The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. This was my first stop on a day of car shopping and it ended up being my only stop.I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Art. The guy was far from pushy, answered every question, was more than willing to show me all the features available on the vehicle I was interested in. Art is what all cars salesmen should strive to be. If they were, people would have far more trust in dealerships/the car buying process. I know my mind has changed on that thanks to him. Easiest car buying experience ever, although part of it may be because of the market where there is such low inventory on cars and there is a premium on price, so there wasnt much point in negotiating. Nevertheless, Art and Austin were very knowledgeable and were more than happy for us to take our time and explain anything we wanted to know. Absolutely loving my new 4Runner and expecting it to last for decades to come :-)
Awesome place to buy a vehicle! We purchased my wife a 2022 Camry, I liked them so much I traded in my 2021 Subaru STI for a New Tundra. Will be coming back in the future. We were in and out fast on both purchases. Ask for Art, he’s the best!

This was my first time working with Edmark Toyota, I make a phone call looking for a Tacoma, Derek Jordan found a couple they still had available at the moment and send me pictures of the window stickers to help me make my selection. After a couple of hours we meet at store, and we work a fair deal and a great deal on my trade-in as well, the management team was helpful and informative on some of the decisions made on the purchase price on my trade and the finance manager was great yo work with. Overall a 5 out of 5 stars experience and I will keep bringing my business here.

Mixed experiences here. Ultimately, I bought the vehicle I wanted here because they hadit on the lot. Afterwords, I realized I qualified for a 500$ rebate that they didn’t tell me about. When I called back to ask about it I got a cool “sorry”. 👍🏼Edit: Downgraded original 2 star review to 1 star because Beau, the internet manager wanted me to reach out to him but didn’t answer phone calls or emails.
You told me I needed new brakes turns out I have two years of tread left you could have cost me 100s of dollars on a repair my car didn’t need that’s taking advantage of someone who has trusted you to do maintenance on a vehicle bought from you who has bringing it in for two years to be worked on. While appreciate you taking the time to call me at work to go over my concern the bottom line is you guys emphasize replacing things being urgent when they are not. Money is tight incorrectly emphasizing something needs to get done only puts stress on the consumer and takes money prioritized for other bills away from something that can be weighed as a bigger need.
Quick easy transaction for an Oregon buyer. Customer service was good. The only complaint that I have is that I should have came prepared with my own financing when buying a new vehicle. I didn’t think it would be a problem as my credit score is excellent. Toyota and this dealer is just looking out for themselves and not for the buyer. They will put you on Toyota credit so they can make their quota and get their bonus or better commission. They will not even entertain rates at other banks. When you tell them that you are pleased with the purchase and that you plan on moving the loan to your local bank they ask that you keep the loan for 6 months and I’m assuming so they get their bonus. My bad that I didn’t come prepared with my own financing, I should have known that this would be just like any other car dealer experience. It’s not like they are not making any money for new 2021 vehicles that are all selling at MSRP with no incentives for the buyer. I would buy another new vehicle here I would just be better prepared next time with bank financing.
Had a successful purchase of a new truck with the help of Art Orihuels. It is still a car dealership and you have deal with the back and forth deal making with the sales manager which is somewhat dated, but Art made it comfortable. Art is who you should ask for when you visit Edmark. He speaks military which is helpful as well.

