I love this location and not because of the store but the employees! Specifically Walter! He’s a star employee, knowledgeable, patient and respectful. The store wouldn’t be the same without him. I came two years ago for my iPhone 11 upgrade and two years later came and got the upgrade to the iPhone 13. I asked for Walter by name because that’s how much of an impression he left on me. I recommend all my friends and family to go to this location for Walt!! Keep it up!

I came into sprint to change sims on my card and employee WALT consistently suggested for me to do some service on my phone where he takes it apart.He unscrewed my phone and did NOT properly screw it back and my phone now looks like this, when I came into the shop and spoke SPECIFICALLY with him he acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about and stated we dont do that here.The disrespect and incompetence is INCREDIBLE.He basically said I broke your phone screen now its your problem, and everytime I called theres been no manager in? terrible T-mobile and terrible customer service, think twice about going to this mediocre T-Mobile, theres plenty of others around.

Jessica is amazing. She helped me get a new phone for my dad and my bill stayed the same. I also got a free line of service. What a great deal. Jessica is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Moises at the nanuet store was so wonderfully patient and persistent in activating my blind, disabled friend’s new cellphone. He found the needed SIM card, and transferred all the contacts as well for which he had to press save for every one of the 102 contacts. He deserves recognition for this. I, my friend and my boyfriend who also cares for him are all so grateful! Moises rocks; great hire!

I went to the store shortly before closing seeming to ask a quick question about my phone. Rick and Walter greeted me and were more than happy to help and provided all information about my t-mobile/sprint account. An hour later and past closing time - I walked out with an upgraded iPhone 11 Pro Max. Outstanding customer service experience.I highly recommend going to see them in the store!!

I have been trying to set up appointment. When I call numbers its a 90 minute wait time. When I called. The store and finally got a person they could not help buy a new phone. I have to go online to make an appointment and when I go to their website there is no place to do that. Our phone is up and we are stuck. I have tried everything known to man to get this done to no avail. I know the virus has everything messed up but this is irresponsible.

Terrible. RUDE. I went there today, November 27 2018 at around 4:10pm and my boyfriend and I went to the front desk. The two young men at the front desk were nice. MY boyfriend asked them if he could make sure he had no more bills to pay for sprint because hes had MANY problems with sprint and wants his phone unlocked. Once we explained this to the nice guys at the front desk... this rude older man comes in the conversation telling us he cant do that. The way he was speaking was rude and uncalled for. He looking overweight, middle aged, white with blue eyes I believe. He wasnt wearing a normal sprint shirt i saw the guys at the front desk wearing. He was wearing a long sleeve shirt. The way he talked pissed me off. It takes a lot to piss me off too. My boyfriend didnt appreciate the old man talked either.

After a automatic update to my phone downloaded my phone has not worked right since. Several techs from Sprint and Samsung could not repair my phone the only solution they have was to wipe my phone clean or sell me a new phone these were not good options as this is my business phone after dealing with Sprint the Samsung Tech at the store and getting sick with frustration I went to the Nanuet Sprint store to get a new phone but a sales person named Jessica repaired my phone within minutes please give her a raise and keep her working at Sprint she knows so much about these phones.

Great customer service! I went into the store with my wife out of frustration because of billing and phone issues on her account. A representative named Alex was very professional in handling our problems and he actually ended up fixing our bill to make some room for an upgrade and I thought that was very nice of him. Another representative named Connor or Colin was pleasant to have conversations with while our phones transferred information.. I would highly recommend coming to the store.
