Ive worked with Lou at Olson Rug on Route 59 in Naperville this past month. He couldnt be more pleasant. He is knowledgeable and has helped me with stair runners as well as carpeting for my den. I wanted wool carpeting for my stair and he honestly told me the merits of wool as well as the drawbacks. I do my research and Lou could answer any question I could throw at him. If you enjoy being ignored and talked over, youll love Olson. The older woman who works here has miserable customer service skills. No desire to make a sale. Ignored us for a phone call and had a very negative attitude from the moment we walked in.
