This use to be a business that handled warranty repairs in house. Now they no longer do that and wont even return a call to let you know of any other options. Why even have a phone number and answering machine!!!
Previously I had posted a review here that portrayed this company poorly. My opinion was respectful & honest then as it is now. Although this time I am writing because I want the public to know that this company reached out to me a short time later after my first post because I was unhappy with my initial service & made sure things were remedied. They went the extra mile & everything since I have a newfound respect for them. They stepped up in the customer service department. So I say thank you for making things right. So contrary to my last review........Folks, if u need something done......go to these guys. Im confident they will do everything in their power to make sure the job is done & that u are happy with the service. And I personally thank Integrated Systems.
The owner Mickey is very disrespectful over the phone. I wouldnt recommend getting any TV repairs from this business. They did two repairs on my TV and needed to do a third. I called Integrated System and Design to cancel an appointment Samsung had scheduled for me and here goes disrespectful Mickey over talking me. Good luck trying to get proper service from them. Especially dealing with Mr. Disrespectful!
This company SUCKS! I am disabled and talked to a female employee about repair work on a stereo. She quoted me a price so the next day I brought the stereo over to the shop. They got the stereo out of my trunk because I couldnt carry it along with my walker. A guy comes out of the backroom and says he cant work on it and he cant help me with the repairs. Just like that a wasted morning and a bad feeling about these clowns.. Nobody knew who I talked to or did they care about me or how difficult is was for me to get over to the store. Should have know they werent on the up and up, beings their store is among empty and abandoned buildings. Stay away from these people and beware!!!

Best A/V service on the Grand Strand! These guys are excellent live engineers and have the best PA systems. When we have gear issues, we go to them.
If I could give you a -10, I would. First and foremost, the supervisor Mickey should be fired on the spot. This guys customer service skills are far beyond subpar! The service that the first technician Kevin provided was spectacular. Kevin should actually be moved into Mickeys role, and Mickey should be relieved of his position.This all started because Kevin was dispatched out to replace a motherboard for my Samsung TV, however it was replaced with the wrong part (verified by both Samsung and Netflix). The reason I know this is because the new part didnt accept the highest version Netflix app. The Netflix app that the new motherboard accepts is the version that originally came with the TV 5 years ago. So obviously, the part that was recently installed is actually older than the part that first came with the TV.Regardless, Kevin continued to provide fantastic customer service and confirmed the part inserted in my TV was not the correct one. However, he would try and find the correct one and if he couldnt, would simply install my original part back into my TV.Today I missed Kevins call, but called back, only to be patched over to the worst supervisor (Mickey) in customer care history. After wasting my breath briefing him, he immediately said, I know the situation, however we WILL NOT be providing you a refund. You will have to take that up with Netflix. Then he started interrupting as I was talking, being very hostile, rude and anything else you could think of. All because I asked for a refund due to them putting in the wrong part in my TV.I went on to ask him if its the correct part, then give me both part numbers/makes/models to do a comparison. His first response was that he couldnt verify that information. Only after he realized how incompetent that statement was, did he start to backtrack on the answer. He said that he would call me back in 15 minutes with that information, then rudely hung up.I will dispute the charge on my credit card, report Integrated Systems Design, LLC to Samsung, as well as file a claim with the BBB against them.Once again, Kevin provided exceptional customer service, but Mickey ruined it 1000 times over.Shame on you Mickey!***Update*** I called back to get the part numbers from Mickey only to be transferred to the store manager Leslie...wow, she wasnt too far off from Mickey. She defended him by saying hes been at that company longer than Ive been around, then proceeded to talk about how I should feel bad for asking for a refund due to them potentially losing money on it. She even went on to say that I probably do this all the time (ask for refunds). She too ultimately hung up on me, however, I expected nothing less.I am amazed how this company is even still around due to the horrible customer service.... and yes Leslie, I recorded our conversation as well.***Update*** I called Samsung back after going through this ordeal Integrated Systems Design, LLC. After even more troubleshooting, they still concluded that it was the new hardware that is not accepting the highest app version.Mickey, I know you were the one who replied back to my post because you failed to mention nor apologize for you unacceptable behavior, as a true owner of a business would have.I recorded my conversation with Leslie, so I have proof it was a subpar experience. Leslie defended your behavior, so that by itself is telling.Chad (the real owner), if you would like to hear my recorded conversation between Leslie and I, Id be more than happy to share it with you.***Update*** Samsung sent them a ticket number ending in 8365 to be redispatched due to the new motherboard possibly being faulty, however they closed the ticket out immediately. However, another ticket was created today (7/13/18).***Update***(7/23/18) Samsung dispatched yet another ticket (ending in 1022) to this company and they immediately closed it due to losing money on gas and labor.This is by far the worst company to do business with.To everyone reading this, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
