Came here during bike week 2021.Dealer was packed! For BW they brought in a bunch of vendors, and had food trucks available. Inside dealership was well set up and stocked the first time we came here.Buddy needed a gas cap, and they had one in stock.

Went during hurricane alley bike rally. Was nice with lots of vendors. Good deals

Its a very busy place. The staff were constantly assisting customers. It took me three hours to buy my motorcycle. But I understand that . I was happy at the end of the sale.

Today, October 18, 2021, I received a package in the mail from Myrtle Beach Harley Davidson and inside that envelope happened to be a special made shirt that I was looking for at all 4 of M.B.H.D. locations and I came up empty at each location. I was told to contact the main shop on Kings Highway in which I did on a few occasions but I was told that particular shirt was only made for a special occasion, the Fall Bike Rally. It just so happens I was leaving to go back to Pennsylvania that weekend. More or less I was S.O.L. (S**T OUTTA LUCK) and that Id be going home without getting that great shirt..I want to put a great big THANK YOU out to the staff @ M.B.H.D. on Kings Highway for fulfilling my wishes and sending me that shirt totally cost-free and by total surprise. I will definitely have to stop by the next time I am in the Myrtle Beach area and personally THANK them all again for doing that for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH !! I can’t say enough good things about my recent buying experience with MBHD. This is my first H-D bike, and with the current state of the market and overall economy, I was intimidated (lots of stories about dealerships price-gauging, etc.); yet Jerry, my salesman, put me at ease the instant I met him. He was extraordinarily welcoming and willing to answer any questions I had. His passion for motorcycling is authentic, and his knowledge is superior. He was always responsive and, most importantly, honest and transparent.These same traits carried over to Danny, MBHD’s finance manager. You know that moment when you buy a car and the slickster salesman constantly disappears to talk to “his finance guy” in the back, then you agree to terms and they usher you to the back to finalize? That’s almost always when the BS ramps-up, so I was nervous about this stage of the game, too (upsells, extras, blah blah blah). Not so with Danny. He was honestly the nicest, most straightforward and sincere finance manager I’ve ever dealt with. Like Jerry, he has enormous passion for both the brand and motorcycling.Finally, I had no idea what a celebratory experience buying a H-D was like. When you ring the “Freedom Bell” and the entire staff is clapping and honking the bikes’ horns, you feel like they’re throwing a party and you’re the guest of honor. Because of Jerry, Danny, and the honest manner in which they treated me, as well as the overall vibe at MBHD, if/when I buy another motorcycle, it’ll be here where I buy. Thanks to the whole MBHD crew!

10-1-21Fall - Bike WeekI actually called last week to make an appointment for an oil change Thursday or Friday during Bike Week. I knew I was gonna be about 400 miles pre-service by the time I left High Point NC Wednesday morning to head that way. I was told they dont make appointments during Bike Week. Everything is first come, first served.Thursday evening I hit the service mileage while riding around, so I got up early Friday morning and tried to get there early. I got there about 40 minutes before time to open. I was the second bike in the line, with only one other bike ahead of me.The service writers started about 5 minutes before time to open. Starting at the head of the line of about 7 bikes by this time. My bike was the second one taken back. Got a text about 45 minutes later from Jorge saying my bike was done. I was walking around shopping Vendor Booths. So, I walked back around to the Service Dept., paid up and moved my bike out to the parking lot.From start to finish, this couldnt have worked out any better.Thanks MBHD.

Love it. We are from Delaware Ohio and we met a salesman that was from West Jefferson Ohio too. We all have been to the same Harley dealers in Centa Ohio. He was a very nice man.

Great set up lots of vendors lots of activity for spring Bike Week. Definitely a place worth stopping it was a party within the party here it was like a stick it off of the main drag and enjoy a local spot and conversation the staff were super helpful and friendly definitely recommended some local places to eat and some local rides. The type of experience you expect when you enter into a Harley store.

Wanted everyone to know what a great experience I had with this dealership. Called in route in to schedule a new rear tire install and service department said bring it in the next day. Best HD dealership Ive ever dealt with. Darren worked with me and was able to get me out of a motorcycle I recently bought from another dealership and was not happy with back onto another ultra classic... welcomed my dog Harley in and the staff came around and petted him... Drove 3.5 hours and was well worth it...made me feel like family.. Darren is highly recommended!!!

Horrible place! Changed my neck bearing and scratched my tank up, 3 scratches on front fender, blood all over my tank. Left grease all over my screen. When I showed the manager the scratches his reply was REALLY.... life it wasn’t a big deal. I left with the bike and had to park it. They totally ruined my vacation and now I’m stranded here. Didn’t get to participate in bike week at all. I’ve filed complaints with Harley so we’ll see what happens, I will be contacting an attorney

Stopped in here to browse the 2018 HD bikes and struck up a conversation with a great salesman named Chuck. If youre in the area stop in and ask for him. Very polite and knowledgeable about the rides. I might just make the trip down from Ohio when Im ready to trade my Super Glide in for that new Road Glide.

We had a great experience at this location! From New Jersey came to Myrtle to visit family and wanted to stop here on our way back home and have our little dog with us. They kindly welcome our small dog in with no issues and staff was helpful to assist us and check in with us with giving us enough space to shop but also available for questions. Even had a staff member come over to chat to our doggie! Everything was clean and organized to shop, check out good cashier friendly. We will be visiting this location again when we come back.

