Completely online and over the phone purchase of my 2017 Corvette Z06. I do my home work, I shopped for my car all over the country. After weeks of negotiating with car salesman (over 20), I returned to GCM and made my purchase. For pricing, communication, shipping, etc the process when very smooth and without surprise. If I had to critique something? Communication slowed after payment was made and I was awaiting shipping updates.

Typical used car dealership- want top dollar for their cars but give wholesale prices on yours. Went in to look at a GLA 45 - looking to trade my 2021 Wrangler 80th anniversary with 5,000 miles. They told me they could buy my Jeep brand new for $41k and that’s all they could offer. I said please show me where you see my $48k Jeep for $41k new and I’ll take their $41k offer. They couldn’t show me - I showed them the Vroom and another dealerships offer - both were over $43k. The salesman asked me if I would just sell to vroom and then come back and buy their car (one that they are $1,250 over book on). Add that when I went for a test drive the manager took my Jeep for a ride after they told me it was brand new so they only needed to take a quick look at it. If you want an overpriced dealer that acts like your car is junk and not worth anything go see them..

Bought a 2012 Chrysler 300 3 years ago. Was very leery about buying from a small dealer. Wife wanted this car so we took a chance. I have to say we are glad we did. The car has been trouble free. ***Updated***Paid $3110 for a warranty that was sold to me as just like the factory bumper to bumper coverage. So far 3 out of the 4 claims for engine work in the first 2 months were denied. Dealer said it covered everything but consumables (oil, clutch, brakes etc.) and paint. Ive had this car for 2.5 months and half of that has been in the shop.Bought a GT350 from Roshan. He was quick to respond and super easy to work with. He gave me some great advise to on some 3rd party financing options and I ended up getting a much better rate.

This place was extremely disappointing. I scheduled a test drive online and everything went fine with that experience. The team contacted me to following day and we finalized our plans. Once i got there the salesman didn’t want want me to test drive the car. He didn’t believe i was serious about buying the car, even though i was assuming i liked the way the car drove.After discussing the car a bit he decided to let me drive it, around the parking lot....this was an SUV. Only driving around the parking lot was not a good way to gauge how the car handled.He just kept telling me the car was in perfect shape and that everything ran fine on the car. I found trim coming off of the car so obviously he didn’t look too closely. Once i started the car i could hear the belt squeaking until the engine warmed up.They also refused to negotiate price. They wanted 26,000 and said they had turned down an offer of 22,000. Stating they were very firm on the price. Similar cars can be found for 10-12 thousand dollars.I will not be going back here anytime soon.Customer service was terrible and the cars are over prices.Very disappointed

The Trans Am was in the condition Azeem described and better than I had hoped. They do a great job with pictures, but they also make it clear that older cars of course have flaws. There wasnt any pressure at any time, and he encouraged us to test drive as long as we liked. Paperwork was painless since we had all the numbers determined ahead of time. I used Lightstream for the amount I had to finance, which I would also recommend. Painless experience for the car I was looking for.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I came to this dealership with cash in hand to inquire about a vehicle they have in their lot and the place had no other customers and the employees were just in a single office talking to eachother casually. Nobody greeted my friend nor I for the 20 minutes weve been there waiting giving them time of course, as long as we were in there we were not asked if we were being helped nor if we needed help. And when I had to go up to the salesman and ask for the car and information on it he didnt seem intrested nor did he seem to care about showing me or selling me anything. After I asked if I could see it he left to get the key and he didnt even come out to show me the car he only unlocked it and thats it. I feel as if they feel so high class for having a couple vehicles worth a bit of money. Im taking the 20k elsewhere, this dealership is not getting my business nor my time.
