I had world class customer service with Paxton today!! It was my first time going into an At&t store. As someone with very limited knowledge of the product offering and contract options, Paxton patiently and with a strong desire to help, educated me with everything I needed to know in a humble manner. He was also there to help me find the best deals. Paxton deserves a promotion ASAP!

The people who work here are phenomenal! My iPhones SIM card was having some weird issues connecting to network and they resolved it immediately! The one issue with the spot is it’s severely understaffed. Expect a wait for 30-45 minutes if nobody is available. Lots of parking!
Went into my local AT&T store on Sunday at get my girl an updated phone. Service was nice and friendly but man it took a long time. Seems to me an hour and a half is excessive. What really chaps my hide is additional fees. I am charged a one time activation fee? I’ve been a customer for a long time, have two unlimited accounts and am never late in a payment. I understand I’m a little fish but got to tell you I don’t think I will upgrade when it comes time. I will be shopping a née carrier. I may not find any better but I will at least look.
Great patient, professional service after a phone “emergency” - the representative who helped us clearly knew her job super well, and took her time answering all questions (even ones I hadn’t thought to ask yet!). I recommend making an appointment ahead of time if you are able to do so.
Courtney C. assisted me in the past with new and existing business and again today as I upgraded my phone from a Samsung to an IPhone. Courtney provided me the BEST service! The process of transitioning phones took over 3 hours as a few issues came up but Courtney was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. She figured out the issues and executed the data transfer. This is the reason why I continue to go back to the AT&T store on Trancas because of the awesome service by Courtney- hard worker and superb customer service!
Paxton was great and helped me set up my Apple watch! He also lowered my bill and gave me a great deal on internet and TV. What a friendly handsome guy ;)

I have had difficulty with my internet service and called overseas number numerous times. I have had 2 technicians to my apartment...I still haven’t resolved issues, but Sean Topacio was Magnificent in trying to help me.. he went beyond to try to resolve issues with patience and knowledge. He spent over 2 hours trying his best to make phone calls and help me with solutions!! Andre Antunes stepped in to assist.. he was also knowledgeable and patient. I still have not resolved my internet problem but I commend both these gentlemen for their Best efforts to Help me. Att is Lucky to have them.

Update your voicemail with correct store hours. Its not difficult. And when people are standing in the rain waiting for you to open, pleas dont ignore them when they knock. AT&T is the worst for so many reasons.

Courtney Cordeiro and this store took phenomal care of me when I needed to get a new device! Her customer service and professionalism assisted me with getting a new device all set up prior to leaving the county for 6 months. Perfect timing ...11am on Sunday. Walked in, no other customers, two techs on duty. Got new SIM CARD for my new phone (Moto X4). $5.00, in and out in 15 minutes....thanks ATT Napa!!!
Wonderful help from manager Kristina Collins who I believe went out of her way to help me with a DirecTV account. Cant say enough how helpful she was. Also cant say enough how horribly cumbersome ATT is to work with regarding DirecTV, whether by phone or on line.
Best experience in the store today. Engaged sales rep, replaced SIM card and fixed technical problem on a new phone that I bought elsewhere.

First off, I have contacted them directly.First technician arrived without the necessary equipment needed, so, no install of dish. After waiting 2 weeks another tech arrived who didnt know why he was here saying that the order wasnt right. ATT blames their new partner Direct, and vice versa it appears. I am now waiting for a phone call. Pretty much back to square one.
Well. Se stop to ask about service (tv) the girl didnt tell us about any deals. I ask about it. And she just print some sheets and gave it to us. To see price (Not deals on it)
Wow. If i could leave 0/5 i would. Extremely rude and unhelpful employee at the counter. Do yourself a favor, Avoid this place at a all costs and visit the at&t location in south napa. The customer service experience is night and day difference.

Went here after a frustrating attempt to switch from Verizon using at&t online chat. I had all of the information I thought I needed, but after a miserable interaction with someone who should never have chosen a job that forces her to interact with other human beings I was told that the plan I had settled for was $80 more per month than previously quoted. She seemed relieved when I told her it made more sense to stay with my current network. Will never return.
