If you have a choice for your Oxygen tank needs, go to a different company. I have called multiple times to get a refill of Oxygen and every time they have told me they will deliver the next day, well that of course never happens, so I call back again and again and every time its another excuse. Now its Friday evening, tanks were supposed to be delivered today and now theyre saying maybe Tuesday. They simply apologize and say theyre really busy making deliveries. I received one single mobile Oxygen tank. The delivery/setup guy said call anytime for refills and hed be right out. They tell me the reason I am only allowed one tank is because of Covid and I should be quarantined. I tested positive in early July and spent the remainder of the time in the hospital. I no longer have to quarantine, but my oxygen supply company says that I should be so they prohibit my movement by only allowing 1 tank. How in the world am I supposed to get to the Doctors Office an hour away?!?!?!. Bottom line is these people dont answer their own phones, it goes to a service. These people will not call you after saying they would, they will tell you one thing and not come through, they have zero regard for customer service.

My early experience with Lincare was not very good and I was having trouble getting phone calls through and getting responses like everybody else that I’m seeing but I remain persistent because it’s my health that I was concerned about.Then I got Mike Carey on my case and he was concerned enough about me and my situation to make sure that everything I needed and every concern I had was taken care of. He did one thing that is very difficult for most people to do and that was to listen!He stayed aware of my situation and my concern about getting a portable oxygenator and even though it took quite some time to get here, he remained diligent enough to make sure that I got it.The biggest thing that happened was when he brought the INR machine to test my blood levels. He set it up and checked my levels and they were way out of whack. We retested and the readings were the same. We tried the other arm in the readings were the same. At that point we thought the machine must not be any good so he was going to take it back and replace it.He took the machine home called support and did something most people would never do….he tested himself. His readings came back normal. that’s when he called my readings into my doctor. My doctor called me in and check me, and my readings were still off the chart. The nurse told me should that I should be dead and in 40 years of he career, she had never seen readings like that, thanks to Mike and his quick thinking I wasn’t.As it turned out he actually saved my life.The world could use a couple million more people like Mike he does his job and he cares.We are fortunate to have people like that in this world and as for me I feel very good that I have one in my corner, thanks Mike!!!

I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with everything going on but when I have spoken to 2 different manager’s and the issue still didn’t get resolved then I have an issue with them. I have been billed for the last 2 months for equipment they picked up on March 4th. My husband had been in the hospital due to covid. I will say after we left the hospital and before we even made it home, we had received a call from Lincare concerning the delivery of his oxygen and of course they wanted payment up front. We did get the equipment quickly and was very pleased with them at that point. After we no longer needed the equipment that’s when the nightmare started and is still on going. We just received another bill again for equipment we no longer have, fortunately my bank is no longer allowing an automatic withdrawal. I called the after hours service Friday evening and explained I wanted a manager to call me back Monday and I have yet to receive a phone call. I work the hours they are open and can’t sit on hold for hours on end waiting for someone to answer to explain what is going on. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I worked with Lincare in West Virginia and was satisfied then I moved to Myrtle Beach and have had terrible service. I always wait 15-30 minutes for someone to answer my calls. Recently my home concentrator quit on a Saturday and a service rep brought me a new machine a few hours later. On Tuesday a rep showed up to address my problem! He had no idea someone came out on Saturday. I waited 7 months to get bi pap supplies! This company has terrible service. I am actively looking for a new provider.

In the photo are steps Lincare states it is follows to protect customers. NONE of the procedures were in place at the 1644 Dividend Loop, Myrtle Beach location Friday, May 22. Along with these issues, there was no physical distancing, no plastic shields, no masks or gloves used by employees or customers, and no simple health questionnaire for customers. After visiting Lincare, I went to my Nissan dealer; there were more protections in place there than at Lincare, a medical device company dealing with people highly susceptible to COVID. This is not a safe place for people with high-risk health issues. Consider not taking your unhealthy relatives inside the building or taking your business elsewhere.

My mothers oxygen provider is Lincare and I inherited working with this company when she moved here with me. Sometimes its hard to get through to the company locally, but I generally reach who I need.I needed equipment repaired and serviced recently. I drove it down to their office (since it was easier for me, and I didnt have to wait on someone to come to me). They sent the portable machine off for repair and in turn I got a newer, lighter, better model with a backup battery.The driver came to my house only to be greeted with fireworks from my mom who didnt know she was getting a new machine. She understood I sent it for repair, but when a new machine showed up she was freaked out because she felt she was the one paying for it (in honesty its her insurance that pays the fees)He was super kind in a situation where Id have struggled to maintain my composure. I called the office to apologize for what greeted him, and was talked to very kindly by Heidi. She assured me I am not the only person that has had this happen. All I could do was apologize for not having mom more prepared.I rarely have to call Lincare. But when I do, they have always been helpful. Id love to see them staff up more, but I also know how tight companies run businesses.Thank you for providing us the care we need, during a trying time in our lives. Also, thank you for your calm patience, when you have the right to be offended. Thank you for understanding when you dont feel good, you are not always on your best behavior. And most of all, thank you for answering the phone when we need you.

Haven tried to reach someone for two days! On hold forever, several different times! Need more phone help or at least be able to leave a message. I’ve been trying to return a call back with no success!

This place is GREAT. Lexington, N.C. failed to order two concentrators while I was at MB. Only sent one and I ordered 2. I forgot the name of the sweet and courteous lady ( Im sorry ) that I talked with. She looked up my record and had the other machine out there within the hour.Last year the same thing happened and the lady brought us one out on her way home from work What else can you ask for. Been with Lincare for years and things like this is why I will always stay with themThank you

I needed a new CPAP machine after going through the sleep study criteria. My doctor sent me here. I did do my research on the various medical providers in the area here in Myrtle Beach, SC. I also look at reviews religiously. I was a bit skeptical of Lincare (due to reviews) at first but after speaking with them on the phone, I decided to give them a shot. I arrived 15 minutes early for my CPAP appt. Manager Tiah took me on time for my appt. I was there for an hour and got every question answered. Ms. Tiah was extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with. I am glad I took a chance on this company at this location. I look forward to using them for a long time.

Called for my mom Wednesday bc she had an appt Thursday morning at 1030am. Mom said Thursday is the only day of delivery.. the lady said shed find out the trucks location the next morning and call my mom back. She never called. My mom doesnt even want to go out bc its so hard to just get a tank.

My mom.has a prescription for oxygen from years ago and has a o2 generator at home. They brought her tanks in case she had to leave home and needed o2 in an emergency. We moved about 60 miles away and the other office wont bring small tanks. Whats up with these folks. Switching to Liberty Monday.! Weekend and mom is stuck at home .

Misinformed staff, very rude, they even hung up on me .it took them a week after the Dr ordered the test, to deliver the oximertry test machine . There are much better medical supply places in myrtle beach.
