Normally, I would give them 5 stars until I went today in the middle of Memorial Day weekend to pickup my mascara and they had a paper sign in the window saying “back at 3:35pm”. I assume that they were not staffed to cover breaks? Super disappointing.

Ve been in the store three times. Im always greeted quickly, which would be very strange if not bc Ive never seen more than one other customer than me. Blue Mercury Naperville is by far is my favorite place to shop for higher end skin care and makeup! We drive 45 minutes to the Naperville location because Marissa is worth it. She is so knowledgeable and helpful regarding the many lines to choose from and I truly feel she shares what would be best for your skin. Marissa makes me feel like I am shopping with a life-long friend. When I was super sick a few weeks ago, she even wrote me a get well card that I knew was from the heart and it meant so much! I had an appointment with Veronica last week and my facial was absolutely amazing!! I loved everything about this place from the atmosphere to the service I received. I received such a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door. I will definitely be back for more services and I will tell my friends and family about how wonderful Veronica is.