Slow service & lack of communication. Apt was set for 3:30& confirmed via text which was convenient, but showed up at 3:15 & I was informed my car wouldnt be serviced / inspected at 4:34. Oddly specific but fine. However its currently 4:45 no communication at all, and the car is full nor finished.
I cant understand why I call to get a oil change and it is 3 weeks to get it scheduled the maintenance light just came on. I work out of state, will be almost 1500 miles past. Will have to take it to another place and pay them when I payed for 10 oil changes when I bought the car. This is the second time
I saw a vehicle online on Sunday. Called Monday morning and spoke/text with an amazing gal named Nicole. She was incredible! She was flexible and took a deposit for me and pulled the vehicle off the lot for us. When we were able to come in after work the process was fairly simple just as Nicole had promised. I have nothing but great things to say about Edmark Toyota and their service department. I drive an hour to the dealership and actually pass by another Toyota dealership to go to Edmark. I had a fluke issue with my new Highlander Hybrid and that is how I met, Skyler in the service department, he was very helpful, took the time to help us figure out what was wrong and what wed need to do to have it fixed. With Skylers assistance we were able to get our vehicle in and repaired.We had another strange is issue happen, both my husband and I were unsure what it was and thought we had something majorly wrong with something in the wheel compartment. I called and unfortunately didnt get much help from the scheduling department but I called again and happened to remember Skyler, so I asked for him. I explained who I was and that he had helped us once before and that I felt I had something really wrong. Skyler took all my information and said to bring it down and theyd work it in when they could. Since this is my commuter car I was looking at needing to rent a car for the duration of my vehicle being in the shop, I thought Id at least ask if they had a loaner car. I called back and spoke to Ron the service manager, I knew I was giving them less than 45 minute notice to get a loaner but I asked anyways. When we arrived I was very pleasantly pleased to learn that they did in fact find me a loaner and it was ready and waiting. (also.... Thanks to the two shop helpers that helped me unload and reload all my junk from my mom car!)My huge emergency ended up being a very pesky and underwhelming rock in a spot were rocks shouldnt be but then again thats just my luck and I felt very silly for my urgency to get my vehicle looked at. But Skyler was very understanding when he explained it all and wasnt the least bit upset that I had sent them on a wild goose chase of sorts.Huge kudos to Skyler for getting us in and being a Rockstar (pun intended) service department person and also big thanks to Ron for the last minute loaner vehicle. We already had a few reason why we dont go to our closer Toyota dealership but this is another confirming continuation of why we choose to do our business with Edmark.Edit!! We also bought our car new from Edmark, highly recommend working with them, the sales men were respectful and not pushy. And the final signing guy was super professional and had great advice.

We had an excellent experience with Edmark Toyota and Steve Allen in particular! When we found out that the new Toyota Sienna that we were hoping for was in very short supply, Steve helped us to find one in transit and we were able to make an informed decision (with clear and upfront info and testing the older Sienna models on the lot) without actually having the minivan in front of us. Even when shipping was delayed, Edmark Toyota did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and valued. We are now proud owners of our first minivan and we owe a big thank you to Steve and the owner of Edmark Toyota—we’ll be back!
At the dealership, I built the exact Tundra I wanted with Toyotas online tool. Edmark found my truck that was scheduled to be built in a few weeks and did a dealer swap in order to get the truck in for me. It was built exactly when they said it would be and about a month later it came in. The price negotiation went smoothly and I put down a deposit on the truck to reserve it for me. On delivery day, the paperwork took no time at all to complete and I drove home in the new truck. A happy customer.

