Fantastic car wash for the price. They clean and vacuum inside even on the lowest tier. Pre-power wash was so detailed, Im sure my car was clean before passing through!

One of the best Jiffy Lubes Ive ever visited. Oil change got done in no time. Cashier could have been more polite except for that everything else was great.

Never a long wait and friendly, helpful service makes this place a gem on South 59. Ive gone in on weekends, weekdays, day or evening - always a smile and theyve got me back on the road quickly. Great service.

Didnt have the part I needed but the customer service was fantastic and gave me another location nearby that had the part I needed.

Got there 10 minutes before closing and was allowed to enter for the oil change. The personnel are well trained and courteous. The waiting area is clean and well maintained. Pricing is competitive with other similar businesses Ive used.

Got the oil changed few weeks back and the car is already indicating 15% remaining life of the oil. Car has only 42,000 miles on it and is driven less than 12 miles a day while it was hardly driven in April due to covid-19. Not sure what quality oil they used?With so many bad reviews in last 6 months and my own experience, I dont feel confident going back to this particular Jiffy lube location even though they’re next door. Sad how they mess their own businesses up for short term gains.

They never even changed my oil filter on a basic oil change. I know this because I went to the same place in Sycamore before AND after this Jiffy Lube. The guys in Sycamore confirmed it was the original filter they put on. I rarely leave bad reviews because I try and see the good in people but this is just careless and should never happen.I’m really disappointed with the service I received here at Jiffy Lube. Other than not changing my filter at all, it really seemed like they didn’t have a clue in what they were doing and it took them FOREVER, to do something as basic as change the oil and not the filter. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT visit this Jiffy Lube.

The staff was really nice. It was quick process. The only thing that bothered me was they took my air filter out without even asking me. I simply asked for an oil change. If I wanted them to change my air filter, I would of stated that in the beginning along with the service I asked for. I understand about up-selling, but please. Offer the request before actually taking the part out of people’s cars.

The technicians were great. At 5:50pm Saturday June 8, I entered the shop with a leak in my tire. I was informed Jiffy Lube does repair tires but the team took the time to put my spare on. The guys also took time out to mark the damaged spot on my main tire and suggested a business for the tire repair. I want to say thank you for your assistance.

Trusting that I was getting quality work, I was very disappointed. As soon as I pulled away the low tire pressure light went on. That wasn’t checked! Then my engine light appears minutes later. I bring it back and they proceeded to tell me some complex issue that is unrelated to just having my oil changed minutes ago. What a coincidence! Not pleased with this service. Go some place else!

Quick place for an oil change. When I dont have time to change your own oil this is my go to. The service is quick and correct. The staff is polite and the waiting area is comfortable enough for the little time youll spend in it.

This garage is amazing and helped my family in a bind. We were stuck in Chicago in a Sunday with four hours left in a long road trip. We were due to be at our final destination for a serious medical procedure for my son and suddenly our van was giving us trouble. These men went so above and beyond for us, to get us on the road. I am so thankful that they were the ones we landed with on our search for a garage to help us be on our way.

My son took his 2011 Jeep Wrangler here on February 17th for a simple oil change. About a hour later after the oil change and less than 5 miles, the engine seized up. My son said it was extremely busy (due to being presidents day) and waited about an hour to have the oil changed in his Jeep. Mind you, the car only has 41,000 miles on it, so it is not an old or beat up car, but rather one that has been well maintained. He went to have the oil changed at this Jiffy Lube. Never spoke with anyone. Never spoke with a technician. Never verified by the Jiffy Lube staff the levels, the amount or any technical information (they traditionally do at quick oil changes places). Heck, they even failed to put up the reminder sticker of when and how long until his next oil change. He left Jiffy Lube and not 10 minutes afterwards, noticed a knocking in the engine. No smoke, no other indications, just a knocking. He then noticed that the engine was reeving extremely high and not switching gears. He brought the jeep home for me to inspect when I got home from work. My daughter didnt know this and took the jeep to dance. On route 30, an hour and a half after the alleged oil change, the engine would not go above 30 miles an hour, was reeving very high RPMs without changing gears and the consistent knocking (that wasnt there prior to the oil change) Finally pulled into her dance studio and called my wife. My wife called our auto shop to have a wrecker come pick it up. Low and behold, an hour after the oil changed and less than 5 miles, the engine was blown. After reviewing the contents of the oil pan, it was evident that either the oil was never changed or the wrong viscosity oil was used, because it was black and thick as tar (indicating that the alleged new oil burned up). This is clearly indicative of an error on Jiffy Lubes part. (engine with 41,000 miles on it working perfectly get its oil changed and less than an hour and a half later and less than 5 miles on the oil and it burned up and changed its consistency). I will be seeking reimbursement for the blown engine, but if you value your vehicle and want it running, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

