Bought and paid for a mattress and box spring yesterday to be delivered today. I waited all day, no delivery, no correspondence. Tried to call them 3 times and it went straight to voicemail. Drove past the store it was closed. Never received my delivery. $500.. Is this some sort of scam??

Needed a box spring for a king size bed and Wesley made it happen in no time got it delivered the next day. Good price, way better than any of the other stores I checked with. If you are looking, this is the place to go hands down.

Needed a mattress right away. So like everyone else, I looked on the net. Came across the Mattress Outlet of MB. Read all the reviews so I went down and saw Wesley. Very nice and very helpful. I explained what I was looking for, he started with 2 mattress and fine tuned from there. He asked if I needed the box spring, too. I did. And needed delivery. When he told me the price, including delivery, I couldnt believe it. It was like he said ..60- 70% less than the big name places for a product of same or similar quality. And the delivery, Jersey and Taylor were great. They are very courteous and had a great scense of humour. These people are the way to go when you need a Mattress. HIGHLY recommend them.

Paid for delivery and he couldn’t even bring it in for us. What happens if someone or myself or my wife were disabled or injured and couldn’t bring in the mattress or box spring? Would have been nice when we asked for delivery that they could have told us no one could bring it in. On top of that he dragged our mattress and box spring through water. And when my wife asked why they didn’t tell us that before we paid for delivery he got an attitude and said “well I’ll take it back and you can come get it then”. Won’t be getting any more mattresses from them again.

Im New to Myrtle Beach and needed a quick mattress topper to put on an extremely hard one that Im using for now. Met with WESLEY, and explained my situation. Had what I needed in 5 minutes, stayed at least an hour b.s.ing with this cool dude. Very helpful and price was unbeatable. Highly recommend.
