Highly recommend their service if your planning on powder coating your wheels. Dropped my 22 aluminum alloy wheels on Tuesday and picked them up 2 days later on Thursday. They did an awesome job taking care of smoothing out the road rash, plus they powder coated the entire wheel, front and back. The cost was very reasonable considering what new wheels would have cost me. Give Mike a call, he is a stand up businessman.

PPM IS A GREAT SHOP WITH CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I LIKE THE FACT THAT THE OWNER MIKE IS ALWAYS ON SITE AND MAKES SURE HIS CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY. I HAVE BEEN USING PPM FOR MANY YEARS AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR WIDE SPECTRUM OF SERVICES TO ANYONE.

I hear really good things about the powder coating here, but I dont think I would have another Cerakote job done here. Once I got a chance to take a closer look at the parts I noticed lots of runs, inclusions, areas that did not receive enough coverage - (like, you can see the metal underneath still), residual blast media left on the parts - and not just brackets or wheels - engine cases... Anyone for some sand in yer crankcase?? Blast media lodged behind my oil window...11 days and $500 later he told me I was getting a great deal. I dont know - Im not really too familiar with the industry, but it seemed like a cut rate job to me.In hindsight, I probably should have spent the $500 on a gun and a respirator, put up some plastic sheets and a box fan and gave it a go myself. 3 stars cuz the bike will still look cool from far away...

We wanted to get new porch furniture set. Went to a few stores and saw how high the prices are. Custom outdoor furniture store said if the metal parts are solid and we wanted to change the color try PPM Custom for powder coating. Didnt know what powder coating was at that time. This is a tough baked on coating, not paint, and it stands up to any kind of weather without rusting, fading etc. Tom, the owner was great. Spent a lot of time showing us how it is done, and the large amount of colors available. Fast forward, my wife picked the color and then the fabric from Custom outdoor furniture. Toms mechanics did a fantastic job and Custom outdoor disassembled the furniture, supplied the fabric, and reassembled. Total cost was about 70% of a new set. I had my sound system done on my Busa. The bike sounds amazing, the speaker setup is a perfect fit and it is wired neater than its ever been. I also had a light kit installed and Im loving the attention to detail to every part. The guys are professional and very thorough in making sure you get exactly what you want. Awesome experience!!

There are garages that work on your bike because they need to make a living. Harley Davidson Dealers will fix your bike and break something else for example and then charge an arm and a leg to do so. PPM Customs took my bike on a Holiday. They repaired it, upgraded it, called me with options and made suggestions not based on price, but what would be best for my bike and my financial situation. I appreciate Mikes patience, Toms customer service and suggestions as well as Bobs Mechanical Skills. They not only fixed my bike for a third of what Harley would have charged but took care of it as if it was their own. It looks great, runs better than it ever has and sounds amazing. I love it and cant thank them enough. Before going to Harley, you really need to check these guys out. Thanks for everything guys!!

Fantastic place to get your bike serviced and or repaired. They have a 30 year Harley Tech who used to work at MB Harley Davidson. He does all the work on my bike now. Excellent prices. I got to watch him work (Beach House in Shallotte has an open glass to their shop) MB Harley has the window to their shop covered with paper........wonder why..

Finaly found a reliable shop at the beach. High quality service, keep me updated throughout and didnt break the bank.

I ordered some chrome ram air covers from this place, but when I got them the covers wouldnt fit my 03 hayabusa. I contacted PPM to tell them about my problem and they suggested I try another set so I did. When the other set came in they didnt fit, so I took the time to drive the ram air covers to them so they could see what I was talking about. Not to mention Im driving from Raeford N.C to Myrtle beach over 130mi. When I got there the guy claimed he fixed them and when I got back home I would be able to put them on my bike which I couldnt, bolt holes didnt match up still, so now Ive been trying to get my money back which is over 200 dollars. PPM wants me to take time out of my schedule to trailer my whole bike back to Myrtle beach so they can install the part themselves. I refuse to spend another penny out of my pocket for this part. PPM wont give me my money back for a part of theirs that will not fit. VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! would not recommend anyone to use them. Another thing Ive tried several times to reach the owner and hes always unreachable have the workers tell it.

This place is great. I drive by it every day on my way home. Saw a sign that they do powder coating. So I recently purchased a 94 29ft Baja motor yacht. Took me 4 months to update this boat, led lighting, new sound system, fix everything that wasnt working, mount a 32 and a 24 Samsung bluetoothed thru the boats new sound system, new stainless steel microwave and both fridge door liners! The 2 fridge/freezer wire racks were rusty and horrible looking. Hmmm. Both no longer available, so I dropped in to see about have them power coated in white. Tom was great to talk to, spoke about my 1990 Dodge Daytona Shelby, his new purchase of an AMC Harley just about everything. Then my boat and wire racks. Said yeah, I can redo those racks. Said theyd look like new or like hell when he gets done! I was in no rush, I get a call and they are done. They looked better than new! Price was less than buying 1 new one which my size was no longer available! The finishing touch to my stainless steel looking fridges!These guys are great, do excellent work and wont rip you off. Mind you this was a small job. But worth double what he charged me. I did give him a little extra. It made my month!

So I did a exchange on a set of gen two busa peg brackets and shift rod for chrome. The set I sent in was in perfect condition powder coated satin black. The day I received the chrome ones from ppm they had putting and marks, I contacted the company only to not be able to reach anyone by phone so I sent emails. I got a response back basically stating that there is going to be inperfection and that even the set I sent in would have some but are not noticeable due to powder coating. This is bs seeing that they where brand new and never had any imperfections. After asking several times what there warranty on there chrome and trying to get the parts swapped out, with no response I contacted Paypal. Was told from Paypal that ppm will now refund me my money only when I ship there parts back and that they will also be shipping mine back. So I reached out to ppm to verify that one they will be sending me my exact brackets back in perfect condition and two to see when. I have yet to get any response back from them at all. Horrible customer service all around wouldnt recommend them to anyone I know. If I ran my business like this and was not professional with my customers that wouldnt go far. Why would I ship there parts back without them shipping me my exact parts or responding back to calls/ emails in regards to my exact parts.
