Everyone was so nice and very patient with me as I was placing a big order and asking alot of questions when it was almost closing time! Always found someone in every department to help. Everyone at customer service was great! And my delivery came on time very early in the morning too! Corrected any issues I had. Excellent customer service! Everything was smooth. Great job!

Wow I went up to the customer service desk to purchase 3 items for delivery 3 ladys were working 2 displaying coach patches on there aprons I actually apologized for coming in to by something they were so irritated to take my order they were aware of there rudness to the point 1 coach said to the other do not worry Ill make sure he leaves before we have to right this up there has too be a better place to go because they obviously want to go 100% online

Good supply house, but many items missing from stock. If you have specific needs it is best to go to a real supply house.

I felt I was handy until I walked into this store and the staff patiently and so nicely explained to me all the difference and nuances of all the tiles, equipment, locks, bulbs etc.. very very nice and helpful staff !

Super helpful and understanding staff. The pwr wash machine had a few hiccups which essentially lengthened my time working and had a switch lock on issue.Agent offered a discount..responsive/ understanding and left me satisfied .

Very helpful staff - especially Roman!

Worst customer service EVER. I was on hold for 20 minutes finally somebody picked up and then they transferred me over to somebody else who didnt picked up for another 20 minutes. Once they picked up they told me theyre on a machine and cant get anybody to check to see if a product is in stock. Ive been to Home Depot 4 times over the last 3 weeks and figured this would be better. Apparently I was wrong. He told me to call back in 20 min which means Ill be on hold for another 40 minutes to find out if they have what Im looking for. 😓 I get they are busy and have other things going on in store but it would have been nice if he took my number down and just called back when he wasnt busy so I dont have to be on hold for another 40 min or find someone who wasnt on a machine.

Well... I was there in that store last saturday. Two employees were talking about there personal stuffs in one of the isle loudly. I was happened to be there unfortunately looking for that one piece of my DIY project. After couple of miniutes, one of them asked me how can I help you sir. I explained what I need. He instructed me to go to another isle, so they could continue there talk.Unbelievable. Used to be a best place to shop.

My overall experience with the employees I encountered as well as the store (merchandising, cleanliness, accessibility, etc) was very satisfactory. In particular, the salesperson who helped me to select the item I needed demonstrated an excellent understanding of the merchandise, answered all my questions and concerns in a timely and considerate manner, and left me feeling confident that I was making the right purchase (which was a powerful staple gun). This may seem easy, but I have carpal tunnel in my wrists, so I needed something that I could use without too much difficulty). The employee Gavin, went above and beyond to analyse the items on display, and his conclusions left me feeling completely confident in my purchase (which was at the right price point for me as well). He was very caring, considerate and efficient, and helped me get what I needed quickly, since I was in a rush.The girl at the register in the Nanuet store, Anaisa, was also very pleasant and helpful.

I went at 9pm on June 2021 and looking from the outside seem like the store is closed. But I checked twice using Google and said that it closes at 11pm. That store needs more lights from the outside specially at the entrance.

I’ve been in here a dozen times since I’ve moved into town. Each time I’m met with excellent, knowledgeable employees. I can’t imagine better customer service. All of my deliveries were on time and correct. The departments, especially paint, have been super helpful!! I’m a loyal customer!

While Home Depot is the original Do it Yourself it also applies when you need help in their stores. No one ever wants to go out their way to help. Most employees seem like they just want to pass you off from one person to the next. They just point at a direction and tell you to Go find it Yourself. No one is an expert they just hire people off the street and put them in charge of stuff they have no clue about. I asked a guy in roofing about poly carbonate sheets and he asked me if they sell that at home depot...answer is YES. Do they have what you need, yes do they sell variety of home improvement goods..yes but organization is not great and cant say prices are competitive. This review is for all Home Depot..cause i got to a few and they are all the same. MEDIOCRE.

Best thing about them ...the hours.Simple suggestion...HQ and HR need to start to work hard at training your team members!First on courtesy and what it is to be in the service industry. Its not just, punching in and out.Explain, If you don’t like a job look for one you do so you and those you are there to serve both leave happy and feel good about being there .As a successful business owner for 36plus yrs hope this helps.Good luck.

Ordered blinds which delivered 2/4/21. Have unsuccessfully been able to get the installation I paid for. Each time I’ve reached out to Home Depot advising them the company they use refuses to return call for installation, Home Depot response is simply “ they’re a separate company..” No responsibility and terrible customer service. Don’t buy their blinds

A very good tool store with not the best service

Like a kid at the candy store while in here.

