Studio 41 was extremely helpful in bringing our vision to life and sourcing what we needed for our two-bathroom remodel. It was wonderful to browse everything in the store. We received top notch service throughout - design, putting our order together, and delivering our products.

Trying online to find a bathtub and finding many places out of stock was a nightmare. Kohler suggested Studio41 and I couldnt be more happier. Glen sent me photos, specs and spent a lot of time on the phone answering questions to help me choose the tub I had been hunting for. His customer service was excellent.

I received excellent help at the Kohler store. I was not sure quite what I was looking for and have never remodeled a bathroom. Yomi provided excellent service and reviewed various options for me. I will definitely return for a future project.

May I help you? were words I never heard while browsing in this store. I have never written a review, but could not get past the horrible customer service I experienced today. I was excited at all the options when I entered the store and was planning to use this business for 4 bathrooms I am currently remodeling. However, when I went today to pick up a fixture I ordered over the phone yesterday absolutely NO ONE spoke to me when I was in the store. There were no other customers and only mask-less employees (despite the Masks required regardless of vaccination status sign on the front door). I literally had to call the store to be helped. It is ridiculous that I was standing at the store and had to call them in order to speak to an employee a few feet away! Anyway, over the phone Katherine told me my order wasnt ready despite her telling me it would be since I ordered before noon the previous day. However, after not receiving a confirmation email, I called later around 4pm to see if there was a problem and she told me that she had not sent the confirmation email, but she would and Id be able to pick up my fixture at 2pm the following day (today). It seems she placed my order only after I called the 2nd time and because of this delay in action, she missed the next day shipping deadline and me and my contractor were at a standstill.I can accept that people make mistakes even though this one was costly as it caused a delay in construction, but I absolutely cannot accept poor treatment. Needless to say I canceled my order. There are too many other businesses to support that dont have issues with actually helping customers when they visit their establishment. Also, this stores blatant disregard for public health is shocking.

The location out in Naperville has a fantastic selection of fixtures, with all different styles available. They have everything you could possibly imagine for kitchens and baths at all different price levels. Glen is a particularly knowledgeable designer, who really took the time to point out all kinds of important details to us. He will listen to your plan and then he will help you save a lot of money and get exactly what you want, when you want it. I can not give a better review. These guys are the best!

Jenn Brockman helped us design our master bath remodel and did a fantastic job. She was patient and really helped us think through our choices while helping us meticulously consider every detail. Were super thrilled with how our bathroom came out. We couldnt have done it without Jenn!

The Kohler quality, stock, and cost inch out the best build sites and competitors with the added benefit of brick and mortar services. Glen is a great guy and he has also executed multiple projects over the years. I would not change vendors due to his all around experience, knowledge and ability to deliver.

Working with Glen on my remodel from afar was amazingly easy. He assisted with every step of the way, listened closely and made the entire process so easy. Studio41 delivered the items right to my unit for the contractor. When we had a few items we didnt end up using, returns was also a breeze. I cant thank Glen enough for his professionalism and assistance on my project!

The Kohler Signature Store in Naperville should be your one stop shop for every plumbing fixture in your new home or renovation project. As an architect, I have specified Kohler for over 40 years in all of my residential projects (including my own house). Store manager Melissa Curtis is awesome and has consistently provided great pricing and customer service!

My experience with Melissa from the Naperville store was beyond spectacular! She is super knowledgeable, extremely helpful, fast and efficient. She responds within minutes to any and all questions ..... and believe me when I say that I had a ton of questions! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars, because I would give her 1,000,0000 stars! I am so excited about my new bathroom shower fixtures. My incredible Kohler experience is all because of Melissa! Would not recommend this store. ZERO customer service. Kathy literally locked the doors in front of our face 1 hour and 3 minutes before the posted closing time (on a Wednesday). I called the phone number on the door, she answered, and confirmed that she herself just locked the doors and was OK to complaint to headquarters or whomever we may want. I drove 30+ minutes to spend $1000+ at their store and they refused to service their customers.Please avoid this store and make them understand that the customers are the ones that bring them profit.

