I found this place recently. I dropped in to check it out and see if they would look over a motorcycle I had just bought. They worked me in within a week and ordered in some mirrors for me. Jerry has been so helpful and personable. I am happy to have found this quality place for my motorcycle needs. I highly recommend them.

This should be the place that everyone knows about. The people that work here are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They are fair with all their prices and wont try and take your money. They are happy to recommend things to try and have options if you are on a budget or just want advice. This is the only shop I truly trust around here to do the most professional job out there on my motorcycle.

Exactly what anyone looks for in a shop, friendly, knowledgable staff that you can trust to do great work. Prices are fair just like anywhere else, bonus was how fast they could get me in. Found out about them through word of mouth from a trusted friend, and that only happens if youre doing great work! I believe I will continue this trend, and also recommend them to my colleagues.

Took my Yamaha bolt here when Snake Rivers repair shop couldnt figure out why it was running so hot. JC figured it out, fixed it for a reasonable price, and got it back to me in the time frame we discussed. Wont take my bike anywhere else!

Satisfied with my service. Ive used this place a few times and overall, I am happy with the service provided. They installed a rear tire on my 2015 Yamaha. My reason for the 3 stars is beacause I called a day before and was quoted a certain price. When I dropped off my bike, I was told the price was considerably more than quoted. I needed the job done so I still went ahead and had them install my tire. When I received a call to tell me the bike was ready for pick up, I was told they had to charge me extra and they would tell me when I got there. When I got there, they had photos of how the fix a flat liquid in the tire spilled all over the tire machine so I was charged for the clean up. Also when I got home, I noticed my rim was chipped which didnt bother me that much as it was small, what disappointed me more was that I ended up paying twice than originally quoted.

Heard about this place from a buddy at work. Took my bike in for an upgrade and servicing. Got it back on half the time they said it would take and my bike runs better than before. Thanks guys. Definitely taking my bike here from now on.

Took my 2001 Trail Boss 325 in to JC Power Sport to be serviced. The customer service there is remarkable and respectful. Jerry is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me fully, so I would understand the process. Picked up my bike 4 days later, and Jerry had it running fantastic. Over the years Ive owned a number of road bikes, dirt bikes, and quads...none of them very new and none of them maintenance free. I can do a lot of basic stuff, but I always rely on JC Power Sports for the big stuff. I trust them when they say a bike needs something and I really trust the work they do.

Took my bike in because it was leaking gas and I assumed the worst. Not only did JC quote me less than anyone in the valley. They discovered the problem was much smaller than I had thought in the first place. Everyone at JC was extremely nice and helpful, will absolutely come back again in the future!

We had an engine rebuild done my kids Honda 50. We got it home on a Friday afternoon and he was having trouble getting it running right and we were about to head out of town for a ride. An employee came out to do a final tune at the house instead of bringing bike back to town.

I took my sons dirt-bike to JC Powersports after struggling to get it running right. Jerry and the team did an excellent job servicing the bike and now it runs stronger than ever. Something that wouldnt start after 30-50 kicks now starts consistently within 2-3. Price was extremely fair and I will be utilizing JC Powersports for any of my future bike needs. Highly recommend!!!

These people held my carbs for 2 1/2 months before they even started work on them. I understand being busy, but when he did rebuild them, he assembled them backwards. The choke was to the front, the fuel intake to the right rear, and the fuel aspirator forward and down, so any gas put in them would drain right out. He fixed it for free. Took another 2 1/2 months. When I went to install them, the throttle spring on the carbs was wound far too weak, so 1/4 throttle would bottom out on the heads. No way for the bike to start like that, but at least they werent assembled backwards. Even before this, they did work on my forks. I have no complaint about the forks, but when I rode away, I heard a rattle in the front end. Guess what? The front fender was not even finger tightened back onto to the bike. It was loose and wobbling and seconds from coming off. Had I not discovered that, disaster and possible loss of life might have ensued. To make matters worse, the front brake pin came out at speed and hit me in the shin after ricocheting off of the road. That was blinding agony and left me stranded because I had no brakes. I dont know how five stars have been awarded here, but my only guess is that I was dipshitted from start to finish. Your experience may vary and probably will. Now I do my own work, having learned the hard way that when your own life is on the line, you are stupid to trust in others.

From the start the experience was positive and Cathy does a great job of keeping you informed of Jerrys progress. Jerry is the only technician and youll deal with him directly, instead of a service writer thatll send your machine to the back of the shop for someone else to learn on.Their prices are very competitive but what I appreciate most is the feeling of integrity and honesty. A Complete Motorcycle ShopTheir reputation precedes them, which drove me to contact JC Power Sports initially. Im here to tell you, the hype is real. There are four basic things I look for in doing business with someone: Quality of the work, service, price, and ease of doing business. I would rank JC Power Sports with 5 stars in all areas. I took my FJR in and dealt with Kathy and Jerry. Both were straight with me and honest on all aspects from the time the bike would be ready, the parts to be utilized, and to what was completed on the bike. Jerry’s knowledge and attention to detail on the particulars of my bike was refreshing, and while working on my bike found another item that needed to be addressed and took care of it. Another thing that I noticed was that they will work on ANY bike, no matter what age, type or model. Some of the others in the valley wont do this, and even post signs stating that by their service centers. I have ATVs as well, and after this experience, JC Power Sports will get all of my business.