I purchased a new car from here and was really happy with the sales team and my rep. Then after I take delivery my financing paperwork came through with an $5330 vehicle service contract. When all I wanted was GAP. Which was listed as $985. The finance guy quickly fixed the issue and removed the contract. Just be careful when signing contracts
Im not sure where to start. I just want to explain something. I havent purchased a new car in over 20 years. I had the privilege of buying and selling over 2000 cars over the last 13 years for a local dealership. When I recently decided to look into fulfilling my long desire to own a Prius I began my extensive professional research regarding the vehicle and all options of new and used. I visited with Stacy Nagy at this dealership. Im going to cut to the chase now. Stacy did everything right. He listened to the fact that I needed to do this process at my pace. He knew I was serious but that I was not buying my first time there. He was patient, understanding and valued my decisions and respected my knowledge, as a woman Car Dealer with quite a bit of experience. He spent the time with me and not once rushed me or made me feel like he doubted my reasons for taking my time. He was polite and I explained that if I decided to buy I would be back to see him. He waited a few days and sent a polite text. I responded that I was busy but still serious and doing my homework and again he said all the right things and was pleasant. Today I texted him asking his schedule for the next few days. I asked him if he was free in the next 30 mins. He said at the moment Ihe was free. I was on my way to the dealership. Stacy was above and beyond awesome. I ended up trading my auto. The used car fellow was also fantastic. The Owner was involved and I give this group an A+. Hands down the customer service and professionalism at Edmark was top notch!! I will be telling everyone where I purchased this car and what a great experience my husband and I had! I dont know why I was completely ignored when I tried to explain what service I needed for my car, but I was. I specifically said I was not there for just an oil change. I was there for two hours and all they did was change my oil. It did not need done. I came in for multiple other things that were not done. Sales rep was disrespectful and rude. Didnt explain anything to me, just wanted me to pay and leave. Horrible customer service. Find somewhere else to take your vehicle.
Purchasing my vehicle... was great!Sales guy, was knowledgeable, didn’t try to haggle with me, listened to exactly what I wanted, and most importantly made sure/tried his hardest that I got exactly what I wanted. I left super content, and happy with how things went. I even joked about coming back in 3 years to trade my vehicle in for a 4Runner.The problem I had after purchasing my vehicle was getting it serviced. I had heated seats installed, and window tint put on. Knowing it would cost me a little more to do it here then it would at other places I still opted to have it done at EdMark assuming my car would be in the best hands at the place of purchase. I dropped my car off early in the morning... I asked them how long would they have it for, they told me it would be done before the end of the day. That being said I didn’t think I would have to make vehicle arrangements to get to work the next day. I waited all day for them to call me, and never got a call. 30 minutes before they closed I decided to call to check in; turns out my vehicle was ready, they just never got around to calling me. Annoying, but no big deal. I paid for the service over the phone and went and picked my keys up from the sales side.When I got my car I noticed there were a ton of tiny little wires every where that they clipped and cut off from installing the heated seats. I thought it was a little careless that they didn’t clean them up, but then again no big deal I’ll just go vacuum them out. When I went to do that I opened up my passenger door and noticed chipped paint on my frame, but I also saw deep heavy scratches on part of my interior. I bought my vehicle with 15 miles on it... I only had it for a week, and I never imagined I’d get my first dings and scratches from the dealer ship I purchased it from. The whole experience just felt so careless. I was really excited when I bought my car that Ed Mark had a service side thinking I would always have a trustworthy place where I could bring my car to get serviced at, but sadly ...obviously not the case.
I saw a car we liked this morning, called to get pre approved and Art was there all the way to help us! The transaction was so smooth and painless. That was the fastest car purchase we had ever experienced. Hassle free!

I have known the edmarks for several years and have referred family and friends to there dealership. I sent my 20 year old daughter in to buy her first car thinking they would take care of her.. she picked out a car and when I checked it out it had been repainted. I get it cars come in with door dings and they do recon to make them look good.. I asked for a car fax from a sales manager and was told they dont paint cars and the carax was clear.. he never even looked at his computer. We ended up going to Peterson jeep and bought the same car for the same money and was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. A little context I was a car salesman for 12 years so when I say it was a great experience I mean it. I have tried to buy two cars from them in the last year. What a horrible experience. Not to mention the service department is horrible. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told my transmission fluid was burnt and needed servicing.. I asked the tech if he noticed it had a brand new transmission pan. He said no.. so I asked him if they put used oil in my transmission after they put a new pan on it two weeks prior.. he said we dont put used oil in vehicles. So my transmission fluid got burnt in 150miles? No response. Context they had to change the tyranny pan because they cross threaded the drain plug when they serviced it. Lol! Do not shop here they only care about money not customer service. Spoke with Miles Edmark about my experience and he said he would call me back. Never happened
The Service department does poor alignments.I had Edmark do alignment on my 3 inch lifted 2018 Tacoma (Same height as they add to their brand new Tacoma‘s on the lot) but my steering wheel was slightly turn to the left when driving straight. I took the truck back in to have them fix it. After the 2nd alignment, they told me that it’s the best they can do with the lift. The steering wheel was still turned to the left when driving straight. It also didn’t drive very well with it wanting to wander on the road and having a bad bump steer.I took it to a different shop and less than an hour, they had the alignment done and the steering wheel straightened and it is driving better than ever.I will not take my truck back to Edmark for any future service work.