I had a really bad customer service experience at this store. The store was referred to us by our designer. We needed a bathtub ASAP, I called and talked to a nice gentleman that offered us an option for good price. He mentioned that the product is in stock. I took my wife and decided to drive to their location and pick up the bathtub and shop for some more stuff for a bathroom remodeling. We were supposed to meet our designer at their location. First impression when I stepped in the store is like nobody cares about you . The lady that I approached told us that they don’t have nothing in stock and if we want to look at the model we should go next door and look at the display, come back and order. We followed her advice and entered their showroom next door. Next door zero customer service. Two persons (salesman) in the front totally ignoring and after I approached someone that had not too much idea of what we are looking for we got some help. And she told us that they close in 10 minutes at 5 pm (posted hours on the door 6pm). That moment I understood why they don’t care about customers because it’s almost time to go home!!! We rushed very quick to the main store to put the order in and got the door locked 1h 3 minutes before the posted closing time. My wife called the number from the door but got a rude answer from Kathy that didn’t even apologize or explained the closing time miss information and clearly told my wife that she doesn’t care about reviews and complaints. At the end we stood like three idiots in front of their store trying to bring them money. I still had to place the order on phone next day because that was the only option to get the product that we need in time and not let our contractor down. My advice is to pass this store because they don’t care about their customers at all. Zero zero zero Customer Service

Katherine Kruzel was so helpful in this COVID time, we purchased a toilet at the outlet separately that we were going to pick up, we went to Katherine to discuss and purchase a tub. Katherine was able to locate a bath tub for us, everything was a several month wait and she found exactly the right tub to meet our needs and we will have it within a couple of weeks, when she found out we were picking up our toilet she kindly added it to the tub delivery. Katherine stayed in touch the entire time, including her day off! I will continue to work with her for my home needs in the future, it’s hard to find people that really care!

My husband and I saw the black and white iron farm sink that stands on legs on display in this store. I knew as soon as I saw it this was what I was looking for our kitchen remodel.We bought an old farmhouse and we want to keep the integrity of the home. In other words, make it look old, but it’s really new!Anyway, I called the store and spoke to Missy on the phone to order the sink, the legs I picked out for the sink and the faucet.Missy could not have been nicer and even gave me a great price for all of it.After it was delivered to our house she even called me to make sure there were no problems.So it was a very good and efficient experience.I would highly recommend shopping there if you like Kohler products.

I recently happened into the Kohler store (on Rt. 59 in Aurora/Naperville, IL) without expectations or much of a plan. Just a small budget. I was greeted by the Manager, Melissa Curtis. She was very patient, with me, and seemed to go out of her way to make this a pleasant experience. She was extremely gracious and professional throughout the process. That kind of attention and service, in todays customer service climate, was totally appreciated! Although she did manage to help me blow my budget out of the water (by way of a new Kohler faucet and tub (pun intended) on top of my loosely planned items). Worth every additional penny!

The Kohler Studio 41 showroom and outlet in Naperville are quite impressive. We love Kohler products. Yet, after our recent experience, one wonders how this store can stay in business.The one thing successful businesses have in common is having a strong customer focus. Unfortunately, many companies lose sight of those who matter most: their customers.We experienced not only a sufficient lack of product knowledge and design expertise but also the inability to put the customer first. We received nebulous responses (especially concerning when orders were to be delivered, if ever).Initially, we sought information on our bathroom remodel which was addressed succinctly by the salesman. Therefore, we set an appointment to talk further about all the details before we ordered. On that day, we were perplexed to learn that he had apparently forgotten about the appointment and was instead helping others. After waiting patiently for him to finish, we had an unproductive meeting which was continually interrupted by phones ringing and other customers with concerns.No wonder the salesman was noticeably stressed and befuddled since the showroom had been understaffed to just two people on a Saturday afternoon. After another unproductive meeting, the salesman redirected us to the outlet which also proved to be a waste of our time. Although he promised to provide further information to us the next week, that never materialized.As a result of this debacle, we have decided to take our business and go elsewhere—never to return to Kohler Studio 41 in Naperville.