Nothing special about this place. It has all the trappings of a name brand hardware store. The only good thing about is if youre somewhere close to the store, youre golden. But check it out if youre a diy person or have a busines.

Overall this is a nicer Home Depot, the staff has always been friendly when you need something. The lines can sometimes get longer, but self checkout is generally pretty quick.

A Clean area, nice prices, customer service is lack luster, but everything else is great. Par for the course with home depot.

Went there to get stain for our deck. The associate helping us did not have a color chart available for the solid stain we wanted. They may want to try keeping one at their desk. We left and went to another Home Depot location. The associate there had exactly what we wanted, was very helpful and friendly.

Actually they had the items that Lowes claimed to have 15 of them, but nothing, even after a representative searched & searched for it, Lowes would of been a little cheaper, though.

Expensive. $10 for wet knotted pt 2x4. Crazy. Price of building materials affects 70% of the population but cant make the news.

Busy Tuesday around noon. Store is mobbed only one register open. Only reason for 3 stars is because its better then lowes around the corner. Definitely dont go there.

On Sundays stay away of this store.On Sunday there is minimal staff, and the staff that is available is poorly trained.

Good store for the most part, like pretty much all big chain stores.

There was staff everywhere but no one even said hello. I was trying to find several items and walked out frustrated. Employees too busy talking with each other - one I asked for help told me it wasnt his department and to look in the next few isles for department worker.

Went in to get a washer for the kitchen faucet and I got bounced around before get the help I needed. However each person(4) I spoke with was courteous just not knoweable of what I needed. The fifth person was able to assist. So I gave it 4stars

With everything going on, I was surprised that there wasnt a long line to get in; maybe because I went later in the day. Great selection of products and variety of each. Pretty good prices too, for the most part.

Just waited 30 minutes for someone to bring me my order. On the phone with the store twice for more than 20 minutes and no one picked up. Used the app to say I arrived no one came to the car. Asked to speak with manager about why no one was answering phone and he sent me to another extension who put me in hold again for 8 min. Called manager again and this time he took my order number and I asked for his name. Finally after another two minutes I got my order. Wow what a POS this process is.

The gentleman that helped us at the Nanuet Store was so willing to try to resolve a problem we had with a dehumidifier. I believe his tag said his name was Singh. A real asset to the store.

Customer service can make or break a business. Every time I visit this home depot, the service is top notch. Last purchase was a Toro lawnmower. Bernard helped me get it in the car. Didnt even ask for help. Top notch.

Its been 10 years since I made any significant purchases. Great selection, friendly staff. Home Depot offered a discount if I signed up for a Home Depot card and after the application and purchase, informed me it didnt apply to my purchase because it was on sale and only 1 discount could be applied. See the price sign, the posted price, in small print says after discounts. Poor ethics and better employee training and coaching. See the price below and notice the fine print. The devil is in the details, it is not obvious this item is on sale, therefore not eligible for any additional promos or discounts. Decide for yourself.

Horrible customer service. Nobody knows where things are and nobody cares to ask if you found everything. I asked if i could maybe get a hand cause i was picking up 150 cement brick and half a pallet of mortar and he said nobody would help with that. I had to sit there and push a cart full of brick and mortar. Load my truck up and go back and do it a second time not once did anybody offer a hand. I lve worked at real supply yards whether its a bucket or 100 bags of cement you should always help a customer. This place is horrible

I visited this Home Depot to get some plants and supplies to freshen up my front yard for spring. I was able to get everything I needed, but I wish they wouldve had a larger garden selection. I took my puppy along and everyone was so helpful and nice. She got so much attention and everyone loved her. They didnt give me a hard time about my dog roaming around in store or in the garden area.

They are Not cheap. Lazy employees.... understaffed... Went there to buy a roll down window shade. I had exact measurements asked employee to cut it for me. And he made it too big. Went back another day gave the same measurements for the employee. Somehow it got too short.Lost my receipt so planned on buying another one. Came in the store went to that aisle started to search for someone to help me. I literally searched for a half hour asked 3 employees everyone with same excuse its not my department they all announced on the loudspeaker in store that help Is needed by the blinds department.. after 30 minutes I walked out realizing that its a endless game. without purchasing anything.

Shows products in stock online that they dont have constantly. The Manager i spoke to was useless and a week later they still dont have the product in stock. Ill give 2 stars because a couple employees were helpful but few and far in this particular home depot. Worst home depot ive been to out of 8 or 9 over the years.

Found everything I needed. i asked two staff members in hardware to help me with something and where he said the item was and location was spot on. The other staff in painting helped me with what type of sealant i was looking for. He got the name of the item on the first shot. was very happy with my visit today
