Cant say enough about this place. Came within a few days, I wasnt in any hurry. Took my home warranty company, came promptly on time and knew exactly that the sensors had to be moved, checked everything and explained everything to me. Christopher was the technician and I dealt with Hailey at the office. They are an A plus company. Im in Boise and they are in Nampa but they go all over. I couldnt be more pleased! It was honestly a pleasure having Tyler at our home today fixing our garage door that wouldnt open. He was obviously extremely knowledgeable, friendly, wore a face covering and got my garage door opening like new. He even got my keypad working which hasnt worked since I moved into my home 4 years ago. I am always an advocate for family owned and operated businesses in Idaho (being from one myself) and I am happy to have a go to local family company for my garage from now on. Hailey was very helpful on the phone when booking the call and Tyler was seriously impressive, obviously someone raised these kids right with the Idaho work ethic I can appreciate. My only disappointment was that since it was a family owned company I couldnt poach either of them for my own business ;) I wish you all success and your dad a full recovery on that knee!

Better than its worked in years (quiet and smooth) for a very fair price.TL;DRReplaced the broken spring and the wires that attach the springs to the door and extracted the old wire that had itself wrapped around the wrong place on the axle. He left us oil to lubricate the door after fully oiling the wheels and hinges.

My home warranty had sent them out to look at my garage door. Before they came I out I found the garage door spring broke and the warranty wasnt going to cover it. Called and asked if they could give me an estimate and the lady that answered the gave the quote. Tyler came out and replaced the springs and fixed some other small things that was wrong. Still stayed within the quoted price (which was really reasonable)! I was amazed. Tyler was great! He was fast and very professional. If I have any more issues with my door Im calling them first!

Absolutely awesome! We first used Garage Door 911 a year ago when we bought our house. Tyler came and fixed some dents in the door and resolved a few other concerns I had about the door placement/seal.We had a spring break last week and they were my first call. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment date. When they arrived to our house I was happy to see the same technician. That really shows how good of a company this is to keep employees like that.Also because he is friendly and helpful.We went ahead and replaced both springs and it took no time at all. All around great service! Even the gal I talked to on the phone was very nice. I’m super impressed with this company and I always have and always will recommend them!

What a great experience!I was expecting a $350+ bill today.Tyler arrived and immediately went to work on our old garage door opener. He explained that he could repair it rather than replace it, which would save us some money! He had it repaired quickly. He went above and beyond today! He reinforced our garage door supports. Repositioned the sensors so that our toddler would be safe. He even set up the remote garage door controllers in my suv for me! I had a problem with my garage door and I had another company come out yesterday. They told me it was around $800 to repair or $1200 to replace. Both options would need to be scheduled sometime in the next week. I called garage door 911 today (Sunday) and Tyler was here in about an hour. He looked at the problem and he had tools and parts in my garage in minutes. Tyler went to work immediately and did a fantastic job repairing the door and replacing the spring. Just had our garage door spring break on Saturday. I called and they got us an appointment the same day set for 5pm. They called around 10:45am because they were running ahead of schedule. Love 911 Garage Door! First time they came out was to do home warranty service on my opener. Pauleen was great about finding a time that worked in my schedule and Tyler was so friendly and knowledgeable that when the door started popping, I called them up again. He came out and talked me through what my options were without trying to up-sell me on a brand new door I didnt need! He ended up fixing the popping sound and told me exactly what to do if it started happening again. I was more than happy to pay the service call fee for the knowledge and peace of mind alone. These guys are awesome! Id recommend them to anyone.

Definitely a (911) emergency as I had to leave the door open and my home vulnerable. I was sure this would be a thousand dollar plus mistake - and it would have been if I didn’t call an honest and reputable business.By the time I got home, only a few hours later, the panel was bent back into shape and looked virtually as good as new. I called them to install a garage door opener after another company did a no-call no-show on me. They worked around my schedule (which was partially my fault because I was dead asleep when they stopped by my house in the morning) and Chris had it install and set up in about 45 minutes. Much better service than the first place I called, both by speaking with Pauline on the phone and having Chris come over. Very happy!

If I could give a half star rating I would. First off, I called and set an appointment with them (which was a week out) and took the day off to be home the afternoon it was scheduled for. Well I waited all day long and to my surprise no one showed up to fix my garage. I thought this was garage door 911... not some shady shop that doesnt keep a schedule. I guess I was wrong.Second off, I called them on two separate occasions and no one answered or returned my call. So with that said I moved onto another business that was willing to keep their time schedule and gave me a deal just as sweet as what I was promised with this business.Overall- if you are looking for an excuse to take a day off work and sit around doing nothing then this is your company. Would not recommend to anyone.

I dont have much experience with garage doors but I am extremely appreciative of the tech that came out to service ours. He was very knowledgeable about our garage door and other types. He not only fixed the problem we were having but fixed things that would cause similar problems in the future. Let me know about design flaws and fixed what he could in that aspect as well. Wow, talk about service! I called on a Thursday and spoke with a very knowledgeable young lady on the phone who addressed my concerns and set up an appointment for the following day. I received a follow up call about 15 minutes before the technician arrived, and as soon as he got to my house, he immediately went to work. In only 1 hour he adjusted my door rails which were WAY out, fixed a broken bracket and straightened out the wiring on the safety sensors; and it cost less than $100, which blew me away. The owner came out today and did an amazing repair job on our garage door. Tension setting was off and door had jammed causing the top panel to buckle and break two of the glass windows.
