If I could ZERO starts!!I went in to the store front to get my phone number changed, Here is why:I work with populations of people with mental and physical disabilities.I need a phone number that is local to my town, since may of this population rely on landlines (not cell phones) and cannot make long distant calls.I was assured that this would happen.I paid $15, the phone number I got was for a town 20 miles away - a long distance call.I was told that I could pay another $15 to have another number randomly generated that may - or may not be in my town.I was told in the store, if I had a problem they could give me my original number back.I am not able to do this.

Got lip from an employee when I tried to upgrade my phone. I had seen a promotion online but per customer service rep, I was to go to the store to purchase as my payment was not going through online. The employee told me the cricket store was not affiliated with corporate and didnt have to give me the deal. I asked her if she knew her district managers name and she gave me the deal! How ridiculous. I have been a cricket customer for years and that was the only bad experience I had.

Went i to imola napa ca cricket to get a new phone i had gotten a msg that if i chanhed my phone i got $30 in credit the girl that attended us named Isabel didnt say welcome we had to say hi first than showed her the promotion on the phone didnt have a clue she didnt understand the msg she was doing some search cuz she said she didnt hear anythung about it finally told us which phone do you want we told her she said we dont have it shose anther said the same thing then i asked than wht do u have she said all but those 2 we gave another look she went inside and another girl helped us that lady named Isabel needs to get taught or fired didnt have a clue on what to do very unprofessional
