Is very happy about the work done by Naperville Automotive Solutions. The catalytic converter of my wifes car made some abnormal sound. Talked with Jeff last week, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Today, I brought the car in. Less than 30 minutes, the issue was fixed. They are very honest and the charge is reasonable. In short I finally found MY favorite auto shop of all. I rarely review anything, but if youre looking for HONEST and professional mechanics it will be a great choice. These guys are the most professional mechanics Ive ever seen. They talk with you on the level of your knowledge (and have no problem going into technical details if you ask!) and are SHOWING you whats wrong whats (and why!) needs fixing. Not to mention the atmosphere when you walk in - you can see this is a place where people are friends themselves.Maybe the outside of the shop doesnt look fancy but if you look whats in the garage you can clearly see money goes towards improving their toolset and expertise. The level of service offered is top notch. I will definitely come back.

Thanks for the TLC on this almost 20 year old TBird! Had a problem with an erratic fuel gauge and a oil leak which required the valve gaskets to be replaced. I went to a couple auto repair shops prior to visiting Naperville automotive solutions. The previous shops would tell me to get things fixed that didn’t need them, whereas Naperville automotive would be honest with you and call you and tell you if you truly needed it fixed or not. Which is very great, because they could just repair it and pocket the extra cash, but they didn’t do that. I’m going to continue to use this shop as my “go to” for auto repair as long as own a vehicle.

This shop is very honest and what is even better is that they take pride in their work. I live in Chicago and drive 50 minutes away to come see Jeff and Billy because they definitely know what they are doing. I dealt with a few shops near midway airport and had to go back multiple times because repairs weren’t completed correctly. I had some service done for my Lexus GX470 at Naperville Automotive Solutions. First off Billy was great with explaining what needed to be done with my car and how much the repairs would cost me. I was blown away with the service I received. I had the Water pump & timing belt & the Radiator /thermostat replaced. Billy & his team did such an amazing Job not only was the service great their prices was very reasonable . If I had taken my car back to the dealership it would have cost me at least another $1,000 more to fix. I also loved the fact that they show you the old parts from your car which lets me know that the work was actually done. I have lived in the area for 13+ years. This is one of the most honest auto shops Ive encountered. If you want honest work done well, for Geoff to advise you what has to be done and what can wait, without all of the bells and whistles in the waiting area, to get your car fixed at a very reasonable price, then this is your place. It seems counter-intuitive, but I am almost not wanting to rave about this place because I know once you start bringing in your cars, it will be too busy for me to bring mine - this place is that good.

We brought our sons car in for an oil leak. Its an older car and we also wanted to be sure everything was working right and the car was safe. Geoff was great! Had my 14 charger 5.7 v8 oil changed a few months back and recommended my girl to come here as well for her oil change on a 14 Buick encore. Both times the staff is exceptional. THIS PLACE IS WELL OVER A 5 STAR REVIEW! Dont take your car anywhere else. This review is long over due, but with all of the problems we had this our car from other places we had to drive it for a while to be sure something else was not going to pop up wrong.I can literally write a book with the problems we have had from other shops and the damage they caused to our car due to being incompetent to fixing the problems but instead causing much bigger problems and scamming us along the way. We have a brand new car under the hood from engine, power steering rack to hoses and everything in between because of what other places caused. I found Naperville Automotive Solutions online and read all of their great reviews and decided to go with them. I can honestly say the owner, Jeff, really cares about his customers. Most places in this industry are just on to the next job. Jeff and his team are not like that. He made sure I knew everything wrong with the car before doing anything more. He took pictures of the damage so that I was able to see for myself and explained everything along the way and worked with me on pricing. Most places dont care what another place did, but he did. His prices are fair, the timing of getting all of this work done was fast and customer service was above and beyond. I will NEVER take any vehicle I ever own anywhere else again. This is a trustworthy place. Give them a try you wont regret it!

First time coming here but based on reviews and research I did ahead of time I felt comfortable trying Geoff and his team. I brought my vehicle in at 8:30am and he was able to diagnose and fix a couple of problems the same day (which was important for my schedule). He was honest and gave me his opinion on things along with saved the old parts to show me (building trust). He also took the time to explain things to me to educate me a bit more. The lowest quote (among high rated shops), and a good repair job done. I had some major post 100k miles repairs on my sedan. They gave me a 24 month/24k miles warranty for all the work they did. I definitely recommend these folks. Ask for Geoff. I wish they were open at least on one day on weekends!

