I recommend a worker at Staples. Her name is Emily and its very rare to find an employee that is helpful, polite and works hard.I usually give bad reviews because most people in customer service nowadays are rude and doesnt understand the basics of customer service, its not doing your nails or on your phone while I wait, being cold and uncaring, lazy and conniving. I give a shout out to EMILY, keep up the good work!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Becca in the printing department for coming through on last minute printing needs for me. She was efficient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I tried to go to Kinkos in Napa and they wouldnt accommodate me and Becca worked hard to get my project finished before close and at $100 cheaper! She is a great worker and I hope management recognizes her wonderful customer service.

I saw people yelling at this young women that was a worker! What type of establishment is this. Even if she stayed there for many years or started that day there is always ways for improvement. No way to talk to a young lady like that. Personally don’t know the situation, just felt it could have been handled differently. If they treat their workers like this what about their customer. I felt fire in my own chest from just accompanying that conversation. Those two people should not be managers and have retraining of emotional development for the company. So much rage I can’t process it.

Went to this store after Fed Ex told me my project would be a minimum of $90 but they didn’t have the ability to complete the job. Within 10 minutes my copies were enlarged to scale for $2.89. Many thanks to Stephanie. Not only was she competent but also very polite and pleasant to deal with. I’ll go back again with any of my business needs.

Staples is cool. You could make a single trip to Staples and include everything you would require to start and run a business, in one carload. Seriously, I think they have the best laptop/pc prices anywhere not online. Customer service is almost always S-L-O-W...

Stephanie and Javier are the rudest people Ive had to deal with in a long time. Javier claimed they didnt offer the business printing services I asked for, after showing him the sample Steph gave to me he raised his voice and claimed they didnt offer it at this location but to come back when Steph was working. I come back the next day only to have Steph tell me they do offer the services but that my mother and I had stolen the sample she gave to me.Even after this, I make an attempt to still buy business cards, only to have her refuse to help me, claim that I must order online and that I could not send/give her the necessary file to print my business cards.Im a small business owner and dont have time to deal with people who dont want to be cooperative and refuse to work. Id give this place 0 stars if I could, never coming back.FedEx or Copy Corner are far much better options with much better pricing in Napa.

Staples stole or lost my sons 3D printer when we dropped it off to be shipped. They would not give us a receipt when asked. When we noticed it was not shipped we went in or called 9 times. The assistant manager knows us because we purchased so much stuff from them. He remembers us dropping it off. We needed a statement that we dropped it off so we could use our insurance. He wanted to but Staples bullied him and threaten him--if he did it he would be fired-- crazy story but true. After calling corporate and they said it put them in an unfavorable position. What about my son 15 years old and saved for a year. They force their employees to lie and will not do the right thing. What does this teach my son. Do not shop at Staples

Bought a computer Sunday. Its Wednesday night and my new set up is not complete and Ive been back two more times in between. No communication. Miscommunication. Even after taking to the manager directly and him personally working on it to expedite ( they tried to tell me they were to busy ) and calling me to tell me its ready - its not. No one here knows whats going on here. I regret purchasing here. Save yourself a headache.
