Master key still doesnt work. Wont unlock trunk. Only one key for the remote start works. This is the things that were to be fixed. There was a part that was to be put a screw in for a part on my trunk. That also wasnt done.😐

I recommended these guys to my mom. She lives next to the Romeoville dealership and got treated like dirt- multiple times. When she saw a light on her dash, she instead drove all the way up to Naperville and they told her the problem, and fixed it for free (batteries on her Prius) They are nice, don’t con people, and keep their promises. Definitely worth driving 35 minutes extra for.

Last place on the planet for servicing!I went at 7:00AM to this service center for a recall notice that I got on my Toyota Yaris. The guy (GREG - I got to know his name later) who got the car from me did not even tell me his name or gave me any receipt or his card to contact back. After giving my car I got a ride back home and the driver was well behaved and good to talk to. I waited till 1:30PM then I called them to check on the status of my cars service work. At first the lady who attended the call when I contacted the customer rep # given online forwarded me to a voicemail #. So I had to call a second time, this time I mentioned that I had already called once and was forwarded to a voicemail # so instead of forwarding she asked me to wait and said that she will look at the status of my car. While I was waiting I got a call from GREG who told me that my car is ready for pick up but they cant provide a pick me for as their guy is out to pick up parts. So finally I had to take help from a friend. When I reached the cashiers desk to pick up the car he told me to wait outside the service area and he will pull up the car for me. I went out and saw the guy coming out from the other door and leaving the key on the desk. I waited there for about 20 mins watching the key as I wondered that there might be some other process but he never showed up. Just wondering if everything was done, why the hell the cashier said that he would hand over the car to me outside when he just meant to leave it on the table far away from me. Instead he could have just handed over the keys to me and I could have picked up the car myself from the parking lot. I wasted 20 mins of life just watching my keys on the table. So overall I felt that the employees (90%) of this service center lack professional behavior, interpersonal skills and dont respect customers time.Or maybe it was because Im brown and all of them were White.