I purchased shower doors from studio 41 and used there installers, I paid a premium for there install and it was horrible. The installers had to come out multiple times and it still isn’t installed properly.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE THEY WONT STAND BEHIND THERE INSTALLERS 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 MY NEXT STEP IS LEGAL ACTION

I purchased a kitchen faucet from Studio 41 (Katherine) and when it was installed by a plumber (whom I was very dissatisfied with) it was defective. I brought it back to Katherine and she not only quickly got a new faucet for me but also gave me the name of a great plumber who came out and installed the new faucet quickly. I will be using both Katherine and the plumber on my next Kohler purchase.

I never actually made it into the store, because I had a good idea of what I wanted before hand. I wanted the Farmstead sink for our new kitchen. I called the store and spoke with Melissa C. who was extremely helpful. She made the ordering process and selecting the faucet and drain accessories very easy. She was prompt in communicating any updates and the status of when the product arrived. If the customer service over the phone is this excellent, then I would love to see how they do in store. When it comes time to update the bathroom, I will definitely go with this store. It makes a big difference when people actually listen to your needs and work with you to get what you want, rather than just trying to push product. The sink was more pricey than I would normally spend, but Im expecting this kitchen to last the rest of my life and wanted a quality product. I will update this review with photos and write a review of the actual sink, once it has been installed and used for a bit.

I have top of the line Kohler Plumbing fixtures installed in my home built in 1974. Information to replace some parts was difficult for me to find on items needed. One simple call to Melissa Curtis was all it took. I sent her photos of the bathroom sink and the parts are on the way to me.

The team here is absolutely top notch! After months of looking around and trying to put a bathroom remodel together we felt lost and a bit confused until we made an appointment and meet with the team at Kohler Signature Store. Highly recommend working with Katherine Kruzel at the KOHLER store. Although our master shower and bath updates were not a huge project, Katherine always gave us excellent service, followup and overall support we needed. She will promptly answer your concerns and is a problem solver! But most importantly, all we had to do was pick out the hardware, tub, etc and she made sure that every other piece needed was included in our order. Order came as promised! She is very knowledgeable and shares her professional expertise!

We could not be happier with the service we received from the Kohler Signature Store and, especially, Melissa. Our kitchen sink fixture finally started having problems after 7 years and Kohler first sent a replacement screw free of charge. When that did not work they sent a new handle and another screw again free of charge. They fully and completely honored their warranty with no questions asked and awesome customer service. Thanks.

So I have been getting Kohler products for most of the jobs that i install for as I was thinking that Kohler would stand behind there products. Recently I personally had a toilet that I had installed in my own home. it’s been installed for about two years and a while back I noticed a hair line crack in the bowl however I called Kohler and they said basically not covered in less you seen it when you buy it. I will not be Recommending Kohler to personal that clients anymore

I just called to get information on a vanity sink for my bathroom remodel. Missy from Naperville Kohler answered and was extremely rude. She told me to look online. When I asked which sink she recommends/popular sink she said the Caxton. I asked for the price and she said she would have to email it. Then she proceeds to ask me for my address and other information. I don’t understand why you need all my personal information to give me a price and why an email for a quote isn’t enough. I told her I have gotten quotes from here before and email was always sufficient. While she was entering my information, I quickly checked on the computer and noticed it’s round in the pictures when I had asked for a rectangle. She laughed and rudely said with an attitude “ it comes in rectangle too.” So unprofessional and unhelpful. This is your job to help people and guide them in their remodel, not be rude. Highly disappointed in how Missy treated me and will now have to go elsewhere to look vs my local store. Missy, you should probably not be working in customer service if you can’t be nice.

I own an interior design firm and it has been an absolute pleasure working with Katherine Kruzel for years. She is indispensable to me and our clients!!! Katherine listens carefully to our clients and finds just the pieces they need that fit within their budget. She has amazing project management skills. Shes incredibly organized. She stays on top of each and every order down to the littlest part and makes sure they all arrive. She has great technical knowledge of the plumbing products and helps our plumbers with solutions to problems they encounter. Katherine is kind, conscientious and delightful to work with. She becomes a valuable part of our team each time we remodel an entire home because we many times work with her for months or years at a time. We honestly could not complete our projects without her expertise and help!!!

