The sales personnel in the Carolina Forest location in Myrtle Beach are fantastic. Fully knowledgeable on all of the products, let you take the time you need to really test the mattresses but yet no high pressure sales tactics. Some other reviews said their prices were high but they have plenty of sales throughout the year and I got a good deal on my mattress and adjustable base with no interest financing. They also honored the 120 day trial period and I was able to change my mattress within that time frame with no issues. Highly recommend this store!!!

Very very disappointing. I went a week ago ordered a mattress Told them delivered on the following Friday. Did not get a call on Thursday to tell me what time of the day would it be delivering the mattress. Call the store and the salesman made a mistake and put the wrong date down. Very frustrating so I canceled an order for somewhere else.

Had a great experience with this store. The matress set we purchased is very comfortable (Hampton & Rhodes queen size hybrid) and priced right. It was delivered and set up the next day. The delivery guys were on time, very polite and very careful. They had to go up a flight of stairs that has a 360 turn in the middle, so not an easy job, but they made it look easy. Would definitely recommend Mattress Firm, and especially this store if you are looking. Mattresses are so expensive anymore and we paid less than $600 and totally happy.
