This is a GREAT Store. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are UNBELIEVABLE! Went in just to browse and purchased 2 watches, sunglasses and a case. The first watch was a gift for my son and I was so impressed with it I bought a second for myself. They have a GREAT selection but again I must mention the staff.....hands down...the best! If your into watches, you definitely need to visit this location, youll be glad you did!

Had such an incredible experience here. Got an excellent deal on a Q Explorist and the staff here was more than happy to accommodate a band switch-out. They were patient and answered all the questions we had for them related to promotions and functionality of the devices.The store is very clean and laid out nicely and the selection is really top notch. If youre in this shopping center, even if youre a high end watch guy or gal, this store is worth the visit.

Walked in was immediately helped with links to take out a watch, was informed about the sale they were having. They worked in unison (3 sales women). Worked together so well, hella helpful, great tips for picking out bags and overall a great experience!!

I went in to look at wallets and hybrid smart watches a few days ago, expecting to be pointed in a general direction Thats about it.Instead, I got two sales representatives (Chad and a cute young lady) that were extremely helpful, walked me through everything the smartwatch could do, made sure it was set up properly before they even rang it up, and took great care of me!They answered a long list of questions I had, and took a lot more time with me than I expected. I felt a little embarrassed at how much time I took for such a simple and inexpensive transaction.I highly recommend this store if you want some advice or need any help, especially with smart watches. I have shopped at Tanger outlets many times, and rarely do I meet sales representatives that care this much about the customer.Thank you!

I got a purse here and so far its been worth it. Their wallets can easily mix and match, and most of them have anti-theft protection.

Very pleasant and helpful staff

We reached just 30 minutes before closing and the manager and the other sales person they were so patient and sweet they helped us out with everything we needed, really good watch collection. I would love to come back because of the customer service. Two thumbs up guys.

My husband and I walked in the store and no one acknowledged us. There was a young man standing at the counter with a customer when we walked in and never even lifted his head to say hello. A woman was standing at the counter, looked at us and walked away as we approached the counter. A few customers came in after us and both employees who ignored us were over welcoming to them asking them if they needed anything. I finally asked if someone could help us and their response I received made me feel like I was disturbing them. Needless to say we wont give this store anymore of our business. My husband has purchased more than five Fossil watches from this same store and I am very disappointed in the service we were met with ..or lack there of.

We went there like two months ago and my boyfriend didn’t find a watch he liked and the girl would not leave him alone about it even though I purchased a watch (which is very nice and I love it ) she proceeded to tell me in front of everyone that he needed to lighten up he’s on vacation and how I deal with that.

Worst customer service Ive experienced in my life. I did not get either of the ladies names but one was extremely friendly the other not so much. I looked around to do the deal of 2 watches for 90 bucks. I didnt find anything I liked but my Girlfriend did. So she bought a watch. (Which is super nice btw) at checkout I was asked what I was getting, I replied that nothing caught my eye. I was told I didnt look hard enough as she wrang up my girlfriend and I didnt say anything. She then replied well I used to be funny so I just left the store without saying anything. She then proceeded to tell my girlfriend that Im on vaction and should be happyin front of the whole store and embarrassed my girlfriend. That is extremely insulting for not buying a 50 dollar watch. Ill stick to buying your watches online now. I rarely give 1 stars this is just ridiculous.

Wonderful!!

Long story short, there was a mix up and they sold me the wrong watch. I live 2 hours away from the store and was a nervous wreck trying to figure out how I could get the watch I wanted, or at the very least, how I could get my money back. I contacted Fossil customer service, and from there worked with Jason at the Fossil store, and they took care of my situation as painlessly as possible. I was able to exchange the watch for the one I wanted without having to make an unnecessary trip. Im very happy with the way things were handled, and Jason was very enthusiastic and patient given the circumstances. I will continue to do business with Fossil in the future.