So you need your bike fixed? Never take it to this Harley Davidson, the lady who answers the phone is very rude and sounds like she wants nothing to do with life, if you get your bike back after they “fixed” it make sure!!! You check everything because it probably is in worst condition then it was when you brought it to them in the first place, be weary of this location they don’t know what they are doing and just sad over all human beings

Had a bike failure last night towed into the shop in the dark, got there right at open this morning hit Jorge up in the service dept and he diagnosed the issue, took care of the problem on the weekend in record time! Repaired the bike at an outstanding price and had me back on the road within a few hours. Saved the entire Bike Week with all the guys- extremely happy with the service and cost of the repair couldnt be more pleased with this Harley dealer and the service that Jorge provided. Excellent communication the whole time, just a great dealership thanks Jorge, appreciate you.

I had a great experience with this dealership in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I have owned 2 Harley Davidson motorcycles before this purchase. This one was extra special to me as 3 years ago I was in a wheelchair. I honestly thought my riding days were over.I have had some miraculous things happen with my health. My beautiful wife let me walk in with a cane and I drove off the same day with my Softail Heritage Classic. The Salesperson Tracy was great in helping me make the right choice for where I was at. I probably made her a little nervous as I drove away, but she called me later that night to check on me. The 100 mile ride home and a couple more rides afterwards made me start thinking of the next one. 😁 A step at a time, coming from my Wife. She still likes hearing me quote, Ride hard or Stay home.

I can not say enough about this dealership and their employees. I rode down from Washington Pa and after being here for a few days and riding more I realized My front tire should be replaced before heading home. I most likely would have been fine to ride home, but why chance it if I hit rain. On Monday I stopped by, however they were closed for the day. As I was leaving a gentleman came outside Pierre Johnson he asked how he could help. I explained my situation, he quickly asked if tomorrow would be ok. I told him yes. He explained to be there at 8:00am the next day. I went back in the morning prior to to 8am and was surprised to be greeted and helped by Jorge Beltran prior to 8am. During the service other issues were discovered that were safety concerns. Jorge went beyond and helped to make sure my bike was made safe again. I have worked most of my life in the automotive repair and motorcycle field. I can not say enough about Jorge and all the dealership. They got me fixed and on my way in couple hours. I wish all Harley dealers and repair facilities were as honest and on the ball as Jorge, Pierre and Myrtle Beach Harley Davidson. If you find yourself in South Carolina stop I and see them buy a t shirt from Marie, get your bike serviced or buy a new one! They are the kind of business and people to support! Oh and thanks to the tech Larry who made sure I was safe!

It is a very pleasant experience, visiting Myrtle Beach Harley-Davidson. There is the friendly staff, the selection of clothing and motorcycle parts is good, and the service department has highly technicians. Unfortunately as of the 17th of December this year you will no longer be able to rent authorized Harley-Davidson rental motorcycles here or at any other HD dealership.As expressed by many customers, that department will be missed. Do consider visiting this dealership or the three other dealerships located in Myrtle Beach for friendly experienced assistance.

We had pipes put on while on vacation. The service here was awesome. When we pulled up a gentleman was mowing and stopped and told us things about towing my freewheeler the where I purchased it from hadnt even told us. He was great customer service just wish I could remember his name. He deserves the pat on the back for the info he gave us. Thanks

Bike rally week was AMAZING!!!

I am so disappointed to be writing this review with 1 star. I rode a sport bike for approx 10 years then took 10 years off after an accident. This was to be my first Harley (of hopefully a lifetime of many) and an intro back into riding. Super long story short, I went in on a Sat to buy a bike. Needed financing with wife as co-signer as we both would be on the loan. Left a deposit with an agreement on a price and that I would return Sunday to sign and ride home. Sat night I emailed (twice) asking for a breakdown of price of the bike (needed insurance and wanted the final breakdown - price, taxes, tags, ect) and I never received it. I emailed again Sunday morning and asked again for breakdown of bike cost and fees as I only knew the price we agreed to and not the specific breakdown. The price we agreed to on Sat was Out the Door Price. Anyone who has every done a sales deal knows that out the door price is the final price. Not final PLUS a bunch a bunch of FEES, TAXES, TAGS, etc. Anyway, when I made the trip on Sunday to pick up the bike and brought my wife to drive the car home, the dealership was very busy and there were lots of interest in the used bike I had bought (or at least put a deposit on). When I finally went to finalize, the price had gone up just over $500 of what we agreed to previously. Odd b/c we already had an agreement. The sales manager said no, you owe me $500 more or take your deposit and leave the bike. I said maybe it was a misunderstanding that taxes were already in the Out the Door price so I offered to split it with him b/c my family was already there and I wasnt about to leave without this beautiful bike over a few hundred bikes. However, he was very rude, accused me of welshing on the deal, said take your money and leave. Of course after being treated like that I did and guess what....he sold the bike right after for more money...surprise, surprise! Well, that is dishonest. Not sure how much more he made on that deal but I hope it was worth it. I will never shop at this dealer again....and he kind of turned me off of Harley too maybe. I thought Harley guys had a code and morals and treated others as one would expect. Well, not this guy. Anyway, I have numerous emails and details on this if anyone wants more details I can easily prove this to be true. Just let me know and I will provide additional details. Thank you and I am so disappointed this dealership acted so dishonestly. They are the closest dealer to me and was really looking forward to building a relationship with them. Greedy/Shady sales manager ruins it for everyone. Oh well, wasnt meant to be I guess.
