I was greeted by Jeff at the counter into my surprise unlike many other shops in the valley he was very welcoming and wanting to know how he can help me. Explain the issue that I was having with my Polaris. He walked outside with me listen to what I had to say and said, hold on a minute let me go get the professional!In about 2 minutes Craig came out. We pulled the Polaris off the trailer taking time out of his busy day. He took it for a short test drive. Without taking it apart he gave me some recommendations on what the issue could be.I got to say these guys are very professional they actually enjoy helping their customers theyre very knowledgeable and when I need my repairs done I definitely have a new shop to go to!Hats off to both Jeff and Craig at 3-g Powersports!Thank you both so much. These guys have 5 Star reviews for a reason!!!Made a call to get some spacers removed from the suspension of my Maverick Trail and was told to bring it in within days. I decided I wanted to replace the brake pads since the OEM pads were known to be noisy no matter how clean you had them. So I called back and they had no problem replacing them even though I purchased the pads elsewhere. I brought the machine in and got a call the same day to pick it up. From the 1st call to picking up my machine, these guys didnt disappoint! It is nice to know you have a fair and reasonable shop to bring your toys to and not have to worry. Pricing was fair and just to mention, other shops quoted me more to remove the spacers than having these guys remove them and replace all four sets of pads. I have now made this my go to place and who ever I can send their way, I will. Keep up the great work 3G and we will meet up again!!!

Jeff was great to work with from the first call inquiring about services, to the pickup of my front wheel. I needed a last minute front tire swap on my bike, and he got me in no hesitation within 24 hours, and got my front wheel assembled with the new tire back to me the same day. Amazing service, will be back for future needs!

Installed a winch for me. Sad work. Had to pay another place to do it right (add $165). Never gave me warranty page after asking for it several times. Changed my oil and used a cheap filter and who knows what kind of oil.Never going back!I found much better service only a few miles away.

I had an emergency fuel pump problem and Jeff and his crew got me in within two days and fixed the problem overnight! Other service shops I called quoted me a three month wait, Jeff and his guys at 3G Powersports got me in and out in less than three days!! I just moved out here about six months ago and Gregg and his crew have given me better service than the previous motorcycle shop I did business with for the last 6 years. Any Rider that reads this who needs friendly reliable service at a great price with a quick turnaround time should definitely check 3G out!

I took my CF Moto EX Z6 UTV to 3G for a problem with the shifting linkage and the emergency brake. The tech. was able to satisfactorily adjust the shifting linkage, and adjusted the emergency brake as well as he could given the circumstances. The emergency brake will require additional parts replaced in order to make a complete repair. To replace the rear brake parts will require about $300 and I indicated that I would budget the money for that expense in several months and bring it back in at that time. There is enough brake available for now to use when I trailer the side by side and that is what I needed. I was given a very good explanation of the status of the emergency brake and what parts would be needed to make a complete repair. I’m satisfied with the service provided and the excellent customer service. The cost of repair was very fair and I will be returning in the future.

The biggest thing for me is quality and communication. I had a few issues with my quad and he called me to discuss what they found before they started anything. Have me honest answers even though they might have been popular answers. Id rather know up front than hear some excuses after the fact. Got the whole thing done a day before scheduled and was slightly under what he quoted. Definitely bring my other machines to them.

I talked to Greg several times. He was always professional and polite. I did a number on the clutch of my ATV. It is a CF Moto, a brand that 3G has not serviced. I dropped my ATV off on Monday afternoon. It was finished Wednesday morning the day before Thanksgiving. 3G researched my brand/model and still expedited my repair. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop.

3G Powersports did some clutch work on my 2020 General. Good company fair prices very professional.

I called 3G after talking with 2 dealers about installing a winch and plow. I was not satisfied with either dealer about the answers they provided or what they recommended and why they recommended what they did. I talked with Greg @ 3G and spent about 15 minutes on the phone. He was knowledgeable and had opinions he could back up about which brands and models to choose. Within an hour of the phone call I had an email quote that was also cheaper than the both dealers even with an upgraded Winch. I will update the review when the work is done on the 21st September.As a follow on to my consultation over the phone, 3G did all the work, 50 hour service, winch, and snow plow installation. Top notch. Found a few other things in the process of the service. Greatly appreciate Greg and team. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the services provided. Estimate and time range for repair were accurate. Also very accommodating, explained that I would not be able to pick up after the 1st and was worked with accordingly. Kinda sad that they are moving away from servicing motorcycles as I would like to keep them as my go to repair guys. Maybe we can work something out 😁