Buying a car is not normally an activity I look forward to. In fact, dread is the word I would use to describe spending a day kicking tires. That said, the morning we spent at Edmark was a pleasant experience. Our sales consultant Art Orihuela was responsive, professional, and kept us informed at every stage of the sales process. We left the lot with a car we love, received what we felt was a fare price for our trade in and feeling good about the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend Edmark for the purchase of a Toyota vehicle.
I purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 in February from Nampa, ID location. LOVE my pickup!!!!! I purchased the prepaid plan for oil changes…… WISH I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT!!!! The service has been very sub par at best. I was told upon arrival that I could expect 2 hour wait as they give priority to Toyota vehicles….. (ok this is a Toyota dealership BUT I purchased the vehicle here!!!! This is one of multiple issues where It has been made very obvious that once the sale is done….. so is their attention to service. . FYI this was not just an instance where I popped in…. I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time!! So disappointing.
Joe was friendly and courteous. There was no BS. Joe answered all our questions and was very patient to make sure we understood.
Everyone at this dealership was awesome. Arturo is the man, he found me exactly what I wanted faster than expected! Highly recommend. Update!!! I had to go in for an unforeseen issue. Matt in sales provided excellent service. I test drove three different trim levels of the 2021 Corolla before deciding on the Hybrid. Very transparent pricing, no hard sales tactics. Got my airbag changed here after the recall a couple years ago. Was told to go here as it was covered by a toyota dealership. Took the car in and they did in fact replace the recalled airbag, but when I got my car back the airbag light was on. I asked them if they would check it and fix it, they said it would be another $200 to even check the airbag and thats not counting any repairs needing to be done. I asked why, and they just said that wasnt their responsibility past a new air bag being put in. Never went back after.

Not the best of service at all... didnt have a good experience. The sales rep was in a hurry and when my credit didnt pan out to be the best he insisted on going to a lower end truck with zero options. Didnt ask my opinion and hardly cared about what I wanted. He even asked for my card to put a deposit down without even really seeing if the truck was what I wanted.Ive worked in sales for years and you cant always assume you know your customer. Credit was destroyed by a divorce a few years back. Since than I own 3 successful businesses in the Treasure Valley and have enough to buy my truck outright if needed. Considering I need more trucks for my business, this experience was a bust for me at this location as a good experience would of resulted in more sales.Obviously that location is getting bigger and thats great for the owner. One thing I like about the Treasure Valley is that its a small town feel though its growing immensely. Protecting this culture is important for everyone. Experiences and actions like this destroy the Treasure Valleys good reputation and family-friendly culture.In sales, its about building relationships with customers and treating people with respect that will take you to a whole new level of success.Im not angry, mad or raging... simply disappointed in a transaction where a company has started to fall when in the past they had much higher standards for their employees.

WOW! We still havent gotten paid for a vehicle we sold them. We still havent been paid.We get different stories, and we hear we never got any messages. We left 4 in one day and they never got a message Yeah right!This is crazy. They tell us next week and then next week.The most unorganized dealer ship!

I didnt expect to get a car for $15000 with the mileage I got. 41000 miles. Shes a beauty. My payments are a little steep but I didnt have much of a down so I guess I cant complain. Spent a lot of time, and explained everything that we needed to know about every car we looked at thoughout the day. His humorous attitude made it all a pleasant experience. Having said all this, he didnt addressed the issue after e mail was sent. Hoping it will be soon because we love the car we bought.
When I accidently hit a trailer hitch that I did not see in the middle of the road it put a gash in the tire, I had my car towed to Toyota on Saturday morning. They checked the undercarriage to make sure everything was ok and I was able to pick my car up the same day. I really appreciate that it was done the same day it happened.

I purchased a Used 2012 Toyota Sienna, the sales man told me it went through an extensive safety check. After I purchased it and drove it for a few days I noticed the brakes were sounding really bad I called the gentleman that sold the car to me and he assured me that they did this assessment. He also said they would not replace the brakes. It got worse and worse so I took it to my Meineke To have the brakes checked and they told me the front brakes were Dangerously bad. Be careful buying a used car from Edmark Toyota.I want to thank Edmark Toyota. They have gone above and beyond to solve my problem and I would definitely tell people to buy a car from them. I have changed my rating to 5 *****Mark White

