Brought my Vintage Carvin Amp to Matt for evaluation and repair after an all of a sudden buzzing hum that came out of nowhere. Matt quickly found the issue, repaired it perfectly and was very reasonably priced. I am new to this area and thrilled to have found Matt. I would absolutely recommend him for any repair that you might need. So glad that I found him! Thanks so much Matt. My amp sounds amazing.
Being newer to the MB area, I needed someone to get my amp rolling again. Matt really knows what he is doing. The cost is very reasonable in my opinion and the quality of work is great.
I was unable to find a decent amp tech in Wilmington, NC so I brought it to Matt. He was super easy to work with, got my amp done fast, and his rates are extremely reasonable. Definitely would recommend him if you need your amp fixed, it’s worth the drive if he isn’t local to you.
Ive had several Amps worked on by him and he has never let me down. Recently, I had some work done and the problem persisted. I took it back and Matt was quick to find out the problem and got it resolved. He stands behind his work and even called a few weeks later just to make sure everything was working fine!!! I highly recommend!!!
One of the most professional and best repairmen Ive ever worked with If you want to professional to work on your gear Matt is your guy. Understand he is a business man he doesnt work for free.
Pay no attention to the naysayers. Matt knows what he is doing and should be paid accordingly. Upfront about pricing and charges a standard bench fee for his time. Glad to have a tech/builder of his caliber in the area. Real musicians appreciate his talents and services. Thanks Matt!!!
The guy changed 1 string on my guitar and did check the truss rod . He did want me to pay 60 $ .A pack of guitar strings is 5 $ .He is also the rudest person ive met in my life. He also get his string back when i told him that this was expensive . Never go to that store !
Great place for PA and amp repair. Matt known what hes doing!!!
Matt Garcia is the only guy I trust to repair my gear. If it is repairable, he has the skills and know-how to fix it.
Great work!!
He can do the job but he takes money up front (approx $65) because he says that you might not come back for your amp (like your amp isnt worth $65) and the bill is ALWAYS about $200.00 no matter what you have done !Ill never go back.