I bought a Coleman minibike CT200U-EX from tractor supply for our grandchildren one week before Christmas 2020. I got it home and put it together and it had a fuel leak and I couldnt diagnose it and no time for warranty repair before Christmas day. Greg and his team was awesome!!! Greg took it in for repair and had it diagnosed and repaired within 2 hours. (Bad fuel line underneath gas tank) had to take gas tank off to isolate fix. No other repair shops wouldnt even help us out because not a big money making job for them I guess. 3G Powersports saved our Christmas for our grandkids. Gregs and his staff are so professional and knowledgeable!!! My wife and i are in the market for a side by side ATV and they took the time to help us with giving us their professional knowledge on helping us choose which vehicle would be most beneficial for our needs. These guys were great and speedy. I initially brought my bike in for a carb clean and a week later I said hey can you also do a lighting kit for me and they said yep no problem and had it done the next day. Greg is fantastic at communication and always made sure to give me an estimate before doing the work. Im new to the dirt bike world and its obvious and he didnt even make fun of me, just educated me and offered to help with tie downs and anything else I asked. 3G Powersports Rebuilt my 2016 CFMOTO Zforce 800 Trail. Great communication and runs better than new!

First time customer ----- brought in a ATV for tune up and chain saw that didnt work. 3G Powersports gave me options on the ATV and we worked through a plan to meet my budget. Chain saw more complicated but again gave me options and kept me informed through the process. Although their rates were competitive the combination of parts costs and time spent did not make overall sense to repair the chain saw in a repair vs buy situation. They helped me in that decision process and made the service experience first rate.

Took 2 dirt bikes, a quad, and a lawn mower in for service. Everything was done very quick and the work was top notch. I have him a green light to fix anything that needed fixed and he did all the normal routine stuff (service interval) and said everything else looked great. Charged me exactly what the quote was for and didn’t try and sell me anything else. Will use 3g exclusively from now on! Thanks again Greg!

They serviced my Suzuki LT230 Quad and I found Greg to be very professional and honest in my dealings with him. Their work schedule fills up fast so last minute, quick repairs may not be an option, but the work they do is very good so worth the wait time.

I replaced the carburetor on my generator and got it wrong. I took in to these guys and they got it right for me in no time and for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend them for their excellent service. While I was there I asked if their associates at Morales Automotive could help me diagnose the needed repairs to my 48 Chevy coupe suspension. They graciously agreed to help me determine the parts I need to replace for a small fee. I couldnt be happier with the help I received from both of these businesses. Two big thumbs up!

I took my sick Suzuki Eiger quad 4-wheeler to another shop who just pulls off the factory carb and installs a cheap after-market one. But not 3G. No. 3G removes and re-builds and re-installs the original factory carb back on to the machine, which to me makes perfect sense! 3G sincerely contacts the customer about any additional issues or problems with our machines, BEFORE any additional work is started, which also lends to 3Gs credibility. My machine went to 3G coughing, sputtering and dyeing, and came back to me purring like a kitten!!! So I brought 3G my other Suzuki King Quad 300 with the same issues and more. 3G re-built that machine using the same techniques, and yep! You guessed it, now it purrs like a kitten, too!! Thank you for 2 great jobs!

I was looking for another option from the dealerships to do repair and maintenance on my Polaris ATV. I gave 3G powersports a call and received upfront pricing on the repair needed. When they had the machine in the shop, they noticed another repair needed, so I received a call to discuss cost. They are very polite to deal with and provided excellent quality repairs at a very reasonable cost. My new Go To shop for sure.

Ive worked with 3G Powersports several times now on several different side by sides. Greg has been reliable, honest, and great with communication, as we have had to communicate back and forth on many different repairs. I also believe their prices are very fair, and I would recommend them to anyone. They have treated me much better than their larger shop competitors.

3G serviced my wifes atv in June. I waited until we had put on a few hours to see if the repairs would hold up. Did a carb kit and clean.We have ridden it several times this summer and even had a change in altitude, which we had been advised might require a slight carb tweek. No problems that I could tell. Everything has run according to our expectations and are safer after their adjustments on the brake lines. All reasonably priced. Thanks

Timely service and quality work at a great price. I definitely recommend 3G Powersports. They called me before proceeding with any repairs and gave me all my options, including telling me things that didnt need to be repaired unlike other repair shops have done in the past.

These guys were fast and friendly from the get go. They helped me answer some questions about my bike, and helped me troubleshoot prior to service. After I still couldn’t get the bike running myself, I took it down for them to work on. I was very pleased. My bill came in $5-$10 less than what we discussed goin into it. Also, I was told my bike would be ready about a week to week and a half...However, they got the parts in very fast, and it was done the next day!

