The temperature was 60°outside last night there was no need of AC to be on, just for a know-it-all sounding young attendant man to tell me they cannot control it; hes the one wearing glasses, it was at 9 pm last night. His bosses should teach him to sound more humble when he talks to customers.However, earlier Katie was the best on serving my drink and food. She is the reason for the extra star.Thinking of taking my business to Barnes & Noble Cafe next time, even if it is also Starbucks, hopefully with no air conditioner in cool weather outside and better attendant to respond to me.

I asked for no whipped cream and Im drinking whipped cream thru my straw. Theres whipped on bottom. Sides and top.Is this a joke?

I go to this Starbucks a couple of times a week to pick up mobile orders. This morning, I had an issue with my starbucks app - my order did not go through but my gift card was charged. I spoke with the girl at the cash wrap (I did not get her name) and the store manager, Andrew. They were both very understanding and provided my order quickly and efficiently. This location is always clean, quick, and provides great customer service. Thank you again!

I came in today to do a pick-up order. They were a little busy so I was waiting with a couple of people off to the side. But while waiting, I saw that they happily serviced a woman without a mask on, regardless of them having a sign on the door that says masks are required upon entry. I understand that people are eating indoors, so them not having a mask on is excusable, but it seems like these employees didn’t care at all! Maybe this location needs to be more clear about what their safety protocols are, that way outsiders can know whether or not they are comfortable entering their establishment....

After waiting for 20 minutes this is what we got.I will never get coffee from this location ever again.

All the barristas are so friendly and they make your drink perfectly!

Shift leader or manger smokes directly in front of store. Does not wash his hands upon finishing cigarette. Back to counter and starts serving. In a pandemic. And reeking of cigarette smoke. How disgusting.

I was working here when they first opened. I helped open this location. Staff is very friendly. Did a great job with my drink. I highly recommend.

Place is not well maintained and there is always dirt in the floor.They used to have nice soft chairs now all the chair are made of wood and not comfortable, maybe Starbucks don’t want us to hangout too long anymore.The works experience from today was the slow service, the manager along with the staff where more playful. I believe in having fun at work but not at the expense of sense of urgency.I was in my launch brake and every minutes counts.It took about 10 minutes to get my drink.I like Starbucks but I’ll choose another location.

Rude staff and the bathroom was out of seat covers and the soap consisted of a dirty bottle with an ounce of water mixed with a little bit of soap. Concerning during covid cause no one can properly wash their hands with that. Especially the employees. There’s a dollar tree right near this store. Someone please tell the manager to buy some soap for the bathroom during a pandemic. It wasn’t an accident, the bottle looked old and like it had been watered down for a while.

This Starbucks is disappointing, multiple times have my wife and I received the wrong drink or the correct drink made the wrong way. The New City location is a lot better.

The atmosphere is very gloomy. They are unfriendly, very somber. If I didnt have to go back here again, I wouldnt.There are so many other locations. Unfortunately some are very similar, but many are not. Many are friendly, smile and are courteous.

Shaken espresso = milk. Asked to take some milk out add more espresso and got “unfortunately no” 😂

Come here a lot. Staff here always tries their best, especially with the COVID situation, and customers dont always seem to undertsand that its a little more difficult to get things out. With mobile orders and people waiting it gets a little difficult to get oders out and people cant understand that. Give these guys a break and just be patient. Theyre a great bunch regardless of what these other reviewers say. They had a bad experience that didnt meet their standards and they get upset at the workers here. Come on, were not children who cry when they dont get their way. Good job to the workers I know youre trying, and thank you.

So today I ordered drinks from Starbucks and I’m annoyed that the lids on the holiday cups keep popping off and spilling my drink. I got a second cup when the lid popped off the first one I picked up. Then it happened in the car today again!Super frustrating to lose your coffee to spillage, but the staff here is nice and friendly so 4stars!

I understand and agree with wearing masks, I get it. If a paying customer that routinely stops by every morning genuinely forgets his mask and is trying to cover his face with jacket/sweater theres no need for the baristas to yell at him NO! NO! NO! YOU CANT COME IN! Instead let me tell them hey I forgot my mask but its a mobile order, can you hand it to me or just set it on the ground?No wouldnt even give me the chance instead they stare at me through the door like if I was a weirdo. I know me not going there anymore is not going to hurt them but Unfortunately they lost me as a customer. By the way, that macchiato is on me enjoy it.

Made a mistake on both drinks. No problem. Went back inside, advised of the error and was told I OWE $ due to the size difference (which was wrong in the first place,)... still managed to get the order wrong after the fact... Didnt have the patience to go back inside...

I am very upset about my first bad experience at this Starbucks. I sent my daughter in to get 5 cheese danishes and she came back with all 5 danishes completely burnt. How unhappy would you be to spend your money on food and get it completely not edible. Really not fair

This is a great Starbucks to hang out at!! The store has a good size of space giving you a relaxing feeling when having your coffee and reading articles or just searching the web. The store employees are usually what make my time at Starbucks enjoyable by greeting me with smiles. They always go out there way making sure I’m pleased with my drink. If you are on the on go and do in store pick up for your coffee you’ll almost never have to wait! They make the drinks quick!

EXTREMELY RUDE!Worst barista I ever dealt with in my whole life. Rudely telling people to put the mask straps around the ears in spite it covers the mouth and the nose. Meanwhile a guy SITTING on a table INSIDE the store with NO MASK ON!On top of that she mixed our drinks with another order and they were ready for pick she didn’t call out the name.

