We needed a new refrigerator so we did some shopping around and included PC Richard as part of that search and Im glad we did. Our salesman Pablo was extremely informative, helpful, polite and professional. He extensively searched the selection that they had for something that met our needs and talked us through the entire process. The manager Andrew was also very helpful and they ended up giving us a great deal and we got it in 2 days delivered. It was a very very pleasant experience. What a pleasure to shop in PC Richards in Nanuet. My salesman Stu was extremely helpful, answered my many questions. He was a wonderful to deal with and was very patient with me in deciding which tv I should purchase in a 43” size along with a stand for it. We also scheduled delivery. After I got home and told my husband what I had purchased he talked me in to getting a 50” instead. The next day I went back and had to tell Stu I needed to change my order. It was very time consuming for him and I felt terrible taking up his time. Again he was so very pleasant and changed everything for me. The store manager had to sign off on the entire return and he also couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I was charged an installation fee of $229 which I was not advised of when I made the purchase. Unfortunately it wasnt the only negative experience Ive had with this store. Its honestly a great place but when I came in to get a small fan, an employee (bald with a special mask attachment) acted as if he knew the whole inventory of the store and wouldnt show me the fan i wanted. Instead showed me expensive ones. So within 15 mins i ordered the fan online and got it curbside, meaning it was in stock. All other associates were great but this one dude was being shady

One of the best appliance extended warranty replacement transaction I have had with a appliance retailer. Mark the store manager and Gurdeep from PC Richard located in Nanuet off of route 59 were cordial, polite and considerate. They worked with me on a replacement clothes washer. I have made several purchase but none like this. I was satisfied and I highly recommend that you see them for you appliance needs.

If I could give this negative stars I would! This is literally the worst place to buy appliances. The first two fridges they delivered were BROKEN so we had to wait another week for another one which came today with dents in it!! They said if we didn’t want to wait another week for the fridge they could give it to us discounted. They only took 10% off which was $129 off a $1400 fridge They are very unprofessional and they claimed they could not take our old fridge because it didn’t fit through the door so my family had to move it out themselves!! Never again don’t buy from here it’s a waste of money

My air conditioner broke down and I immediately went on line and started calling different places to find another one as soon as possible. I was either on hold too long and could never get anyone on the phone or they werent really able to provide me with the kind of assistance I needed. I called PC Richard and Lily answered the phone right away. I told her my problem and asked if she knows anything about air conditioners. She was exceptionally knowledgeable asking things that would have never thought of. She immediately found me the perfect A/C for my needs. I am so happy I found her.

This place is absolutely sad because it could be great. When you walk in expect to see a bunch of grumpy and angry sales people. They are all sitting around the entrance and just give you angry looks. Except for the guy that looks at you with dollar signs. Went in to look around and saw a sales rep following us around waiting for us to go to him. I used Robert as a sales rep and man was that a mistake. Every item I wanted to buy I did not get. Robert picked for me and made me spend more money. He also made comments like my country we do things good but america doesnt do things good.. When I said I want an electric stove he made comments about how that will lower the value of my home and hesitated to even order stuff for me. In all I probably spent a total of 8 days in there to complete my order. My fridge that I reserved was given to another customer and guess what 1.5 months later and still not fridge. I was forced to downgrade and pick it up myself because they were scared the warehouse would lose my order.Lets talk about their ancient POS system. Their computers are hard to understand. There are no images and even the prices dont use decimals. I never once received a receipt that clearly stated what it was. Just a bunch of serial numbers with numbers all over the place. To this day unless I go to my bank and put all the transactions together I still dont know what I paid. Their computers are always down and the lady tending to the phones always has a bad attitude.I would love to open a credit card and shop from there regularly but after this experience I may just go with the usual best buy, home depot and lowes. They are not a 1 stop shop but after dealing with his I am disappointed.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new grill and we decided to stop by the Nanuet store to see what was in stock. We hit the jackpot with Lily, who became our point person and sales rep. She was extremely professional, personable, and answered all our questions with a genuine smile. We arranged to have our grilled pre-assembled and delivered to our home. Unfortunately, the warehouse bungled our order and delivered the wrong grill. To make matters worse, the delivery driver was extremely rude and impatient due to the fact that he had to return and pick up the grill. I spoke to a manager (Marc) who rectified the problem, but he made several comments that, I felt, were in defense of the driver. I seriously considered cancelling the order right then and there after the comments, but I decided against it after I was granted a very small credit. I must point out, however, that I had to inquire about some form sort of refund, when in reality, any other manager would not have hesitated to offer something for our trouble. I still had reservations about keeping the order. Despite the fact that she was not at fault for everything that transpired, Lily, still took it upon herself to call me back and apologize for these unfortunate series of events. After speaking to Lily, who was so gracious and apologetic over the phone and listened to my valid complaints, I decided to keep the order. So basically, Lily saved the day for PC Richard. As far as we’re concerned, Lily should be running one your stores! She possesses all the qualities necessary to be an effective leader. If you, at corporate, were not aware of that, well now you know.