I will certainly come back. They identified a recall for my car, before the recall was even issued by Jeep, saving me ~$500. When the time comes, and I do need a repair, I will request Naperville Automotive Solutions. They also did a great job at explaining exactly what was wrong with my car!

Originally I posted a strong review because it seemed like they did a good job at a fair price. This was my experience:1) had about $1500 of work done including replacing front axle, fixing leak, spark plugs and oil change. They told me my car would have smoke coming out of hood for awhile until grease and oil that they could not clean out burned off. It turned out oil change was the problem, and my car lost all its oil, causing me to drive it until it shut down.2) They blamed the problem on a faulty oil cap, and charged me for a new one. They claimed oil was flying out the top because I had a faulty cap. But there was no indication oil was coming out the top when I refilled all the oil that was lost, and I have never had this problem ever before over many years of having my oil changed at another shop.3) My car died just 100 miles later, and I blame them for killing my car. I have no proof because transmission can go at any time, but driving on no oil until car shut down could not have helped.4) when I went to pick up my car after they said transmission problems were too expensive to repair, and they were not equipped for that, I could not even open my car because the battery was dead. Thankfully I got there before the shop closed at 5 or 6. They said I must have a problem with an old battery, and at least jumped my car. But it turns out they turned on the headlights and left them on, even though there was no reason to turn them from Auto to On.The guys are nice, but unfortunately incompetent. I will never take my new car here for repair.

I had the best experience with Naperville Automotive Solutions today. Im a student at a local college and when I was asking where to take my car for service, a professor swore by the quality of service and reasonable prices here. I had to call and reschedule my original appointment and Geoff was patient even though they were really busy. He found time to fit me in and got me in and out in no time. Although the service I required was very straightforward, I witnessed other customers come in and Geoff explained more complicated problems in understandable terms. It was clear that they have a loyal following who trusts the service they provide for a reasonable price. Their online platform allows you to see when you should bring your car in next for regular tune-ups and what services will need to be performed. As long as Im in the area, Ill be going here!

This is a great find. Geoff seems to pay close attention to his business. My work was done on time, and the price seemed reasonable. He explained everything they needed to do and I passed the emissions with no problem. They did not try to sell me everything else my old truck needs either, that was appreciated, but Im confident he would let me know if there was a serious problem. My only concern is that now everyone will be rushing over to Automotive Solutions....Ill just have to wait longer.

I finally found a automobile repair shop that has friendly reliable service. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and friendly the work was excellent and very reasonably priced. I have a 2007 Chrysler, I went down a steep dip following railroad tracks. I heard a loud click under my wheel well. I didnt think anything of it but to my surprise when I made a left turn my car didnt not respond to the amount I was turning the wheel. I hit a high curb and went partially on top of the curb I steered the car off the curb and came down hard on my rear wheel. I damaged the front left rim and broke a steering rod which only gave me partial steering and also blew out my rear tire. I brought it in Automotive Solutions and not only fixed my car but was able to save me money on the Rim. They gave me the option of what a rim would cost from a dealer and one they could obtain used. They fixed the problem and got me a good deal on the rim. I will always use this service. If have you have any automobile problems believe me this is where to go.. Im sure you will be very satisfied.

Dropped in for a quick oil change and tire rotate on my Hyundai. I came in because of the reviews on Google Maps. They were all true. I ended up talking with Geoff for 2 hours because he is such a great guy. He really takes the time to make you feel comfortable with what he is doing. I highly recommend.

I brought my F150 here for regular oil service, tire rotation, and based on my mileage, what I presumed would be new brakes. I scheduled an appointment. They took me on time and were through in an hour. They inspected my brakes and let me know they had plenty of life left so mo need for service. These guys are great!

Geoff is the man! I hit a curb with my little corolla and needed a control arm and ball joint. Geoff was great at communicating the issues and even showed me my old parts to confirm the damage. He repaired it and it has been fine ever since. I will be back if need be for other repairs.

I had a great experience at Naperville Automotive Solutions! I had taken my car to Goodyear on Ogden in Naperville for a simple oil change and to replace a blown out tire and to my surprise they told me I needed new ball joints and upper and lower arms on the ball joints also needed to be replaced. They quoted me at $1100. I called Geoff, from Naperville Automotive Solutions, and he gave me a quote of $678, plus a $50 rebate on the parts! Geoff found that my tie rods were also cracked and called me to see if I wanted to replace them before he did any work. I agreed and my final out the door price was $811, still under my original quote without the additional repair.Geoff got this huge repair done in 1 day! He called me as soon as it was finished and walked me through exactly what he did. He even showed me some of the worn out parts that were on my car that he replaced. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Naperville Automotive Solutions to anyone who has a repair needed! Geoff will give you a fair, honest price and finish the work in a timely manner!

