I am moving into Boise and I had no idea on how to get started. I had bought my bed frame but needed a mattress that would fit my particular comfort interests. Logan was very helpful in guiding me through the different bed styles and while staying within my budget he was able to provide three mattresses to choose from. Not only this but he was able to proved insight into what was needed for the mattress depending on my bed frame. We came to the store with a purpose in mind, to find the bed that fit my husband and I as a couple. I am a side sleeper and my husband is a stomach sleeper and John Hammond was so helpful in helping us find the perfect bed for us. We tried several but John helped us a lot by allowing us to try several beds and wouldn’t stop helping until we found the most comfortable fit for us. We would go back for all of our bed needs but John tells us that after the bed we purchased, we won’t need to be back to see him for a very very long time. We recently purchased a new king mattress and base at Mattress Land and I was surprised at what a positive experience it was. We needed to get 3 twin mattresses for our daughters. Jon was there to help us out. Very friendly and knowledgeable about different mattresses. He explained things to us that we didnt even think about, like how the spine aliens and the mattress contours to the body, different types of support and so on. He took the time to let our kids try out pretty much every twin mattress they had in the show room. Jon was amazing and when my wife and I are ready to replace OUR mattress we will be back to see him.

I gave these guys 5 stars for a great reason. I walked in here looking to buy two full size bed sets with frames for my two kids. I then left after purchasing two queen size sets with frames instead. I only did this because they were amazingly affordable. They gave me an awesome deal for buying two bed sets and I got two queen size sets that are a great quality. I got the best service from from a man named John. He was very nice and was not pushy. He listened to what I was after and made sure they delivered. Well it’s been a whole year of back pain and restless nights. So I finally decided to go look into getting a new mattress after 10yrs. Walked into Mattress Land where my wife and I were greeted by the assist manager Logan. He was incredible! My wife and I were not expecting to walk out with our mind made up, as a mattress is a huge purchase. However, Logan made us feel very comfortable and never once made a cheesy sales pitch. John at Mattress Land was an outstanding salesperson with the right balance of knowledge and customer attention to allow us to confidently choose two mattresses for our new home.He gave us enough information to understand the differences between types of mattress construction and how those design details can affect ones sleep. The store was within walking distance to two other major mattress retailers, but my wife had done initial research at all three stores and preferred Johns sales style. On that idea, when we went back together, we decided to start at Mattress Land. And he threw in a lot of extras.I didn’t buy the bed at that time. It’s a big investment and you want to make sure you have the right one. So I visited four other mattress stores in the greater Nampa/Boise area, upscale and bargain, and I couldn’t find one with a better deal (quality v. price) than what I was getting from Jon.
