This company is incredible!! Not only do they have gorgeous, quality products, but their level of service and care for their customers is unmatched. I ordered an anniversary clock for my best friends 5th wedding anniversary, and for various reasons it couldnt be delivered to their apartment. It kept getting shipped back to the company. A wonderful man named Pete at this company was in contact with me through email back-and-forth. And he shipped it 3 TIMES free of charge until it was finally in their hands. I cant believe any company would do that but they did! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. BEST company Ive ever dealt with!!

I ordered a personalized money clip for my dad for Christmas. The option I chose was a gold clip with initials. I requested in the description that it be silver if possible and to add more engraving than the description stated was allowed for this specific piece. I thought it would be a long shot, but worth asking. While I was never given a response, the joy I let out when I opened my package was indescribable. My dad is a very picky person and the most difficult person to shop for. When I saw all of my requests met, I was so excited. There is no doubt that he will love this gift and the personal touches added that this company did not have to do. They could have easily said “sure, but it will be an added cost”. Instead, I paid the regular price and was given something that will be cherished for years to come. I will absolutely be coming to them in the future!

I ran into some issues with duties and taxes on the original shipment and it could not be delivered to the receiver. After I discussed this with Executive Gift shoppe, they were highly understanding of this situation and turned my disappointment into a happy moment with their exceptional customer service and offered a replacement shipment to be sent out. Totally recommended :)

I ordered this for my dad to give to him on my Wedding day. I was a bit slow in ordering and Executive Gift Shoppe guaranteed they would get it to me on time and it came a day earlier than I expected. The engraving was perfect! I dont think its meant to hold a picture, but I was able to cut one and stick it in the watch. The gift brought tears to my dads eyes. Thank you for great service!

I was looking for a decent priced engraved item for a family member, and all of the places I checked out wanted $80 for most of the products. This place was wonderful! I got what I need for half the price and with an even bigger gift. I will definitely recommend and come back in the future!

This company is completely incredible. I was kind of skeptical about ordering a gift online without seeing it. After I placed the order I realised I wanted to add more engraving to the item. By the time I figured this out the company was closed for the day. I sent an email in hopes that someone would read it. The next morning I got an email back from one of the employees stating everything was taken care of. I received the product way earlier than I anticipated and everything was perfect. I will definitely be buying more products from them

What a great customer service. The items that I ordered are all well done, simple and most important made and packed with love. So pleased with it. I, by mistake didnt give the whole information for the engraving, they replaced the missing part at no cost and no shipping charges.

This company has excellent customer service and great products. They were responsive, efficient and professional.I purchased a pen set for my brother-in-law and unfortunately when it arrived there was no engraving on the pen, when there shouldve been, and the engraving style on the box was incorrect. I contacted this company via a phone message and email on Christmas Eve. They got back to me that day and were gracious enough to send a completely new pen set. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. This is not typical customer service...

There are few companies out there that will stand behind their products, this company is one of them.My wife bought me a stainless steel flask with an engraving for Christmas. Shortly after, for whatever reason it began to rust. It happens, I usually take care of my items but its possible I left some remaining moisture on it.I contacted Executive Gift Shop to find out what could be done. Pete was amazing. He immediately sent out a replacement flask WITH engraving. No questions asked. The only company I have ever encountered that does that is Zippo so I put these guys up there with them.I highly recommend this company.

So the first pen I ordered didnt work and we called them and the customer service was excellent. Mailed out a new one and we tried the new pen and it didnt work. We called and the person in the phone walked us through the set up. After trial and error (and ink everywhere 😁) we got it working. EGS is now my go to for client and personalized gifts.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband well in advance. Their website said it would ship within 2-3 days and I paid for expedited shipping to ensure it would arrive on time. Of course, there was a shipping delay with their wholesalers. However, they didnt bother to contact customers to inform them of the delayed shipping times in order to give us enough time to cancel our orders and find another gift for Christmas.

I received as a gift a plaque from Executive Gift Shoppe. The plaque had two pen holders attached to it. The first one snapped off while I was taking a pen out of the holder. They refused to assist us since we didnt have the receipt (which we didnt have because it was a gift). Later the second pen holder snapped off. It was a $100 gift. My assistant reached out a second time, but no one at the company was willing to ship out a replacement part. Such a shame my family member wont see it in my office. :/

Paid $35 for a personalized coffee mug that was of a far lower quality than a mug I could have purchased at Target for $18. The top piece of the mug was cheap, light-weight plastic, and the plastic seal running around the top piece was loose and dislodged every time you put the lid on. I usually avoid these types of sites, but I went against my better judgement and ordered a mug from Executive Gift Shoppe. Ill know better next time.

Amazing customer service! Hats off to Pete Ekizian, he helped me with my problem. I ordered a personalized product from their site and wasnt satisfied with it when it arrived. He asked me to order something else that I may have liked from the site and refunded me for the unstisfied order without even returning it! Again, their customer service is bomb dot com!

I ordered a money clip from Executive Gift Shoppe. When it arrived, my husband thought it was flimsy I had it engraved so I didnt know what to do. I contacted them and they were sooo helpful and friendly! They were able to give me good advice and I ordered a replacement from them. They said to keep the original one as a back-up because they didnt want me to incur an additional expense for sending it back and they gave me a credit for the original one! They did this knowing the 2nd one happened to be less expensive than the 1st one. What a pleasure to deal with a company that was more than fair with me!!! I highly recommend doing business with Executive Gift Shoppe.
