Disgusting! I ordered a grilled chicken salad and the chicken was bland and flavorless but the worst part was that the vegetables were spoiled, the tomato was sour and the cucumbers were soft and mushy! So gross, how can you serve customers old food? Wont be coming back.

Use to be a really nice deli. Until recently, the employees are rude, disrespectful and don’t care how they speak to customers. I will never go back to the D and D deli. The lowest star isn’t enough to rate this place!

It used to be a great place but I have found the employees to be quite rude in recent visits. After hearing about a racially motivated incident toward a customer you can be assured they’ll never have my business again.

Today my sister ordered a sandwich with a order label that was explicit inappropriate. Mistakenly they put the ticket in the bag. When she confronted the employee they did not apologize and they were laughed at. Sensitive no. Inappropriate yes. Disgusting yes.

Went inside to order a BLT minus the tomato, spanish guy behind the counter so rude. I said no Tomato. Mayo please he said yea making a B.L. I’m like are you putting Mayo, he replies no not unless you ask. Hello you cook for the store and not even know what goes inside a sandwich . Never going back . Wish the original people were still at the deli . These people don’t know how to deal with customers the man was so sarcastic . Hello people I do have to go to work. Why would I spend my money at D&D Deli on smith road smh.

A friends sister went to this deli to order some food...this was on the order ticket these goofballs left in the bag. Used to go here all the time when it was the old staff. Never ever again. Funny i thought this was spring valley where we typically didnt have to worry about these issues. Sad

My sister went into this establishment and order food. One of the workers wrote so negative and racial stuff on a napkin. When confronted they laughed in her face. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!!!

Just got back to open my ham sandwich on rye bread. Not even a 1/4 lb of ham. Wish I could post a picture

Was charged for a sandwich along with other items. When I got home I unpacked the bag and discovered that the sandwich I paid for was not in the bag. I called went back right away and when I returned for my sandwich they tried to charge me again. I refused to pay again and was told sorry sir so I walked out without the sandwich I had paid for already.. I will never purchase anything from this place again...Some advice for anyone that does check your bag before walking out because the guy behind the counter doesn’t do his job very well to put it nicely..... Would have given no stars if I could....

Been going here since they opened back in the 90s. The food is still pretty good but sadly the atmosphere and service have really gone down the drain. The cashiers always act like Im an annoyance and its an inconvenience to wait on me and take my money. They are very rude. Im tired of it. Time to take my money elsewhere...Too bad.

I like it. You can call and order to take-out. It is a service efficient and clean. They also have lots of snacks on their aisles. Sandwichs options are vast.

Been coming since I was a kid and this place is a total gem. Love the sandwiches they make, just so happy theyre still in business.

Great sandwiches! Hot food is very good. Best to get there early for hot food before it gets picked over. Breakfast sandwiches are hot and made to order. But u have to try the Shwartzneger Sandwich Garlic hero brea, roast beef hot, mayo ketchup lettuce tomato...Yum

Horrible and arrogant customer service. If youre going to charge $1.75 for hot tea you need to do a few things. At least have hot water. Have lime or lemon juice. If your cashier is going to be cocky at least speak enough English to be able to communicate effectively, have good merchandise, clean your store. Then I can understand your arrogance. New York deli experience has changed and not for the best.

Not sure if the place was sold but I dont see the old staff there anymore. Sandwiches are not as big as they used to be and the service is horrible. The decor has changed and they have stuffed so much more into the small space you can hardly walk through. The wait for a simple sandwich is ridiculous. Half my lunch hour gone before I even get the food. Disappointing.

Best place in the neighborhood for sandwiches and pastries. Place is very clean and also has a couple of tables and chairs to sit and eat.

This place is the BEST! I always get the Deniro hero, until today I tried the chicken salad, which is unlike any chicken salad Ive ever had before. Delicious bread and giant sandwiches. YUM!I tried another deli in town and it did not even come close to this place!!

Even though the food is good. The wait is long, like 30 minutes wait even after you called your order in, in advanced. Then my order was made wrong after I patiently waited for more than 30 minutes. Im over this place. Definitely not worth the wait.

My 85 year old Mom lives alone and was stuck home due to the snow for St. Patricks Day. I called D&D to have a corned beef & cabbage sandwich and it was delivered on-time and she said it was awesome, thank you.

This is by far the best deli that I have been to and thats a lot coming from a guy that has traveled across the country! They have the best philly cheese steak sandwitches ever! This place is really clean and friendly and their baked goods are also amazing! I would highly recomment this place to anyone that enjoys a good sandwitch!!
