They were very nice and helpful with the details of the car and we’re very cool with us taking it for a PPI at our nearest Lexus dealership. Daniel was very helpful and patient with my questions and concerns. I am very happy with the car we purchased.

Hello, on 07/12/21, I went to them for an oil change and a tire rotation, they did it, nothing unusual, but today 08/31/21 my board computer shows me that oil level is low and I went wright away to my mechanic, and what him found was frustrating, the mechanic from Infinity of Naperville have not tighten the bolt properly and the oil has been leaking all this period, they even have not done the tire rotation, i have marked the tires and I was able clearly see the tires wasnt rotated.I am very disappointed and I would never go again to them buy or maintain cars, as you can see on photos they do not really care about what kind of service they provide!

After researching for weeks on end for the perfect vehicle, I found it here with low miles, the best price and even was able to purchase an extended warranty with a great rate on GAP insurance. Mark the manager was amazing, I also worked with Adam and Dan and they were all very patient and thorough. The team was able to get me great financing and they really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the entire transaction. I would HIGHLY recommend shopping here, I had been to numerous other dealerships and not one of them treated me as great as this one. On Friday, August 28, 2020, I purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from Honda of Joliet. I was told that a trained Honda technician put the vehicle through a comprehensive 182-point inspection. Within days I noticed a noise coming from the front driver’s side and faulty brakes. On Monday, August 31, I was back at the dealership to have the vehicle I had just purchased in for service. The dealership found the issue to be the tires and ordered new tires for my vehicle. This took more than two days after waiting for the sales manager Javier to approve the sale. I picked up my vehicle on Thursday evening, noticing that Javier purchased Advanta Tires (please click on Advanta for more info.) to replace the brand-new Bridgestone tires that were originally on the vehicle at the time of purchase. Looking online, Consumer Reports found the Advanta had an average tread life of 44,500 miles compared with an average of 71,000 miles for all the tires. Additionally, no US retailer sells these tires!At this point, I was very disappointed in the level of service and lack of attention to detail this dealership has taken. When I spoke with Javier he was very dismissive and gave a very inadequate explanation. As I drove the car home, I noticed the noise I was hearing before was worse. Now, I must make an appointment with another Honda dealer and purchase new reliable, quality tires.I left the dealership very disappointed. The next morning I found the owners of the dealership, The Korallus Family, who own Honda of Joliet, Honda of Lisle, and Infiniti of Naperville. I emailed the three members listed as owners. Mike Korallus of Infiniti Naperville was the only owner to respond to my email. After speaking with Mike, I felt more at ease. However, here we are Tuesday, September 7 and no resolution. I would have loved to write a rave review on how happy I am with my purchase, sadly that is not the case. This dealership is taking advantage, putting their consumers at risk. I cannot believe that this dealership purchased counterfeit tires to place on my vehicle, this is especially alarming since all of the vehicles on their lot have quality tires such as Bridgestone, Continental, and Michelin.DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR ANY OF THE OTHERS THIS FAMILY OWNS.

I sent a car to get it fixed They change a couple parts and the told me the was ready to pick up And when they test drive They find out the was not the parts that they change And they told me the eg go back engine was not working You know I had to pay And they didnt fix the problem Who told me that they didnt damage the engine when they changed the part. I spoke with the manager and he Tell me a story about bad battery with in bad car. I think is not fair They should know if the engine was bad before they change the part. And dont make me pay $2425.00

Well….buying a car from infiniti of naperville was not bad choice. Car is great. Service is a scam. I have checked my carfax service recently and it showed that belt was replaced before the sale of the car. The belt was replaced during one of the scheduled maintenance again. I am talking about 5 month period. Service department is a scam. Carfax shows belt replacement twice. Car was missing break fluid when I bought it due to callipers replacement ( showed in carfsx). I have asked for full synthetic oil and got conventional oil instead at one of the PMs. Buy a car from there but do not service there unless if you want to break your car.