Extremely rude barista! Myself and another customer politely asked for a straw for our drinks and were treated to a very uncalled for lecture from the barista. Some people have legitimate reasons for needing a straw and it is not the baristas place to antagonize a customer over such a small thing.

Large, clean store with decent seating, including a table large enough for small groups. Plenty of convenient parking in front. Hard to say more than that : most Starbucks are pretty much alike.

Still open and running. Some things on the menu are limited but it still has the same great tast.

This location just underwent renovation to add more space for sitting area. Since its within a shopping center, it tends to get packed with walk-ins and mobile orders.Friendly and courteous staff. Drinks can sometimes contain too much ice so must order lite ice. There are no outdoor seating and shares parking lot with numerous stores. Can get quite crowded especially during weekends

This morning I walked into the store and placed an order for an iced coffee. I saw the woman making my order add a little bit of ice so I requested for more ice to be added. She added more ice but then also added bits of grind coffee to my order! Which was definitely done on purpose because of my request! She then unpleasantly slides me the drink when it’s done. This was a terrible experience and I will not be going back. The racist bigot is completely mannerless, rude and pathetic! I do not recommend it at all!

READ CAREFULLY ‼️ I visit this Starbucks often because I go to school close by. The Manager LORENZO, seems to be very nice and pleasant ONLY if he’s in a good mood. Twice I had a bad feeling about him because he seemed to be in a bad mood and gets upset VERY EASILY. When he gets upset he’s very NASTY! So for the third time I visited with a classmate when he was working for the day. I ordered and received my food leaving me no cash left. My classmate ordered and her card wasn’t working for some strange reason, when she absolutely had money on her card. Lorenzo became frustrated within 1 minute and 30 seconds, and told her to find cash. He kept yelling at her about her card not working. She was going to say never mind but before she could even say anything else he SHOUTED my name across the restaurant saying “Come help your friend, she has no money!” ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. The Entire time he was shouting and getting angry mean while the transaction was about 3 minutes long. There was a wonderful customer who was next in line who offered to help her pay. NEVER AGAIN WILL HE GET MY MONEY! Not only is his employees unprofessional, he is as well. It ALL starts at the top. Now I understand why...his employees are so unprofessional.

How can anyone validate spending all that money are generic borderline disgusting drinks made by racist buffoons. you can just walk in with a cup and make your own drink with their milk and sugar display instead of spending a quarter of a months rent Im garbage that will keep you running to the bathroom all day. I had a candy bar sitting on their window sill outside while I was standing there smoking a cigarette and the manager of this degraded establishment took it and threw it away and when I took it back out of the garbage and told her that this is my hole unwrapped candy bar and now I dont feel like eating it cuz its in the trash can can you compensate me for it she tried to have me a dollar and was very rude the candy bar was $ 3.50 and a deluxe candy bar.

Everyday my friend and I come here during our lunch break. This location never fails to wait 15 minutes or more for your coffee order.. Including mobile orders! Yes.. mobile orders. I thought the whole purpose of mobile order was to avoid wait time but clearly not at this location. All the female barista are ALWAYS gossiping which is the reason for delay and they never make the beverages the same, always doing short cuts or it’s missing something. It’s more important for them to have chatting free time rather then work. I mean no one wants to do there job right anymore.. On the positive side there is a male barista (has tattoos) not sure what his name is but he always make the beverages 10/10. I’d give him 5 stars but the rest of you get 2 stars..

Went here well over an hour before they close and some items were unavailable because they already cleaned the machines. When I ordered my drinks they argued with me about what are in the drinks which I have ordered a thousand times. They never gave me a receipt even when requested. Once they finally made my drinks I requested the drizzle that goes on top of all the hot chocolates (as shown in the picture and in the description) they said I would have to pay extra. To which they attributed to price changes. Once I left the drinks were still not right but I was too frustrated to deal with their terrible workers.The entire experience was a hostile environment and the worst customer service of any starbucks I have ever been to.

I normally order the same thing every day from the online app. I never get the same coffee.The app wasnt working today no matter how many times I restarted it... so I ordered in store. When it was my turn to order from the dark girl with pink hair, she was preoccupied and didnt get my whole order. When I got my drink I realized this and asked the barista to add the flavour shot I asked for. I hear the girl who took my order say maybe if she wasnt rude she would have gotten itNo. Thats rude.Next time Ill order from the store across the street.

I thought 3rd times a charm but it’s standard to wait 15 minutes for your coffee order. I would advise you to place your order and walk next door to the cigar shop to smoke a fat one after your order is taken or you’ll join the roman gladiator spectators as they chant, “We want our coffee already!!” They should hand out pedigree gold medals for the people standing there like prized dogs. I feel for the barista with the green Mohawk. It seems he is always short staffed or working with a man that makes coffees slower than my 100 year old grandma can weave a scarf. He must have been a sloth in his prior life. The garbage can always looks like Oscar the grouch threw a stellar banger on Sesame Street last night. That one star is for the Mohawk barista because he’s the only light left in this establishment!

The idea of Starbucks is that everyone know what they need to do in order to make the coffee, the cake or the checkout process as quick as possible. And most of my visits here this is exactly what i get. But last Friday something was wrong. Not only that it took them too long to make my Cappuccino, I discovered when i got to my car that it is not the Cappuccino i ordered. Maybe the first time in years that someone confuse with making my coffee in Starbucks.Beside that, the place is clean and efficient.
