The furniture is high quality and the service is excellent. Every time I went back, which was many because I am so indecisive, I was greeted with warmth and patience. I am so happy with my purchase. The store policy allows you 30 days to decide what is right for you. I changed the love seat for a couch with absolutely no problem and very quickly too.

We placed our order in April with the expectation that it would be a couple of months to receive our furniture. I completely understand the current shipping situation that everyone is experiencing and would have been patient had i not been lied to and given stories about why I had not received the furniture.First it was delayed.Next it was its not all here.Next, we will ship what we have received.Next, we didnt ship ...something about the rain. lolNext, we will ship by the end of the week and i will send you a tracking number.Today, we didnt ship because your furniture is damaged.The lies and poor customer service has forced me to ask for a refund. ALSO, IF THEY CANT GET AND DELIVER PRODUCT, HOW LONG CAN THEY STAY IN BUSINESS. I FELT IF I WAITED TOO LONG THEY WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND I WOULD LOSE THE MONEY. They said 5-7 business days. We shall see.For the amount of money we spent (over $7000), i feel like the Service did not match the price.STEP UP YOUR GAME!

This is a location that sells multipurpose furniture (indoor/outdoor). They were very busy.We received excellent help from a young gentleman who showed us fabrics and gave us additional information about our furniture. I felt it was pretty clear we were buying.Our first salesperson pretty much blew us off once shed answered a few questions. Since we did eventually buy a fairly decent amount of furniture, she wasnt there to match colors.

The customer service from this place cannot be beat! We were looking for 2 lounge chairs to match an existing patio set. Palm causal did not carry them but agreed to special order them. When they came in, I realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong color. They offered to sell them on their floorand ordered me the correct color at no additional cost. Thereafter, we purchased Adirondack chairs. Great chairs. Very heavy and made well. Unfortunately, 5 years later we developed a few cracks in some of the chairs. Palm casual came to our home and delivered all new chairs. They told us the chairs were guaranteed for life. Palm Casual will do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy.

The table I bought 2yrs ago was starting to come apart along the edges... At 1st they thought it could be repaired but decided to replace it.. They are so kind and professionalI really appreciate what they did for me.

I have done business with this company more than once and have always given them 5 star ratings because their service was great and they seemed to care about my specific needs.However, I recently went in to purchase a new patio chair and not one employee was wearing a mask, even though the city mandated it. (Customers were wearing masks)When I politely asked the salesman why he wasn’t wearing a mask; he arrogantly replied “because I don’t want to and I don’t have to”.So apparently following rules and concern for their fellow human beings is not a priority to them. I just left the store. This made me sad that a once great business was no longer great.I read that businesses who were non compliant could be fined or shut down. Maybe that will get their attention.

My wife and I recently added a screened porch to our home. After looking at numerous furniture establishments, we stopped in @ Palm Casual. This is the second time we have purchased porch furniture from Palm Casual and both times we are 100% satisfied. Our glider we purchased two years ago is phenomenal, the cushions still perfect and it is extremely comfortable. We just purchased two resin plastic high top chairs and a table that fits in between them and it is perfect for our porch. Cam was awesome at the store and is very knowledgeable about every piece of furniture in the store,moved down here a couple years ago and remember the old location,They have great stuff for good prices but is it really made from here ?,found a few Chinese stickers on a few of my chairs, and when the guys delivered I noticed one of the drivers didn’t speak at all and had a mean look on his face so I didn’t really talk to him cause I felt a bad vibe,except for the one with the dreadlocks he had lots of manners and was very talkative to me and helpful,when I went up to the truck to present myself and shake there hands on the tall drivers side it wreaked of marijuana, good company but half and half on delivery, didn’t feel a good vibe at all from the delivery except from the young boy with the dreadlocks. Other than that great furniture and maybe one mooded employee they need to worry about, other than that I recommend you to shop here.

We have worked with Cam and have the best Patio Furniture we had an issue and went to Cam who took care of it right away without any questions. Extremely happy with everything we have purchased...Cam and all staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and anxious to please their customers... they truly stand behind their products, too!The only problem we have is that we always see something we like !!!!!! Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate any more pieces!!!!!!!!

Quality products with great customer service. Their new store is beautiful and offers a wide variety of outdoor furniture options as well as accessories. The furniture we bought from them has been on an oceanfront balcony for 3 years and looks as good as when it was delivered.