I am not to spend 75k on a car and get told I am annoying if anything I will take u to court for harassment and refusing to comply! I have several warranty’s under my name! How dare you people! Purchased a CPO Infiniti from this dealership. Car had several issues that were constantly ignored when I addressed them with the service department. After car was in service for a week I received it back with 300+ miles and a cracked rim that they refused to cover. Vehicle had more electrical and steering issues which they said weren’t there even with video proof. I was yelled and swore at by the service manager and kicked out. This is a terrible dealership to purchase a car from. They could care less about you once the sale is done..

DO NOT get your vehicle serviced at INFINITI of Naperville. I dropped my QX50 off to have the brake pads replaced. The service was completed a few days AFTER the original promised date; I did not have a problem with that, though, since I understand sometimes things can come up that would cause the dealership to run behind. HOWEVER, when I picked up my QX50 it had been washed and there were scratches all over my car!!! - both sides, roof, hood. I confronted the service manager and he denied that the scratches were caused by their automated car wash machine. I told him the scratches were not there when I dropped off my car, proof of which was the fact that if they had been there they would have been marked up on the check in sheet by the service person whom checked the car in for service. The service manager then told me that the service person must of forgot to mark the scratches on the check in sheet and he will talk to the service person. Forgot??? What is the point/value of the sheet?? I called the Naperville police who came out but since they said they did not catch them in the act of scratching my car and couldnt prove it there was nothing they could do. They advised me to retain a private attorney and sue the dealership.I bought my QX50 from this dealership and was intending on purchasing another vehicle from them, but given their unethical behaviors I would never purchase another vehicle or get any service done with them going forward. Stay away from this dealership and tell your family and friends to go somewhere else for service.

Let me begin by saying, I absolutely dread poor reviews but my particular situation needs to be out there so folks have some kind of idea.On April the 26th I reached out to Infiniti Naperville to confirm availability of a particular vehicle that was in there used car inventory. I spoke with sales person Kaitlin Kessler. She did in fact confirm the vehicle was available but was undergoing an inspection process and wasn’t yet available at the showroom. I asked if I could put a deposit on the car given I was out of state buyer and the fact that it would take at least 2 days for me to get there. Kaitlin advised it was not appropriate to take a deposit since the car was not yet ready. She did say she would keep an eye out and it would only be a matter of days before it came back and we could go from there.Fast forward to Wednesday, April the 28th. I followed up to find out the status of the vehicle, if any picture could be sent directly to me since they had not put any up on their website and if I could again put a deposit. Once again I was recommended against this and she said the car was still getting ready now in the detail stages.Finally Monday May 3rd since I hadn’t heard back from Kaitlin or any Infiniti Naperville representatives, I once again made a call to the dealership to find out if the car had made it back to the dealership for viewing and pictures since none was up on their site yet . This time around I spoke with general manger, Dale Morrone since Kaitlin wasn’t in. He proceeded to tell me this vehicle ending up selling on Saturday May 1st.I asked why didn’t anyone give me a heads up, I was inquiring about the vehicle well in advance. He told me that car ending coming back from detailing the day before Friday the 30th of April. He then told me Kaitlin wasn’t on that Friday. I emphasized how adamant I was in putting a deposit on the car and was denied doing so. He said there nothing they could do. To make matters worse, he informed me of how they value their local buyers rather than out of state prospective buyers which I found rather confusing . No form of apology for the lack of communication. The sales person kaitlin couldn’t even reach out to my phone to apologize herself for the lack of courtesy and mistakes she made during this process.I called Kaitlin later that day and I asked what happened. She said she wasn’t in on Friday and didn’t know. I asked her if she wasn’t planning to come in on that day why she couldn’t coordinate with any other sales staff to keep a look out. Once i was given an impression of her not caring about anything and my situation.In the end I lost on a vehicle I had 100 intention in purchasing out right without any financing involved all because of lack of communication and poor salesperson ethics. I wasn’t respected possibly because also because of being an out of state buyer from the opposite coast. I received no formal apology that was genuinely authentic about what happened. I have bought of many vehicles out of state on numerous occasions and this by was the worst experience I have ever encountered.The interesting part is this dealer has a plethora of good reviews so it’s really disappointing that something like this could happen. Please do yourself a favor and avoid the used car sales of this dealership and save yourself the time and inconvenience to not work with sales person Kaitlin Kessler due to her incompetence in what I expected to be a very seamless process. And shame on Manager Dale Marrone, and Mike Korallus for not only not returning my voicemails or calls but to make things right in light of this situation and for closure.If you are an out of state prospective buyer it’s best you avoid Infiniti Naperville since it seems they value their local clientele more rather than the out of state people who would bring the same kind business like their local folks.

