The employees at this Office Depot were so kind and helpful. I came into to pickup a printing project and realized I had made a mistake on my end. They were so generous and helped me resolve the issue even though it was completely my own fault. I would absolutely recommend this location for all your printing needs!!

I went into this store today extremely frustrated having had multiple problems elsewhere with getting supplies and getting some items shipped.Becky was a breath of fresh air!! She resolved ALL my issues quickly and efficiently, with a friendly helpful attitude!5 stars for Becky!

Office depot had the item I wanted and at the price point I was willing to pay. The kid that helped me was knowledgable in his position and offered information that was prudent to the situation.

I had a wonderful experience at Office Depot. My husband and I were purchasing a computer which can be a frustrating and daunting task, which was made very easy with the assistance of Sahil, a Technology Specialist.When we were purchasing programs for our computer we had already had items in mind and he was able to guide us to a more affordable and better product as well.We walked out spending money we didnt want have to spend due to our old computer crashing BUT Shail and his colleagues truly made us feel like we walked about getting a good product for our money.I failed to mention it was Black Friday fairly and busy in there and still received great service. Well DONE!

This place always has everything I want, and online i spend hours getting choice product. Theres so much you can do here. Love it.

Lots of variety in office and school products. U can get just about anything here. Good service, prices are just a bit higher than that other office store in town.

Have you ever had a day that was not so good?  Have you ever had your computer crash and your secondary computer mal-function?  I just did.  It was not fun!So, after finding someone to make a house call I got the news - I needed to shop for a new computer.  Ugh, what do I do now?  I had the expert recommend the type of computer to get. That was just the beginning of the story.I went on line, I went to several stores, and all I could think about was how much work I could not do.... It is not often that the experience I had next happens in a retail store.I dragged myself to Office Depot in South Napa and walked up to a sales associate. I said, I need to buy a new computer.  I handed him the specs.  He did not tell me his name but for the next hour and a half he attempted to help me in the store to find one that I could take home.He then took me to their store computer and began to help me sort through the options on line.  During this time he showed me time and again that he understood my needs.Success! He found one on line.He found one that I could purchase with my Amazon Prime Account.  He found one at a lower price.  He found one that shipped for free.  Not once did he complain.  Not once did he allow another customer butt in.  He even offered to change his lunch hour when I told him I would have to come back with the correct account information to make the purchase.Where do you get that kide of service?  Jake, thank you and I hope you get a promotion and many new fans (customers).   You were a breath of fresh air.  Customer service personified!We could all learn from you!

Helpful staff, better prices the other office supply stores.

Very helpful each time I have been there.

Very frustrating when employees refuse to make eye contact, or go to customers seeking help. I literally had two different employees avoid me as I walked towards them. I should not have to chase employees down to ask for location of products.
