I went to Bass Auto to get a couple rust patches fixed on my 350z. The rust spots were starting to make the paint bubble near the rear wheels on both sides of the car.The car now looks amazing! Really happy with the results and quality. Customer service was excellent and I felt taken care of. I will be going back with any future vehicles. Thanks again!

I wrecked my car 😥. Kryptonite Towing brought it here where its stored until insurance picks it up. Im not sure but I think maybe Kryptonite Towing and Bass Autobody have the same owners, very professional and nice people

I took my honda civic in for a few minor scratches on the bumper the previous owner had put on it and a scrape over the rear quarter panel. Bob gave me a VERY REASONABLE quote it was done in 2 days as promised and when I picked it up it looked beautiful, my car was detailed from the inside out smelled and looked like a brand new car!!! Love his wifes display of flowers out front-- good, honest, wholesome people- I will highly recommend them.

My mentally disabled Uncle took his minor damaged back panel off his electric scooter into Bass Auto Body to get sanded and painted.When he went back to pick it up, the panel was in two pieces and one piece was missing. The panel was painted black (although the scooter was blue) and you could visibly tell the panel was never sanded.When I called and spoke with Bob Bass (the owner) he said when my Uncle brought the panel in that he knew the panel was beyond repair (which is completely false). Instead of telling my Uncle that he could not repair it, he took it and had it for days. He painted it black, and broke it into two.When I asked him on the phone if he would pay for the replacement part, he refused. EVEN THOUGH HE IS THE ONE WHO DESTROYED IT BEYOND REPAIR. We will never do business with Bass Auto Body again. They didnt charge us for the damage that they did, but they also refused to comp us for a replacement part.