Working with Kevin was a very remarkable and extraordinary experience. We drove from Michigan (2.5 hours) on short notice to purchase our vehicle... it was worth every moment. Kevin is confident, clear, sharp, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and a true professional.The dealership as a whole made the process easy. I took my Qx60 to have my headlights fixed and they left a loose wire during the inspection, the cost of the inspection was $ 165.00, to sum it up, they wanted me to replace everything for $ 3,000 I refused because it was too expensive, when they finished the inspection I realized that a warning light was on, I thought that maybe it was the battery of my keys, when I returned to do the oil change I asked them to replace the key’s battery, but the warning light was still on so I had to pay $ 180.00 for the inspection again, I have had my car for 5 years and I love my car and I was thinking of buying another one, but not anymore because I just dont trust them, they always try to convince you to fix things that are not necessary and if you refuse they will get angry and show you attitude, the people who work in the service department are rude and unprofessional and I simply dont trust anyone there..

They got the part in and the technician worked until 10:00 pm on Wednesday night to get it done so I could drive to Florida the next day. I drove straight through and made her birthday. Awesome experience second time around!We decided to go back to this dealership because of the experience we with had with Adam 5 years ago and made a purchase back then. His non pushy, straight forward approach was appreciated greatly! For this second purchase, we needed a larger vehicle due to our expanding family and found a non-Infinti suv online. Upon arrival my wife did not like to look of the vehicle which was only enhanced after the test drive. Adam was completely understanding and asked if there was anything he could do to help. As someone who works in customer service, they did an absolutely terrible job. The first thing i asked from them was not to waste my time, not to lie to me, and to be as clear and communicative as possible. They lied to me about a finance option not existing (later was confirmed at another infiniti dealer). I worked with Adam M to test drive and review a car. The next morning i called him multiple times the next morning to see if the car was still available, and i did not hear back from him. I spoke to the sales manager Garrett an hour prior to arriving to finalize my deal, simply asking if the car was still available, and he said it was and that he would put the car to the side for me. I drove 40 miles on the highway in severe storms to come and buy the car, only to arrive and see that a customer had bought it. Neither Adam or Garrett found it necessary to contact me and let me know to stay at home while the customer had been there for four hours looking at this car. So, not only did they waste my time, they lied to me, they were not communicative at all, and they allowed me to drive in horrendous conditions only to see that the car was sold. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Go to Orland park, they had me in the same exact car for a cheaper price and ten times the customer service Naperville did.

Our Sales Representative, Joe Peters, was very knowledge and worked hard to understand our interests and wants. We were very satisfied with both purchases and have been extremely satisfied with the service since our purchase. I purchased a used car from Kevin for my 18 year old son. The process could not have been smoother. Kevin handled everything for me, and Shaun the manager was excellent as well.I really can’t say enough about this dealership!Everyone that works there is kind, and accommodating. I was not buying an expensive luxury car and it did not matter. They treated me and my family as if we were buying a brand new Lexus.I also wanted to surprise my son at the dealership and they were more than happy to be in on it and help me pull that off.In the future, no matter if I’m looking for a new car or a used car I will check with Naperville Infinity before I go anywhere else. I am very happy with my purchase from Infinity of Naperville (2016 Q50 Red Sport 400). Ive had it for almost a month now. Rob Carlson went well out of his way to provide the most professional and accommodating service for my out of state purchase. Rob even picked me up at the airport which is not standard protocol for out of state purchases. This just goes to show the kind of person he is and organization he works for.Rob gave me as much information as possible to help me make my decision to purchase from Infinity of Naperville without being pushy at all. Rob shows integrity in his work which was evident throughout the process. I have to mention Linda as well as she answered many questions I had on a day that Rob was out of the office. She also did a fantastic job providing information I was looking for.This dealership was beautiful and absolutely spotless. He was very courteous, sensitive to the fact that this is an out of state transaction and communicated efficiently with me through out the whole process. He did a great job with shipping the vehicle and paper work. we have a nice virtual tour of the vehicle and sent plenty of pictures. The whole transaction went very smooth.

