I’m a long time GSPE customer. Great products and service. I thought my trimmer was finished after 8 years. I took it Grand Strand and they found a minor issue causing the problem. Within 5 minutes the trimmer was running like “ a scolded dog” they said. Thanks Grand Strand!

So far service has been good, equipment has had very little if any issues since we have bought them. Our other equipment that was stolen use to go to the shop regularly since new. Keep up the good work.

Just bought my mower from these guys. Walked in and was trying to figure out which one I wanted was like a kid in a candy shop trying to figure out which one to get. These guys applied no pressure and answered all my questions.Definitely know their stuff and great to work with. If you are looking for lawn equipment and more, check these guys out.

The staff here is great and helped us out during the hurricane last year by fixing our generator ASAP! Usually it takes about 7 days for other equipment repairs. Prices is very reasonable.

Took my pressure washer there to get the pump fixed as it has begun leaking oil. Was told there would be a $50 deposit and they’d need to test the motor before having another person diagnose the pump since the motor hasn’t run in three years. 29 days later, no one has even looked at it. Says they’re busy with landscapers due to all the rain. 29 days. Unbelievable.

If you need parts for lamorce are you want to run something dont go to this place Because I have a reason the reason is I told or what model my riding more was and I needed blades I needed of I needed a bunch of stuff and then she ordered extra stuff that I didnt need so I want to take a back and she goes did you read it the receipt it says you cant bring anything back when you order it when you order It I told her I was you get the Better Business Bureau after she want to know what would make it go away I said give me the money it wasnt much maybe 3 bucks Believe you said shoes the owner or one of the owners Shes got that attitude shes the one that ordered it she should be responsible for making sure that she gets the right part and Not double parts and charge me for and then refuses to give me my money back when I bring the extra part back Dont go there

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME AND GIVE YOU TERRIBLE WORK!!!! I dropped a Concrete cut off saw off for them to fix. They told me it needed to be completely rebuilt. I gave them the deposit they wanted and told them to go ahead with it. After months of me calling and always getting a different story they FINALLY finished it. It ended up costing $200 more than they quoted me. I asked them if they would give me some kind of discount for all the times I had to rent a saw while they had mine for months. They refused. After using the saw about 5 times after they fixed it, it completely locked up. There’s no use taking it back there because I know they won’t stand behind their garbage work, as my father has had the same problem with them. I wasted over $600 with these people. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. USE SOMEBODY ELSE

Call them on the phone and ask them about a part I needed for my lawn mower and the man told me they had it. I drove there to get it locked in you guys sitting down behind the counter eating and ask me what I needed I told them I just spoke with somebody who said they had the part, I showed them the broken part, one asked me somebody from here said we had that part and I said yes thats why Im here, asked who I spoke to unfortunately didnt get a name and immediately told me they did not have that part they did not move an inch to ask anybody else in the facility. I called 15 minutes prior theres two guys behind the counter older guys completely useless.

Mr. Cobb, I am the General Manager at Grand Strand Power Equipment (GSPE). I have investigated the allegation posted to this website. From the written information and discussion with the service department personal, we originally received the concrete cut-off saw from your fathers business for repair. We provided him with an estimate of approximately $600 to repair the saw. He declined to repair the saw. It was almost two (2) months later that you called and requested the saw to be repaired; that your father had given it to you if you paid for the repairs.We requested a $400 dollar deposit to cover cost of parts and that the remaining balance of $200 would be due at pickup. One of the parts needed to repair the saw was not available from the Manufacturer. The part was received approximately five (5) weeks later. We have no control over parts availibility. As-far-as the unit having problems after 5 uses, we do stand behind our work if given the opportunity determine the problem.
