Mark was super helpful. Took his time helping me find what I was looking for. Had been to many other stores beforehand and either couldn’t help me or were rude and wasted my time. Would definitely recommend this store because of this one employee. The overall store was nice and easy to find products!

STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!I own a home improvement/construction business. I went to the Tile Shop (begrudgingly) the other night due to the fact I needed sanded grout and they were the only tile store open at that time. The salesperson gave me what I asked for, a tube of white sanded caulk (or so I thought!!!) for a price of $23.99. Knowing that I am dealing with a tile specialist, (or so I thought) I looked quickly at the color which was white and left. Upon opening the tube and applying it, I quickly realized this was not white sanded caulk but regular silicon which I knew wouldn’t match and provide the look the customer was looking for. I would have gotten regular silicon that matched if that’s what I needed for about $8.99! I went back to swap out this tube of silicon for what I originally asked for and was told by the manager they don’t sell sanded caulk. With amazement I explained what I originally asked for and showed him what I was given. He said he doesn’t know why the sales associate, Mark, gave me what he did without explaining why it wasn’t what I asked for and advised they can not take it back due to it being open. I advised him I am a contractor and have been sending customers here for years, (although that stopped about 2 years ago when I had other issues with this store) and should be given the courtesy of a refund especially since his employee did what he did. He advised there is nothing he can do. now I have to eat a $26 tube of silicon I could have bought for $9 and I wasted about $50 worth of my time writing this review….. however, I believe it is that important for people who are going to be spending a lot of money on projects involving tile need to know they should stay away from this place. I have had other issues that turned into additional costs and extended wait times for myself and my customers with this store. Do yourself a favor and use a place like Classic Tile in Pearl River where the owner Labil and salesperson are knowledgeable, polite and help you with unbelievable personal service. You won’t have any problems which is the last thing you need especially when construction projects can naturally create stress for some people. It’s a pleasure to interact with great knowledgeable store owners. I send my customers to Classic Tile with complete confidence knowing I will NEVER have to deal with the nonsense I have dealt with at the Tile Shop in Nanuet! If you are in NJ and don’t want to travel, Laura at Fuda Tile in Ramsay NJ is also very good.

Sales person can only be described as rude and unhelpful. Would not let me finish explaining what I needed before interrupting me several times with wrong assumptions. Then told me to look around before I actually finished instead of asking what kind of tile I was actually looking for. Huge time waster as all I wanted was a 12x12 floor tile in a teal color.

Liana took her time to talk to us and help us find the tile we needed. We had originally tried Home Depot and they couldn’t have cared less about us. The tile store went above and beyond to make sure that our bathroom came out exactly the way we wanted.

The manager is very accommodating. Just check to make sure you check your orders twice and plan for enough lead time.

Immediately upon entering store I was greeted by a smiling face named Bradley. He patiently waited by my side to see what my likes were for a very difficult pick for an odd shaped bathroom. He provided suggestions to fit this bathroom and circled the store several times for exactly what I envisioned. Bradley was an absolute pleasure and not just looking for the sale but looking to make the customer have a positinve experience. Something not seen too often anymore. Store had beautiful inventory as well as numerous ideas displayed. Thank you Bradley

Stay away from this tile shop in Nanuet. First off they gave me 2 boxes of the wrong tile when I picked up all the tile for my bathroom. My contractor installed the tile and then realized that some of the tiles didn’t match in color. They were a different shade of white. That’s when we realized that they gave me two of the incorrect boxes. The contractor then had to remove all the wrong color tile from the wall. I contacted the store and told them and they said they can get me the correct color tile in about a week. They did not refund me any money since I had to now pay the contractor more money for ripping down the wrong tile and redoing the tile work with the correct tile. Then they gave me the wrong type of grout that needs to be used with the type of tile I was using. After several days they found the correct grout and charged me for it since it was more money than the original grout they gave me. All this held up the job from being completed. Lastly I had to order 17 more of the chair rail tiles. That held up the job another 2 weeks because they kept saying it was being delivered to the store but it kept not being delivered. Finally I got the pieces I needed. The manager got me 16 tiles even though I ordered and payed for 17. I asked the manager to refund me the $7.99 for the one tile he couldn’t get me but he never refunded it to me. The tile shop in Nanuet ended up costing me more money and time because of their incompetencies. Go anywhere except this store. This store is poorly operated.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the great service provided by our sales representative. All aspects of our project were handled perfectly, from gauging lead times, placing material orders, receiving materials, revising materials, etc. We found the service and products to be excellent.

Great customer service as well as experience, my husband and I have been going to the tile shop in nanuet since late February . This was the first tile place we came to, as our contractor referred us to work with the new store manager . As a new customer we got greeted when we walked into the show room, the young store manager gave us a tour of there showroom and as well understood our vision . It look my husband and I a few trips back to the tile shop to make a decision, the store manager was very professional, as well as patient . She understood our vision and keep in contact With my contractor as she help us narrow down our selection . We finally ordered our tile and are excited to see the end result . The nanuet designers where all very helpful and did a great job . I would highly recommend the tile shop in nanuet . Once we finish our two bathrooms we will be back to do our kitchen .