We needed a toilet as a factory replacement. Melissa checked in on the availability of a certain toilet and had it delivered to the store so I could pick it up. Kathy took it off the truck, checked it in, then helped me load it in the car, painless!!

The showroom is beautiful and the staff were very helpful. In remodeling our master bath we used all Kohler products and Melissa Curtis was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made the process so much easier! We will definitely refer others and shop their again for future needs.

We walked in off the street without an appointment and Jennifer was able to help us make some quick decisions and purchases to keep our project on schedule. Katherine was very helpful in helping us order supplies for a full overhaul of 3 bathrooms in our home. But seriously, any store can do that. The reason for the 5 star rating is the customer service and communication that she and her coworkers offered after things did not work out as planned. We had an issue with a shower valve and a couple accessories. Katherine returned calls on JULY 4TH to make sure that the situation was getting figured out in time for us to move! Not only that, she offered expert advice on the parts and saved us weeks of something having to be redone. The remodel was a difficult experience, but Kohler Signature Store helped out and did not abandon us when the cards were down. Recommended!

Rte 59 Suite 180 in Naperville IL, provided us with outstanding design and service when re-designing our upstairs master and hall bathrooms. She improved beauty and functionality of our bathrooms as well as adding safety features. Katherine came to the house several times to help select colors and tile choices and confirm construction following design. Katherine was always available for questions or follow-ups on orders. She worked very well with our project contractor.

I did a remodel of my bathroom in Oct/Nov 2019. My preparing for the remodel was very stressful (first time ever for a complete remodel)!! During the month of September I was visiting numerous stores as well as Kohler (Naperville) just for the purpose of looking around and subsequent make decisions! After a couple of visits at Kohler I met YOMI🙂 She asked if I needed assistance, I let her know what was going on & how it was my first doing a complete remodel!Yomi walked me around and of course much was to my liking!! Despite this, I just looked but then went back two more times, also talking to Yomi. Yomi let me know she could put a plan together for me just for me to review! Within a day or two Yomi submitted to me a financial plan (actually 2 different plans). Time was of essence!! After Numerous revisements I chose to work with Yomi. There was no pressure on her part for me to purchase via Kohler! She just worked with me continually to my satisfaction which spoke volumes!! My decision was made! The end result Yomi was a Pleasure and Blessing to work with😇 She represented herself as a true professional & one that cared genuinely about what my desires were & what I wanted based on my financial needs!!! There are no weak links in this staff at Kohler/Studio 41 Showroom in Naperville. I began working with them prior to their move from Burr Ridge. To tell you I am pleased with their customer service and the professionalism they afforded me is second to none. With their help and knowledge of the industry I was able to remodel/redesign four bathrooms plus a large kitchen. This was completed, not only in a short time but with the latest and most innovative products the industry offers. Im looking forward to my next remodeling project which will startat Kohler/Studio 41in Naperville. Again, there are no weak links in this staff. They are reliable, consistent and innovative. My sincere gratitude to Sr. Designer Jenn Brockman, the lead on all my projects, who never let me down, no matter how complicated my issue was or had become! The Kohler Design Team has been a great experience. We began with the Online Corporate Design Team which paired us with Erin LaRose and she asked great questions and gave us two beautiful designs that not only gave us everything we could have dreamed of but also evolved in record pace - we gave her a nearly impossible deadline to achieve our dream Master Bath. We were able to take her design to a Design Expert at the Naperville Store. We were paired with Senior Designer Jennifer Brockman who pulled all of our samples and didn’t hesitate to work with us as we explored cost saving possibilities that would help us love our finished product even more. We explored durability and feasibility and never compromised the overall look of the design - in fact we built upon it all while trimming the cost. Again, we had a nearly impossible deadline expectation and our dream bathroom was never postponed or hindered. The Kohler Team worked together so well as a team. Corporate, local, customer, and contractor were all working hard to achieve the same goal. We really appreciate the care and attention to detail that has been felt throughout the process.
