I just love stopping by when I see a Home Goods! I know I will find some unique item that I wont see anywhere else. They always have a large selection of new merchandise. This time I purchased a beautiful tree topper and adorable ornaments.

I like this store but the customers in this store are a nightmare. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. They always have fabulous finds right at the entry. Just be ready to dodge a bunch of self absorbed soccer moms who are completely unaware of their surroundings.

HomeGoods, I really like going there. You can find some nice decorative items for you home or office. I went with my 2 daughters, they bought some nice useful items from pots, pans to bends for the kids dirty clothes. Lots of spring colors are out too! Check them out there will be something you will want to take home and display proudly!

I hadnt been here in well over a year. So, with my new home I decided to go through & shop for a few things. Well, Im in love with this place again. Stop in to see if you can find something great to add to your home.

Very nice and huge store!! So many great buys!!! Employees were so so, half I interacted with were rude like I was bothering them asking questions, others were friendly and happy to help. Cashier was slow and rude but door greeter was great!!! I would still recommend maybe improve employees customer service skills

This is one of the better HomeGoods to go to. Theyre more organized and staff do a good job grouping things together so you can get ideas while you shop.

This Homegoods has more merchandise than most because of the heavy foot traffic and the prime location. They workers are always nice but can be short with you. The store is always pretty clean but the bathrooms could be worked on.

My wife made a return and received store credit. We didnt find anything we wanted today, but we did leave my wifes keys in the store. I returned later in the day to pick them up. They made it as easy as anyone could have asked for.

Although this is a nice location the customer service is not the best! Jeri a cashier, not only was she rude she was not paying attention then blame us! However the manager Mary was more than nice, and apologetic.

The store has a little something for every part of the home. Most of the wall art and furniture has changed from my visit last week which was a pleasant suprise. They have a lot to offer at good price points.

I end up buying my mom all kinds of unique sweets, coffees and coffee flavorings from here. The latest are chocolate covered oreos and cookie dough flavor coffee syrup.

Best store to go to whenever wanna add decor or stuff to my home for decor. i literally want to buy everything when in there! went there yesterday for some halloween/fall decor. they have a decent amount of inside decor but was expecting way more little knick nacks like they usually have.

Love! love! Love! This location has the best products and they never disappoint me!! The times are all kept very neat and yes at times it gets messy but that’s not their fault!! Two amazing girls helped me carry my table out I think there names were Peyton and Jess! The staff is amazing and so very friendly!

I am in love with this HomeGoods. They have so many things I couldve stayed forever if my husband wasnt with me and they werent about to close. We got a solid wood side table/ladder thats serving me extremely well.

This is one of my favorite stores ever! We found what were looking for and of course more than we were looking for. In and out in no time. We left with the wonderful curtain rod and some really great Vera Wang curtains. I love that store.

Such an amazing store with great displays and awesome merchandise. Employees are always so helpful and willing to help you put together merchandise for those of us who do not have the knack. I also love all of the seasonal merchandise and always receive compliments on my decor. They also have super speedy checkout lines too which always help if your in a hurry. Always a great place to stop and shop.

Best home goods around. Always has the best variety and great finds. However prices are a little higher than other home goods. Naperville location tends to have more furniture and rugs. The second best is Northbrook, third would have to be downtown.

I Stop by often to find art that typically won’t come back around again. They get new stuff in all week long, so If you frequent the store periodically you can find some really nice things for your home. The staff here is always very polite & helpful. They will even bring things out to the car for you, especially larger items. One of the staff members even helped me tie something down in the back of my pickup. This location seems to have a good selection of bedroom furniture, living room/family room nicknacks, mirrors, plants 🌲 🌳 and things to put on tables or display.

I come here quite often and love the things I have found here but the last time I was here I saw a cute candle at the register waiting to be put were it was suppose to go I picked it to see how much it cost and a worker snatched it out of my hands.I felt so disrespected and will not likely come here again.

Do not buy any sort of large furniture here that needs to be moved! Purchased a TV stand this morning and when I returned to pick it up, I was told they had people who would be able to bring it up front despite the fact I offered to have a few friends help. They proceeded to drop the furniture piece in the back of the store - making a large crashing sound - as they were moving it. If that was the end of it, I would have understood. Mistakes happen. However, they then played dumb and initially tried telling me that the hole in the back of the stand must have been there despite me thoroughly inspecting it with them present an hour earlier. When I insisted to talk to the manager, who was watching the entire situation from afar, he hesitantly came over and then half admitted that something must have happened. Really?! I was lied to and there was no sort of accountability on anybody’s part for what happened. In fact, they made it seem like I was inconveniencing them. Brutally poor customer service all around and will not be returning!

I love the selction and items. However, the shelves are just piled on. It is really hard to access seasonal items, it is like playing a game of jenga. The other items are as hard to access.

Im OBSESSED with Homegoods! Its by far my favorite store and the Naperville location is definitely the best one Ive ever been to. Its pretty big and they always have a great selection. Theyre great to offer discounts if you see a product that has a minor ding or a scratch too - score!

We shop semi regularly at the various HomeGoods stores in the area and this particular store was a big let down. The aisles were very cluttered and disorganized with lots of broken items on the shelves and boxes on the floor so much so we kept asking each other if we were in the clearance section. Dont waste your time at this location.
