I have been there twice now and they have made a customer for life! I have a couple of knock around vehicles that needed tires. Not only did they take care of the tires, but didnt upsell me into anything more than I what I was looking for. They also diagnosed other underlaying issues without asking! Highly recommend them! There is absolutely nothing commercial about B&G Tire of Napa. They are always genuinely glad to look at your cars tires/alignment. The shop owner Kevin and all his people give you expert service, they are very accommodating and one of the friendliest places in town. Believe me, they treat you like neighbors, because they ARE your neighbors. They are all local! Yes, you can shop around for tires all day, but why waste time and money? Trust me, B&G Tire of Napa REALLY IS, where the rubber meets the road. Go there and you too will find out, how great they are at what they do and what they sell!

Cant say enough about the service I received. We are on an RV trip and were passing through town. The front wheel bearing started acting up. Kevin deduced the problem and had me on the road again by the end of the day for more than a fair price. Nice people too. Give them your business and I am sure you will be happy

I actually went to new life auto salon next to this tire place because Joe and Charissa are amazingly awesome people. They run smogs on your car, do detail work and they have a home atmosphere inside the waiting area. Very comfortable to wait for your car in.

I was recently on a trip passing thru Napa. Due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, I ended up in a situation requiring all my wheels and tires to be replaced. Not something I had planned for but Kevin and his crew were extremely helpful and professional through the whole ordeal.All through I felt like they were trying to do the right thing by me. (I have been in a similar situation in the past where I know I was taken advantage of ..)At the end of it all I was very happy with the end result and the way I was treated by Kevin and crew. These guys run and honest shop and I would recommend them highly!

The guys here at B&G were beyond helpful and kind. I came in to replace my front tires for my truck, expecting to pay a pretty penny because of the vehicles size. Surprisingly, i got two new tires for what i thought would be the price of one. And the service was fast. I was out of there in 15 minutes. I highly recommend B&G. Over the Holidays my brakes started to grind. Oh no! Big Bucks! So yesterday, I brought my Honda CRV to Kevin. The shop was very busy and the lifts were filled. Kevin and I know how dangerous and expensive grinding brakes could become. He had his crew do a quick brake inspection in the parking area of the garage, even though it was raining. They determined that one of the rotors was near failure and I left my car for repair the next day. Kevin was able to do the repair yesterday afternoon. and I picked it up this morning. We called and explained the situation and were told to come on in. Kevin and crew do great work. Not only that, they are honest to the core. I brought my car in for a full set of five tires, four plus a spare. When I came to pick up my car Kevin told me the spare was still like new and I didnt need a new spare. How many other tire shops would have just sold me all five? This is the only place I go for tires.

Kevin and his team at B&G Tire are a great bunch of hardworking mechanics that know rims, tires, suspension, brakes, shocks, trailers and alignment. I am a local Napan and I have been getting my tires for all my vehicles from Kevin since high school, thats 29 yrs now. Always a fair deal for just what you need, no high pressure push for upgrades. For totally stock or custom B&G is my go to tire shop.

Awesome crew with outstanding service! Pulled in figuring that I would have to make an appointment but they made time for me right there on the spot.

That kind of day....Woke up with dead battery on my BMW X3, kids late to school, and a series of work meetings. Dropped the car with Kevin and he tested and replaced the battery within a couple hours. He was over $100 less than using Alpina the local BMW shop for this work. After a long hard day, we went to pick up the car and keys got locked inside. We could not find spare set of keys and tow truck was going to charge $80. Kevin and Giovanni offered to help get us in the car and they figured out how to open it through the sunroof. This was at 6:30 at night when they likely started their day as early as 6am. Hard workers who offer fair pricing while setting the bar for exemplary LOCAL customer service. Support this amazing business and they will keep you safe on the road!

I bought my first set of (used tires) from Kevin in 1979... Kevin was 13 he was having a difficult time mounting the tires until his dad showed up and helped him finish the job...I think he was 22 or 23 when he opened up B&G and he has been going strong ever sense...ambitious for a 13 year old.....Id like to see a kid these days do what Kevin has done...

I drove in to get a alignment, that I knew was off they test drove it twice looked underneath said everything was good and tight did some checks told me to just drive the car charged me, and gave me a print out, month later I took my car to a suspension shop for same issue and the saw my print out and said my alignment was out just by looking at the print out, and my front tires were wearing out, they got my alignment right and Rotated front tires, 2013 Lexus GS.

Every time I go into B&G Tire I feel like Im family. They know their customer they care for the customer they do everything they can to service your vehicle and do what you expect and more

Boy I made a huge mistake starting a B & G review a couple days ago but got interupted after only hitting 1 star n it posted as is. I wasnt able to go back to finish.YIKES. Im REALLY REALLY sorry to everone at B&G. So here goes my finished post. Kevin is the most hard working,most intelligent,most experienced,most trustworthy, and most devoted tireshop owner I have ever seen.His large family of hard workers are so awesome with customer service too Kevin has the very very best tire machines, the best tire balancer, the best alignment rack and even the best n most expensive tire repair materials .He does all this to ensure that every customer will drive away highly satisfied. This is THE PLACE to trust buying your next set of tires from.