I took my 2011 Honda Pilot to Naperville Automotive Solutions to check the brakes and suspension after getting an estimate from the dealership, and another shop. The dealership told us that the shocks and brake pads in the front and rear needed to be replaced. The other shop we took the vehicle too said the same thing. We had heard about Naperville Automotive Solutions from a family friend and decided to give them a try. We were thrilled by the quote and how honest they were about not needing any work done to the front brakes or suspension. The repair was less then half of what the dealership and the other shop quoted, and our car was repaired by the next business day. After that experience we will always take our vehicles to Naperville Automotive Solutions.

Recently took my car in because the dealership told me I needed an expensive head-gasket replacement. I went to Naperville Automotive Solutions based on recommendations from friends who said they were very skilled and trustworthy. They did not find an oil leak at the head gasket, but did find another leak in the transmission lines which the dealership had overlooked, which was much less expensive to repair. I was extremely pleased with their service, communication and the ease of making appointments.

Geoff at naperville automotive solutions is awesome and is the only mechanic I trust. Being a customer that used to go to the dealership for repairs I can attest that their repairs are just as good and a whole lot more affordable. I highly recommend taking your car there.

Midas said I needed new brakes and quoted me a high price so I thought Id hold off. I was in Naperville and had some time to kill so I decided to go over to Naperville automotive solutions and get my brakes taken care of. They took my wheels off and let me know that I did not need new brakes. That I could actually go about another 20k miles before I would need them. They could have easily told me that yes Midas was right and took my money. They were honest and I truly appreciate it. They also won me over. Car will be getting all work done here

GF recommended me this place. I went there for my brakes and this place is VERY honest. I went to Midas first for the same brake service and Midas quoted me $1600 and told me I needed to replace front pads, rotors and calipers. I brought my car to Geoff and they quickly checked my car and told me all i needed was replace pads and rotors. They totally charged me $450 for two front brakes, much better and honest than Naperville Midas.

Geoff, you are the true angel! With that being said, I could have got robbed by dealer or other branded car repair shop, had I not checked with Geoff.. I have had stiff power steering and got estimation from dealer and another branded car repair shop, I checked with Geoff and surprise, surprise!! Geoff gave me 1/5th cost estimation than them and power steering is back to normal after repair.Like other reviews, Geoff give fair and honest price/suggestion and all repairs backed with good warranty. I think I know the place to go whenever I need car repair to simple job. Ive already recommended my colleagues and friends to check with Geoff before going to somewhere else!!

One of a kind Automotive Shop. Job took less time than the book said so they charged me less! When is the last time something like that has happened? When you leave there, you dont have that nagging feeling that youve just been ripped off. Honest and competent mechanics. Highly recommend. My only recommendation is that they move closer to my house!

I want to point out that I am not being paid to writer this or prompted in any way. I just like to point out good service when I get it. I am also not related to anyone or dating anyone that works for Naperville Automotive Solutions or related businesses. Jeff and the boys do a great job at Naperville Auto Solutions. They have a very no nonsense approach to thier garage. They will tell u what is wrong with the car and it is actually what is wrong with the car. They wont tell u that u need x, y and z, in addition to what u brought the car in for in the first place. No. They r not that kind of auto repair place. They will show u the parts. My uncle always told me to ask to see the parts and ask for them. With these guys, I dont have to ask, the ask me. I like that. U can trust a shop that has that kind of transparency. The other thing is a woman, I have never been treated poorly by these guys. U know how mechanics usually treat us like we dont have a clue and just talk over us. Not at this place. They actually listen. No one has ever mansplained to me. Its really very refreshing. Because I know a little bit about cars (not everything, but enough to get me in trouble). So when other mechanic talk down to me, I just hate it. Jeff and the boys dont. One thing I do have to say is it is a garage. U are not going to walk into a Starbucks or Macys when u come in to Naperville Auto Solutions. Its a garage. Its a clean garage, but a garage never the less. I think that is part of its charm. They have competitive prices too. One thing I do have a little issue is the hours. They have banks hours and they dont work on weekends. Which is tough for me with my schedule. But I get it. They r a quality facility. Jeff has to take care of his people, so they continue to do quality work. I respect that as a fellow business owner. Which is why I work my schedule around their schedule so I can get my car done correctly the first time. U can go somewhere else and get your car done and pay a lot of money and still have problems. Or you can just bring it to Jeff and the boys and get it done right the first time. Your choice.