The mechanic came highly recommended by a friend and having my bike fixed was a pleasant process from start to finish. He was able to get my bike in right away and turned it around almost immediately. He finished the job in less time than estimated and even fixed a couple of other small issues that he found. He was friendly and accommodating and I will definitely go to him for all my future bike needs. I would highly recommend him!

This was my first time dealing with Greg and the shop. I took my 2018 RZR XP1000 to him and they did a great job! Had some previous issues that the dealer couldnt find that they were able to take care of. Had the belt/ clutch alignment done and what a difference! Its so good to know that there are still some local businesses that have awesome customer service, great prices, and do excellent work like 3G Powersports! I acquired my dads 1997 Yamaha Big Bear ATV after he passed a few years ago, and it wasnt running well so I was considering buying an aftermarket carburetor on the internet because I really wanted to use it again since it had some sentimental value. I called several repair shops in the valley, but they were backed up several weeks and after talking to Greg, he said the original carb likely just needed a carb kit, a good cleaning, and some adjustment. Greg gave me a rough estimate and said they could get it back to me in a week as they were busy too. They thoroughly went through the gas, air, and electrical systems to troubleshoot the issue which was a little more complex than just the carb. They installed new jets, cleaned and adjusted the carb, and even had to adjust the valves to get it running better and with more power than Ive ever seen it run before. They kept me updated on their progress and even had it ready for me after 3 days! I definitely recommend 3G Powersports for anyone needing small engine work!

They did a great job figuring out why my Polaris RZR wouldn’t start. They had it fixed before their original estimated time and their price for repair was much less than the estimates by the dealers. I was very happy with the results.

Great customer service, very quick turn around from dropping vehicle off to fixed and ready for pick-up. Honest assessment of the health of the machine but does not pressure you into service you dont want (or doesnt make sense to invest that much money in repairs on an older unit) and great communication on where the unit is at in the process (i.e. diagnosis, waiting on parts, in progress, wrapping up should be done by this time etc)

I really like these guys. They love bikes and really care that your bike is working great. They did a lot of different stuff to my bike at a great price. Carbuetors were balanced, cleaned, and synchronized. Will try to convert my biker friends to #g Powersports more.

I had an urgent issue with a dead battery - the guys took in my bike right away and fixed it. They also pointed out some things I should get fixed, but they dont pressure you on doing it. I choose to follow their recommendations and they did it all within the estimated time and cleaned my bike up. I can highly recommend this place!

Very Impressed. The thumb throttle broke on my Polaris. Went to the local dealer and was quoted 118.00 plus 100.00 instal. Had to be calibrated and was no aftermarket part they said. The part was also plastic and easy to break when cold. Greg found the unavailable aftermarket part, a metal one. Part plus install was 45.00. I will be back.

Brought my motor in for Greg to install a Kibblewhite valve kit on my XR400. He was super helpful and got the work done quickly. I’ll be back for any other work I’ll need in the future. Thanks!

He called and asked before doing repairs which I indeed authorized. They were very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond. Ive known Gregg for many years, Ive always been vey impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail, you cannot and will not go wrong having 3G power sports do your maintenance and repair work on your equipment. There are a lot of repair shops out there but if you want it done by a knowledgeable professional this is definitely your shop.

Great work at a reasonable price with a fast turnaround. I have had 2 UTVs repaired here: 1 for a valve adjustment and the other for major engine work (camshaft and rockers). Greg did a great job of explaining my options without any pressure. He takes pride in his work and makes sure that his repairs are complete with no issues. Our lawn mower vibrated and my husband thought maybe he did some damage while mowing some overgrown weeds beyond our lawn. They have a blade balancer at the shop that determined the blade was just out of balance, and no damage was done to the mower. Service was excellent, and prices are reasonable. We will be taking our mower and string trimmer to3 G Powersports from now on.

After getting sticker shock from the scheduled maintenance from the dealer, I started looking around for independent UTV service companies and decided on 3g. The experience turned out to be fantastic ... not only were the prices more reasonable, I felt the level of personal service I received was phenomenal, and from what I can tell the quality of technical service was excellent. Everything was well organized in terms of an upfront quote and a detailed record afterward of all the services performed. The owner Gregg provided me with some great advice on which accessories to buy for my Pioneer as well. I highly recommend 3g and plan on using them for all my UTV service needs going forward.

I brought in my 1975 kawasaki KD 90 in to get the head light working and find out why my brake lights only work occasionally. The owner was able to find the issue and explain to me in detail what the issues were. Plus gave me great advise on how to adjust my carburetor when i ride it out in higher elevations

I foudn this bike shop on Google and read most of the reviews. During the time, I have problems with my Ducati 478. I took my motorcycle and have them repair and work on my bike. They did a fantastic job on my bike. IO love the way my bike rides and sound now. They have excellent services here!
