We went on Thursday around 1pm. The wait was 2 and a half hours, but Holy smoly it was totally worth it. We had a party of 6 and every single thing we had was the best version we had ever tasted. The cheddar biscuits, broccoli casserole and Mac n cheese were among favorites. Sweet Tea was good and our server MacKenzie was very sweet and attentive. 119.00 plus a tip for a party of 6 was not bad at all. Cannot wait to go again.

Dont waste you money. The food is horrible! Cold, and very old. Chicken was so dry you couldnt even chew it. The ribs were old and cold. The price was ridiculous for what you got, nothing is cooked to order. You have a choice of two dinners...... There are a lot of other good places at Broadway at the Beach.

My parents took the hubby and me for our first dinner here over the weekend and we loved it! The view is amazing....i loved watching people feed the birds and fish.

The food was awesome!!!! The best meal weve had since weve arrived.. we had chicken and meatloaf.. my husbands not a big meatloaf fan but he really enjoyed it!!! We got broccoli casserole,corn casserole, creamed potatoes, poppy seeds salad... it was all very good!!!! We would definitely go back!!! Wish we had one at home

This place is wonderful. The food is amazing. I also love the store. Bought a Coral mug and they wrapped it nicely when I checked out. A few days later when I got home I noticed it was cracked all the way around it.I called the store in Myrtle Beach where I purchased it and the lady was soooooo nice, she took my address and I sent a couple of pictures and within 2 days I had a new cup. They handled this extremely well. I just wanted to share my story of how wonderful her staff is. I will definitely go back.

Big price tourist restaurant, just ok food.My family attended for breakfast. Unlike the stories for lunch and dinner, we didnt have any wait and was seated immediately. The decor was nice and the restaurant was clean (recently opened). and the wait staff was very quick and nice.Be forewarned, the service is family style. You choose a number of items from the menu (different number based on time of day) and the wait staff keeps bringing more food if you run out. The first kicker is that you end up in a family negotiation for what items you get. Unless everyone agrees, youll end up with an item you dont like or missing out an item you wanted to try. I can see if it was busy how this system would tax the wait staff but for our breakfast items were refilled almost immediately when needed.Ill run down the items we had:Chicken and waffels: Chicken was dry (common complaint in the reviews), waffles were cold. I thought C&W usually came with drizzled honey but not these. Just dry fried tenders and cold waffles.Ooey Gooey Pancakes: Im not a huge pancake person.. I didnt even try them. Family said they were good though.Breakfast casserole: Casserole of eggs, meats, and potatoes. Just ok. I would have liked more eggs.Applewood smoked center cut bacon: Good. Actually, maybe too thick. Gives your mouth a good workout to chew.Biscuits and gravy: Another ok item. Biscuits turned to paste in your mouth. Gravy was very thick.Country fried potatoes: Seasoned ok, a little on the dry side for my taste.Cost was on the high side (but thats what you get for a tourist trap at Broadway). Total for 4 people including tip was about $85. Breakfast is the cheapest option of breakfast/lunch/dinner. Add about $10 for lunch and probably $20 for dinner to our cost.Not sure if Ill be back. Its certainly a splurge for the atmosphere.

Service was excellent, dinner was supper overrated, the vanilla cake was to die for. Ok, reason for only two stars, world renowned chefs restaurant with mediocre food...NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL! Sorry to disappoint. Great service and vanilla cake!

Visited today with my family. Decor was lovely farmhouse meets coastal. Our waitress Taryn was spectacular!! We definitely ate our fill, but was a little disappointed in the taste of our food. It just didnt live up to the hype. I really expected vetter tasting food from a restaurant designed by a cook.

Didnt realize it was family style servings, but it was a great way to share your meal. Food was very good. Youll leave full. Plus, its all you can eat of the entrees and sides you ordered. Dessert included.

What else can I say. My wife loved it and got what she wanted. I swear they have the best black eyed peas in the world! Not to mention they books, cooking stuff, and everything else! Great staff and service. Thanks for making it a great stop. I have been converted!!!!

Food was good. I thought the fried chicken was no where near as good as it used to be. The collards are amazing and so where the spare ribs. Our waitress seemed a bit rushed but she was friendly. Love the banana pudding as always.

My wife and I went for breakfast yesterday walked in and was seated quickly. The hostess was friendly. The amount of food we got was a great deal! If you leave this place and you aren’t full then I don’t know what to say lol. Would recommend to anyone who loves southern style Breakfast.

The food was good. The lemonade was good but way over price $4.our waitress Jaquetta, was horrible she didn’t check on any of her tables until she brought us the bill. It would be helpful if a manager can round to each table every so often to make sure things are going okay.

Those that complain have one thing in common ...tight wads. The food and service was excellent. I have the intelligence to understand why you can’t take left overs. I shall return.

Food was great. Expensive though and you cant take home anything other than dessert, even when you get one serving. Seems like a huge waste of food to me in a world where people go hungry everyday.

Went there today with my son and his wife. From the time we got there till the time we left everyone was very polite. We were very fortunate to have patient server by the name of Kat. The only thing wrong with the meal was there was no chicken in the chicken and dumplings. Everything else was delicious. I will go back

A VeryY friendly store. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the store. The food was very good, you got your moneys worth too. I visit here once a year when I come to Tennessee. I recommend this place to anyone for good food and great shopping.

It was great Yall. Definitely better than the sum of its parts. The family style dining leads to a great environment. Despite being able to eat all you could desire the portioning and plating were perfect. Our group of five didnt need a refill on anything. AND OH MY DAM THOSE BISCUITS. I was at the myrtle beach paula deens restaurant and I paid $ 205 for a meal that was awful ! It was cold couldnt identify some of the food that was brought out! Never saw our waitress no refills only came back cause my Grandson wanted roast beef now mind you he loves meatloaf but he took one bite and spit it out! So needless to say I will never eat at Paula Deens again $ 205 wasted

Restraunt fell beloiw expectations. Price too high for quality of food. You share items with your guest. They brought out 1 good piece of chiken and 1 poor piece covered up by other. Brought 1 good piece of fish covering 1 burnt piece. Did this twice. This for $23 a person! No thanks. Would not go back.