This is the worst dealership ever !!! I took my truck in for service the service advisor that greeted me was very dry and short.. he asked for the diagnosis fee of $ 180.00 up front before my car was even looked at ..then he came back and just said it’s the transmission.know kinda breakdown no explanation of the findings..ok fine I left the car there to be serviced.he didn’t offer me a loaner car he offered to call enterprise!! How dare you ... my car was there at the facility . I called the facility after I had done some research with other infinity dealerships that advised me yes you should have had a loaner ..keep in mind it was a fleet of loaners there that day ..but I called and I got a service advisor by the name of mike Barry he was very sympathetic.. and displayed a great level of empathy ..he advised me that I was a customer and I should have a loaner car I went the next day and mike made sure enterprise got there car back and he placed me in a loaner With the help of his supervisor bill who was understanding and great as well .. thank you both .. I went to pick my car up a week later once the service was completed.. I left to go home by time I got off the express way my car sounded like a race car I called back got the owner Mike c.. he pulled my file and he advised me oh yeah your flex pipe was broken but we didn’t call you and tell you because we didn’t want to sound fishy as if we were trying to get money..at this point I’m devastated my car has been in there care for 2weeks I had a engagement to attend that evening .. my car is extremely loud.. I told him that was not good service you should have called me and advised me of the flex Pipe being broken and what kinda issues that it may cause .. and give me the option to have you guys fix it or decline ..but instead they sent me on my way a hour drive .. with this issue at hand...that was very disheartening to me because you guys knew something was wrong with my vehicle and as service advisors you didn’t care but you just made $3,000 dollars off me I had to park my car in the garage until Monday morning and had to go get it fix this morning..mike c advised me he will have some one call me this morning haven’t heard from anyone.. now that makes me think you are only about a dollar and fishy ..as mike c the owner said it would have made them look if he would have told me the flex pipe was broken..I have contacted the better business bureau.. and etc about this matter Stay away from this shady place ...👎👎👎👎

Bought a 2012 Nissan Maxima and the brakes were squeeking. Was told they would fix the problem.I ended up taking it to a shop only to find out my Brakes were no good and to rims were bent and 2 tires had bubbles on the inner sidewall. Where u cant see from test drive. I was also told I could get 6 oil changes for free with my purchase. Only to find out there was no record of this on file. Then to find out the sales man who sold me the car no longer works there. My mechanic also noticed front end damage to the bumper and front grill that someone just glued together. Please do not shop here. The Owner basically said there was nothing He could do for me. This place is bad for business

I’ve been searching for a new car for about two weeks prior and he was the only sales person that didn’t call me everyday, but was available when I needed help. Leasing an Infiniti was a great experience in 2018 but my 10k miles has arrived and I needed a simple oil change. I was then greeted by mr attitude service adivsor beware of this guy it seems like he didnt want me to get my oil change there. He rushed me in trying to charge over $100 for an $45 oil change. Beware of the service dept. Then he told me the salesperson that went over and beyound for me was a complete liar. Oh and theres a two hour wait he said but no cars were in the garage. GM what happen to Mr. Chen and the account? Do not hire idoits to ruin your dealership. The service advisor today a bald african american guy needs to be let go immediately.