How does an oil change service not know what the recommended oil is for my vehicle! Isnt that your job? What a joke this places charges way too much for the little they do. First time here and last!!

Pretty great location. It is large and attached to a non affiliated car wash.I found the service to be fast, the staff friendly and they didnt try to up sell me on anything.Really great experience, this is my go to oil change place.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will never go back . Service is horrible, we left the car for details wash inside wash for 4 hours, and when we returned, we saw that the clip on a bumper was broken. The girl, who wash the car said “I didn’t touched this, I didn’t do that”. When we go inside to watch the video on the camera, at first- most of the time she didn’t clean. I can say 1 hour she spent cleaning the car, and 3 hours walking, talking.. etc. we saw the part where she cleaned trunk and she actually went inside the trunk by pushing her hand on a bamper and that’s how she broke clip. Manager saw everything, and all that he said is that she couldn’t do that. Even she didn’t clean the car well for 100$ she damaged the car. We found out that the price would be 200$ and no one paid to us. However, they returned 100$ for a car wash which we paid. We still have to pay our money for clips and car service.

In my opinion, stay away from this Jiffy Lube on Ace Lane! Never in my life have I had such terrible service, not to mention they ripped me off! They lied when they said they performed all of the services on my invoice. When I called about it, the manager lied and blamed me! Could not believe how I was treated! WOW! I went in for an oil change and none of the other services that come with an oil change were completed. I had to bring my car into a service center the next day because oil was dripping down my driveway. Service center said Jiffy Lube did a SLOPPY job. For these reasons, I do NOT recommend Jiffy Lube on Ace Lane.

Good customer service. But worst to when it comes to job labor. Never take your car there for any type of work. They work very sloppy and try to fool the customer.

The lube was of era of ah disappointing quality

I always go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes, but I learned that all Jiffy Lubes are not created equal for two reasons. Reason #1, I went there with a $15 off coupon I got from the internet and they didnt accept it. I was told that the maximum coupon they accept is $10 off. So with a great chip on his shoulder, the guy gave me $10 off. Gee thanks, I always get $7-$10 dollars off at every Jiffy Lube I visit because Im a teacher and a veteran. Reason #2, one week after the oil change, my power steering stops working all of a sudden. When I got it checked, I was told that the hose was loose and the power steering fluid leaked out. I was assured that unless someone tampered with the hose, theres no way a perfectly new hose and undamaged fittings will come apart. I dont know for sure if this Jiffy Lube did this intentionally or not, but the way they spoke to me placed a lot of doubt about their professionalism, and they were the last ones to touch my vehicle. So Im leaving this review just in case something similar happens to someone else. Personally, I didnt like this place and wont be returning. Too bad that also includes not returning to the car wash--the guys there do a great job, but it seems like the car wash and Jiffy Lube are owned by the same person, so Im not trying to give them my business again.

Go here regularly. My expectations are always met. I want to get in and out. My expectations are limited because all I want is an oil change.

Good service, seemed friendly, but when I changed my own oil this time I realized my oil filter had not been changed from the previous oil change (date was written on it with a marker). Disappointed to pay for an oil change and filter change and come to find out I had been ripped off.

Went for oil change and whoever did the job not only did they overtightened the oil plug they stripped it too. Now I’m gonna have to get that plug replaced and it won’t be cheap for a European car. Didn’t expect this from a reputable place like this. Guess I’ll be taking my cars somewhere else.