Very impressed with Edmark. They were prompt and professional. They clearly explained everything including all my options, put no pressure on me whatsoever, and were very responsive. I will continue to use them for service on my Toyota.
Absolutely terrible experience. Tried to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter. Was paying cash for it was not looking for any type of financing they would not sell me the vehicle because I did not have a trade-in. Never heard of such a policy do not understand such policy will never step foot or do business with edMark again.
The overall experience was very good however, I do not like when asked about having a service done that is not part of the manufacturer’s recommended service.
Salesman are friendly but the company has integrity issues, They do not work with you on price. Save yourself some trouble and go to Peterson Toyota
I was called to schedule an oil change and do services on my tundra for thursday the 24th of June. I go in on Tuesday the 22nd to order new tires and tps sensors and was told it would all be ready to go for thursday appointment. I dropped my truck off Thursday at 1145 and wouldnt be back until Monday the 28th. Service tech told me it would be all done that day (thursday).I come Monday morning at 8 am to find out my truck wasnt even worked on, never received a phone call or anything to inform me of the issue all weekend long. Service tech said he didnt want to wake me up by calling me with an update that early. He was going to call around 9 or 10. He proceeded to tell me that the tires they ordered were canceled due to them not being in stock from the location that they were ordered from, so the order was completely canceled. They had to redo the whole order from Utah and wouldnt be in until Monday (today). Stuff arrives Monday, 2 of the sensors dont work and had to go get more of them from a different dealership. By 3 pm my truck still hasnt been worked on and spent almost 15 minutes on hold for an update. I canceled the order and came to pick up my truck.I am beyond blown away by the lack of communication and complete disregard for my time when this should of been completed on the 24th. I will be taking my business some where else.

I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and have experienced a lot of bad ones as well as good ones, but yesterday topped them all!! The transaction was not only seamless but really enjoyable. Nicole, Austin, and Tim were fantastic to deal with and they treated me like I’ve never been treated before! On top of that, Dave Edmark came out, introduced himself and thanked me for my business!! Service could be better. I bought a 2013 Toyota corolla s and I only got 1 worn out key. I had to take the car in twice because of the battery. Only to find out the connections were loose. You would think they checked that the first time. I almost felt like I was a annoying them when I simply asked to have floor mats put in the car because it had none. I was helped by Nick Puga and he was great but the fact that i can pay $9,000+ for a car and not get a spare key is off-putting. I love the car but the service needs work. They want to charge me 150+ for a spare key. Service like that is what leaves an impression and can keep people from coming back. I would be willing to take this review down for a spare key.
I worked with Jeremiah today, my mom had actually purchased a vehicle through him & insisted I work with him. Where do I even begin! First off, I am a mom to three & wanted to make sure whatever I bought was going to be not only reliable but safe (without going for a min-van) & in my budget. Jeremiah went above & beyond to show me the vehicle I was thinking about purchasing was safe for my family. He is incredibly knowledgeable & personable. Horrible. They are so not with it! Lack of communication, lack of returned calls. The right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing.The finance dept is horrible, Adam doesnt return calls. RUN, and go to another Toyota dealership
Friendly. Explained all work and actually treated me like I had some intelligence. Toyota dealer I previously used acted like I didnt know anything. Good service. As this was my first experience with this dealer, we shall see, consistency counts.

We didnt feel pressured to make a purchase, but inevitably did so. My wife and I had a very smooth process with the help of our Sales Rep., Alex Santini - who was very professional and highly knowledgeable - as well as their Finance Mgr., Time Casella - both are class acts. I would highly recommend the establishment and will definitely purchase with them again.
If you want a great sales person go here. Jeremiah was extremely helpful. Not pushy, no price hikes. Absolutely answered all questions and was friendly. He made sure to find me the financing that was the best for what payment I wanted. (Did I forget to mention, hes got jokes) you wont be bored listening to someone tell you, you need to buy this car.
How refreshing to shop for a car without being annoyed by a pushy sales person! In looking for a new car, I have visited several dealerships. I don’t need somebody to tell me all of their clients life stories or to tell me how long they have been in the business or how long they have known their manager. I also don’t want someone to convince me that I should do one thing or the other. especially when the choice I am being pushed into is sold over MSRP!Jason asked some questions, and he listened to me. I never was “upsold” and the conversation was extremely respectful.Thank you Jason for your level of professionalism and for taking the time to answer all the questions I had. I can genuinely say that working with Edmark Toyota has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. When they didnt have exactly what I was looking for in their inventory, they took the time to track down exactly what I wanted out of my new vehicle. They carefully explained and walked me through the entire process and made it easy for me as I am hard pressed to find time to sneak away from my business. They worked with the factory to allocate a vehicle to my specifications and arranged to have it shipped to the dealership.
